(Y/n) sat there at the library at a table when she noticed the new young man employee as he pulled a cart behind him with a few books on them he grabbed one as he flipped it open, he slipped his fingers through the pages gently flipping through them a moment before setting it up on a shelf, he did the same for the other few books.
"Orion." the receptionist walked over as he looked up
"Yes?" He held a deep tone as (y/n) slightly shuddered
"Go down to the archives, we have some students here that need them."
Orion slightly nodded as he walked off, (y/n)'s gaze never fazed as she watched him walk off and the receptionist take the cart with her as she walked off.
She glanced down at the book she was reading for a few minutes before looking up after something in the corner of her eye caught her attention. Orion was walking back with 2 large boxes stacked up shielding his vision as she looked at him. It looked sketchy as the top box slightly wavered, so did he as he tried to catch it but ended up bumping into a table, she gasped, springing up as she stopped the box from falling as he looked at her "Thank you, miss."
"Here." She smiled a little and grabbed the top box, relieving him of his worries as he smiled a little, walking towards the receptionist that gave him a look
"Do be more careful, Orion." She said
"Yes, ma'am." He nodded and set the box down on the table so (y/n) put her box on it as well as she looked at him, up close, he's even more handsome. He had to Atleast be in his mid 30's and he was still smoking hot.
He had dark bluish black hair that was slightly combed, his white button up shirt brought out his dark blue eyes and they were beautiful, she stared at them but snapped out when he smiled, it was a cute shy smile

"Thank you, miss. What's your name?"
"Oh, uhm, (y/n).."
"Orion." He said extending his hand so she reached out to feel his firm grasp and shake
She smiled "Orion's belt."
"Hm?" He slightly glanced down, obviously looking at his jeans even though he wasn't wearing a belt but looked at her
It made her giggle a little "Sorry, I mean, Orion, like Orion's Belt, you know, the constellation?" She smiled
"Oh, yes." He nodded a little
"I like it.. I'm sorry, I just love learning that stuff." She said as her cheeks darkened a little
"I noticed you had a book about them in your pile. I think it's a nice field to study." He smiled a little
"Really? Well.. There's supposed to be a meteor shower next week.. Maybe you wanna come with me? It's a little upstate."
"I would be honored." He nodded
"R-Really?"
He nodded and turned to the desk grabbing a sticky note and pen and started to scribble something down before extending it to her, she took it and looked to see he written down his number
"You can call me if something happens before or maybe meet up before.."
"O-of course!" She grinned "So I'll see you around?"
"Maybe." He smiled a little and watched her grab her books before leaving, she waved a little so he waved back.

(Y/n) walked into the library and looked around a little but she couldn't find the specific book she wanted so decided to maybe talk to Orion so walked to receptionist "Excuse me, is Orion working today?"
"Orion?" The man cocked a brow "There's no one called Orion that works here."
She blinked but glanced around "But- oh, there he is." She pointed as he was turned away, towards a shelf as he organized the books

"You mean Pax, yeah." He said looking at Orion but frowned "He's working over his shift again.. Damn it, Pax.." He grumbled and stood up
"It's ok, I got him." She said and trotted over and stood there next to him "Hey"
He looked over and smiled a little "(y/n)."
"I hear someone's working a little over time.." She lightly teased "And he was threatening to force you home." She slightly pointed at the receptionist who watched the 2 from the desk
He looked over at the older man "Ratchet." He said setting the book he had down on the shelf "He worries me about working too long but I like it here." He said with a small smile
"Well... I was thinking Maybe you wanna go out, get some lunch?" She suggested
He looked at her a moment before nodding as they left and went out to a restaurant to have lunch and talked the afternoon away as he drove her home around 6pm. He drove a semi.. Who knew? It was pretty sweet though as he pulled up near the house as she looked at him and smiled "I had fun.."
"I look forward to the meteor shower." He smiled
She nodded "Thanks for the ride, Orion. Good night." She said opening the door as he gently waved, she jumped down and closed it.
Orion sat there a moment but sighed as he drove off, driving home when he heard a soft metallic clink and looked over to see a ring on the floor and picked it up. The gem was some sort of rose quartz as he put it in his pocket and planned to give it back when he picked her up in the afternoon of the meteor shower.

Orion pulled up around noon as (y/n) trotted out and hopped in the cab as she grinned "I'm so excited!"
He smiled and agreed as they shoved off and hit the road for the next 3 hours making their way upstate.
They geeked out over a lot of astronomy, it wasn't a dull boring drive, it was a very enjoyable one as they pulled up to the hill people were gathering on and got out, sitting down some place on the top and waited as they looked up at the sky that was becoming darker now that it was 6pm.
(Y/n) contently sighed as she sat there looking up at the sky mixing with different colors.
"There is it!" Someone cried and a few whistles and cheers erupted from the people on the lower part of the hill
Something poked Orion's thigh as it clicked he pulled out the ring "(y/n).."
"Yeah?" She looked over but her eyes widened a little "oh my gosh I've been looking everywhere for that!" She embraced Orion "Oh you are a life saver!"
Orion's face darkened a little as he hugged back but she moved back and pecked his cheek as she took the ring back and grinned but then her cheeks got hot after realizing what she did as Orion stared at her "Sorry.. It's just it's not even mine-"
He reached over and gently cupped her face as he leaned over "Don't be.." He said softly before pressing his lips against hers as her face lit up but he was so gentle.. The kiss was sweet so she didn't pull away, rather, leaned closer and wrapped an arm around his neck before he pulled away she stared at him
"Wow.. You are.."
"I love you, (y/n).." He said
She smiled a little and climbed into his lap "I love you, too, Orion.."

A Fragmented Mind
"Hi there. My name is Richard Maddox, but my — admittedly nonexistent — friends call me Rick. I live in a world of superheroes and villains. A world filled with magic and physics-defying powers, and in this world, I'm just an ordinary, completely average 17-year-old boy. My imaginary friends, however, are as far from average as you get. You think you're good at deluding yourself? Well, stand back, because it's time for a master to show you his craft. Welcome to my life, the life of a madman." This story was originally inspired by the 'Legion' novella series written by Brandon Sanderson. If you've read those books and liked them, it might be worth giving this a read. The same goes if you haven't read them either, I guess. (Currently re-writing earlier chapters)
