Rosalie's POV
It's been a month now since I left my pack and everything had been going good even though they were some days I felt miserable and alone, I was getting better and gaining weight as I stuck to the diet Martha had made me.
Living with her was one of the best decisions I ever made for myself, she helped me get better mentally and emotionally, she was basically my support system and I was extremely grateful to have her in my life.
"Hey, are you ok?" Tyler a guy Martha had set me on a date with asked snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah, I'm ok" I forced a smile. "You were saying?"
"You don't seem to be yourself." He told me.
"I'm fine, carry on with what you were saying." I urged.
"If you say so." He sighed and carried on telling me about his family.
Tyler and Martha were highschool classmates and a few days ago we bumped into him at the mall, he took interest in me and Martha forced me to go on a date with him, according to her me seeing other men would help me get over Dash quicker and even though I wasn't in agreement with her I decided to try it out who knows maybe I would actually get over him.
Even though Tyler was very handsome with emerald eyes, short dark brown hair, a beard, dark lips and light freckles littering his cheeks I couldn't stop myself from comparing him to Dash who looked far better.
"Can you believe that" he laughed hitting the table and I laughed along having no idea what he had just said.
All of a sudden I had a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach and my mind wondered off to Martha.
"Are you ok?" Tyler asked and gently tapped my hand causing me to flinch.
"Sorry, I'm ok." I took a deep breath. "I just need to use the bathroom." I lied quickly getting up from the booth we sat in and rushed to the restroom.

Taking my small second hand phone out of the pocket of my jeans I tried calling her but she didn't pick up.
'I'm sure she's alright.' I told myself. It was almost 7 she was probably just knocking off and left her phone on silent or something.
Taking more deep breaths I forced the feeling of something being wrong away and went back to Tyler.
When I returned he didn't seem as energetic and funny as before, it was like something was wrong.
"I'm back" I announced sitting down.
"You ok now?" He smiled but I could tell it was forced.
"Yeah." I nodded placing my phone on the table beside my drink.
Tyler's phone buzzed, looking at it his expression changed into and angry one as he typed something.
The longer I stared at him the more his face begun to look familiar. I had a feeling I had seen him before and I brushed it off but now it was back full force.
Staring down down at the burger infront of me I took it and was about to take a bit only for the ketchup to drip on my week old peach shirt.
"Shit." I cursed.
"Sorry." Tyler spoke looking up from him phone.
"It's ok, I'll just go get it clean." I grabbed my phone and went to the bathroom.
Returning I could almost swear I saw Tyler swirling my drink and placing it back but I shrugged it off.
"Is the stain out?" He asked as I sat.
"Not quite but I'll just go and give it a proper wash when I get home. I told him.
"Oh, ok." He nodded staring intensely at my phone as I put it on the table.
"How old are you?" I asked breaking the uncomfortable silence.
"25." He answered not taking his eyes off my phone. "And you?"
"18" I payed particular attention to his actions as he was being weird making me even more on edge as the feeling I had earlier was still there getting stronger and stronger by the minute.

"You haven't touched your food or drink." He pointed at the items infront of me.
"Oh, I'm not really hungry." I shrugged.
"And letting food go to waste is bad." He insisted.
"I'll just take it to go and eat later." I forced a smile but he kept pressing the issue.
"If you continue forcing me to eat I just might think you put something in it." I said in a joking manner and he tensed almost immediately.
"It was a joke." I laughed and he joined in nervously.
I could feel Normy clawing inside my head trying to tell me something was really wrong and I actually decided to go with it.
"I have to leave, it's getting late." I told Tyler.
"No." He blurted "I mean why?"
"It's late and I have to cook dinner." I lied stuffing my phone into my pocket.
"You can just order take away." He urged sounding almost desperate.
"I can't." I quickly go up and made my way to the door only for him to grab my hand stopping me. The moment his freezing cold hand came in contact with my bare skin a weird sensation hit me, something was wrong, he wasn't human for sure.
"You can't leave Rosalie." He growled.
"I said I'm leaving let go of me!" I snapped.
"I can't let you go, not yet." He snarled tightening his grip on my arm.
"Fuck off." I used all my strength and got out of his hold before making my way out the door. The second I was out of the small dinner I begun to run at full werewolf speed, I needed to get away from that monster or whatever creature he was.
"Martha." Normy howled.
I run even faster and the closer I got to the house the worse the feeling I had became.
Reaching the apartment I walked straight in noticing that the door was unlocked and Martha never ever left the door open.
"Martha!" I called while walking around. My heart was pounding in my ears making me anxious.
"Martha!" I called even louder when she didn't respond. I knew for a fact she was home because the jacket and purse she took earlier were on the couch in the living room.
"Shh can you feel that?" Normy asked making my footsteps come to a halt.
I stood still took deep breaths noticing there was another scent mixed with Martha's own. My heart begun to race even more when I recognized the scent, it was a vampire/witch.
Not thinking straight I followed the scent which lead me to my bedrooms.
My eyes widened in horror at the scene before me, it was a tall huge figure leaning over Martha's almost lifeless body.
"How good of you to join us." The man turned to face me as blood dripping from his mouth.
"Get away from her!" I yelled almost breaking down at the sight of her pale form.
"Gladly." He smirked licking his lips. His crimson red eyes focused on me as he took slow intimidating steps towards me.
I know I should have been scared but I wasn't instead the closer he got the angrier I became, this fucker was about to kill my best friend, the last closer person I ever had to family.
I don't know what got into me but the second he was infront of with full force I punched him and he stumbled.
"You fucking bastard!" I screamed throwing continuous punches at an inhumane speed.
"Ugh." He growled trying to fight back but I didn't let him. I pushed him against the wall and did the most wicked thing. With my claws appearing, I pushed my hand into his chest till I felt his small heart and riped it out of him without even thinking twice as blood splattered all over my face.
So caught in the moment I forgot about Martha who was almost dying.
"Rosalie." She called her voice barely above a whisper but I heard her.
