《"Always": Severus Snape x Reader》The wink

"Y/n, Draco, care to join us for lunch" A loud voice comes form behind us "Sorry father" Draco says tensing up. I walk downstairs saying nothing and sit down with the family "You're quite a quiet girl aren't you y/n" Lucius jokes whilst raising an eyebrow "Don't be so forward Lucius" Narcissa hisses "Oh it's ok Miss Malfoy I don't mind" I say looking down at my half eaten salad, she raises an eyebrow at me and continues to eat. "I never said there's anything wrong with it" Lucius says "In fact I quite like when a young girl isn't a loud mouth like that Pansy you brought home once" he says, his eyes fixated on Draco's "I get it father, you like y/n more than Pansy" he says rolling his eyes. Lucius obviously becomes angry over his sons attitude but soon looks over to me and calms down. "Yes as a matter of fact I do, but it's not like I want you to date her. She needs a man not a boy like you" He winks at me causing me to choke once again.
He stands up and turns his back, facing the front of the boat, looking at the island ahead of us "Draco go make us all a drink I can keep y/n company in the mean time" Draco gives me an apologetic look and slips away into the kitchen. "Come here y/n" Lucius ordered. I fixed my posture and walked over to Lucius, giving him an innocent look. "I'm sorry about lunch, however I was being honest. I much prefer you over Pansy, however" He took a break in his words, as he usually does before saying something risky. "Not for Draco but more...for me" He pushed a strand of my h/c hair behind my ear and suddenly stepped away when he heard Draco's footsteps emerging from the kitchen.

Draco placed four drinks down on the table and walked over to my side "My special watermelon smoothies" Draco says raising an eyebrow at me, I laugh but instantly turn around when I hear someone scoff "Anything wrong father" Draco raises his voice a little before reading Lucius' expression and mumbling a 'sorry' We all sit in silence quietly slurping on our drinks "tell me a bit about yourself y/n" Narcissa says but shortly after gets interrupted by Lucius "There's plenty time for that later but for now lets go for a swim" Lucius takes his shirt off not once breaking eye contact with me, he chucks it on the floor before diving off the boat and emerging into the dark water.
"Care to join me y/n?" Lucius shouts from in the water, his silky blonde hair flowing beside him. I look at Draco for reassurance but he's already half naked and jumping off the boat. I throw off my black top and mini skirt to show quite a revealing black bikini, my eyes meet with Lucius and halfway through inspecting me a grin breaks out on his face. Now I know where Draco got it from, I think to myself. I jump off the boat and splash into the deep blue, surprisingly warm, water. "Black again? and I thought Snape was bad" Draco says raising an eyebrow at me. "Hey don't talk about Snape like that and don't act like your not wearing black shorts right now" I roll my eyes and he splashes me, once I recover from the salt water in my eyes I give him a grin "You're gonna pay for this Malfoy" I start to swim after him when I feel something tug down on my leg, pulling me under the water. My natural instinct kicks in and I boot whatever it was in the head causing it to loosen its grip on my leg, I swim over to Draco and cling on to him hoping whatever that was doesn't attack again.

"y/n, I must say, you've got quite a strong kick" I turn around to see Lucius Malfoy with a hand on his head. "Oh my, i'm so sorry Lucius, if i had known it was you I wouldn't have kick" I felt scared until he said something unexpected "No worries, I can live with the pain" We swam to the back of the boat and climbed up the stairs, Draco first, me second and Lucius last. He got an ice pack for his head and as soon as Draco left he came over to the deck where I was standing. "I'm really sorry Lucius, I didn't know it was you" I said to him, hoping he would forgive me "It's ok y/n" a smirk appeared on his face and he put his mouth to my ear "I'm just going to have to punish you later" He whispered sending a chill down my spine, my face turned a dark shade of red and Lucius walked off, his hand brushing past mine.
It was nearly sunset. We apperated back to the manor and I went upstairs, laid out a slim fitting black dress that ends at the floor and hopped in the boiling shower, just how I liked it. I dry my hair and wrap the towel around me walking into my room. "Beautiful dress" the sound comes from a familiar man who's sitting on the end of my bed. "Sorry if this is an invasion of privacy, its just" There it is, there's the break again. "I wanted to talk to you about something" he smiles. "What is it?" I ask calmly "If I made you uncomfortable please tell me" He moves away from me slightly till I put my hand in his lap. "No" I blurted out, he looked at me confused and concerned "I meant no, it didn't make me uncomfortable" I mean I wasn't really lying, was I? It made me uncomfortable- but in the good way. He grabbed my hand and kissed it. "I should probably leave you to get dressed" he chuckled, I looked down "shit" my towel had fallen half way down my body leaving my top half exposed. "I'll see you later y/n" He winked

A Castle in a Teacup
One might say that to anger forces beyond the ken of fragile breakable mortals is a bad idea, others might say that meddling in dark forces with little chance of gain is also a bad idea, they would both be right by on all counts but they forget to mention also how incredibly stupid combining both of those things are. Stupid people don’t last so long on the mystic side of things, normal folks who wander over to the other side have a tendency to do one of two things, either A. figure out that the best thing to do is keep their head down and not draw attention from any entity that refers to humanity as “you mortals” , or B. something horrifying happens to them. As you may have guessed I fell into the second category, mostly because I thought there was a third option. See I though there must be an option C, an option where I got to end up not as some shitty back ally wizard cowering at the chance of discovery, praying that one of my wards or spells wouldn’t be noticed by something that goes bump in the night. No I would be the one who rose above all that. I would never have to be afraid. Well I made a good attempt at it that’s for damn sure, but unfortunately for me it turns out there is not an option C. At least not for me…
