"This is it you two. Our new house!" Me and Ian look out the car window to see a street sign that says 'Elm street' Your Mom pulls up to a white two story house. She parks in the driveway. Me, my mom and Ian all get out. I look up to see storm clouds. "So you excited?" I want to shake my head 'no' but I don't want to discourage my mom so I nod. "I guess." "Isn't that what you say to everything?" Ian says jokingly. Mom pops the trunk of the car and hands me one of my boxes. I carry it inside with Ian following close behind not carrying anything because of his left arm is broken. We both walk upstairs then go into our own separate rooms Ian yawning as he does. I turn the door knob to my room and push the door open with my foot.
The walls of my room are pale white with faded pink flowers. This room must have been a little girl's at one point. I set the box next to my bed, I look around my room for a moment then head back downstairs to help with the boxes. I walk outside back to the car, after a few minutes all of our stuff is inside except the boxes that me and mom are holding. Mom's holding one and I'm holding two because Ian can't carry any in his condition. I close the back of the car when suddenly it starts raining hard. We both quickly hurry inside. "Geez, you guys almost got soaked!" Ian says from the doorway in between the living room and dining room. "Aren't you supposed to be in bed? Resting?" "Yeah, yeah." He says waving it off with the arm that's in a cast. "I'll be in my room unpacking if you need me." I say heading upstairs.

I open my bedroom door and notice my window is open. The thin white lace curtains blow gently in the breeze, letting some rain in. I walk over to my window and look out for a moment. The view I have is of a tree, it's branches block me from seeing anything else, it's like it's saying 'Look at me! I'm a beautiful tree!' Before I close my window fully a red paper airplane glides into my room from outside. I grab the paper airplane and close the window while inspecting it. I sit down on my bed and unfold the airplane. It's shaped like a heart. The inside says (in very dark red, far darker than the paper)
'Dear (Y/n),
I've been watching you for a long time and I think that we should finally meet. Does the dock at 9:00 tonight sound good?
Love
Freddy
❤️'
Oooookay. So I have a secret admirer. *sarcastically* That's great! I'd love to meet him but the only thing really holding me back is the 'I've been watching you for a long time-' part. First of all, CrEeP!!! Second, I don't just go out with guys I've never met. I was about to crumple it up and throw it in the trash but something stopped me. The ink is very dark for a red pen. I bring the note close to my face and smell the ink. "Blood." I pull an empty dark green binder from my backpack and put the note in there for safe keeping.
I flop backward onto my bed then pull my phone out of my pocket to check the time, 5:16 I put my phone away. Well I have some unpacking to do.
I stand up, open one of my boxes and pull out my pink ballerina themed jewelry box.The music box is missing so my mom got me a golden heart locket with a music box. The strange thing about the music box is it doesn't have any bumps for the pins to hit so it shouldn't work but it does. Sometimes it plays different songs... If you don't know much about clockwork things I'll sum it up as simple as I can. That shouldn't be possible. It doesn't even have a wind up key to wind it up. It's like how Chucky moves around without a battery in his battery pack. The locket doesn't give off bad vibes it actually makes me feel very safe when I wear it. It's like a peaceful spirit is protecting the locket and whoever wears it.

I open the locket and it play His Theme from Undertale. I smile at the calming tune then close it and gently set it on my desk.
I unpacked most of my stuff like clothes, sheets and blankets for my bed, a few drawings and other wall decorations. I look out my window again and through some leafs I can see it's almost dark. I pull my phone of my pocket again. 8:46... I might as well see who this Freddy guy is. I'll go to the dock but I'm not gonna actually met him.
I open my closet doors and pull out a black hoodie and black pants. I pull the hoodie over my shirt and change into the pants. I climb out my window and down the tree with silent skillfulness. I stick to the shadows running towards the dock. I dash behind a tree and wait. After a few minutes of playing with the edge of my hoodie a man in a green and red sweater walks over to the dock. HOLY SHIT! He's a grown man trying to get together with me, a teenager. HUUUUUU-! Sorry that was just me puking out my juts.🤮 I'm going home. I dash back through the trees and climb up the tree by my window and open it. I close the window as soon as I'm inside. What a creep, probably murdered someone for that 'ink' as well. I take off my hoodie and pants and put on an oversized Freddy Fazbear Security t-shirt, and just my underwear. I lay down in bed and soon fall asleep.

What Was Lost Outside Time
What happens to a mind, subjected to an infinite span of time? What remains, when it is taken out again? This is the story of an individual reborn after such time has passed that nothing remains of what it was; an individual who must learn once again what it is to be, beginning with awareness of the idea of awareness, and growing from there; from awareness of self, to awareness of others, to awareness of society, and on. This is the story of a mind; growing, learning, adapting, and becoming more. -- Currently the first three chapters are - well, kind of experimental. I both like and hate these; they were a pain to write, and I'm told by at least one person that they're painful to get through, but I think something like them is necessary to set one of the basic ideas about the way the story is written. It gets slightly more normal after that, the first arc of the story is rather "battle school", and I think I may need to go back and edit it - the characterization didn't end up working out as well as I had originally hoped, unfortunately, and ended up rather weak to my eye. I may go back and add a sub-plot or two, depending on how well I can handle the intended perspective shift of the second arc. -- Currently on hiatus, in case that wasn't obvious. I'm debating between rewriting large portions of what I've already written, and just finishing out the story, but either way, I don't actually have a clear idea of what I want to do right now. If I'm still feeling the same way in a few months I'll put a chapter up explaining where the story was going, maybe, so the people who have enjoyed it can know where the story was intended to go, and close this out.

Kichiro's Rampage
Meet Kichiro, the son of a samurai. A social outcast, he leaves his home with nothing but a musket and a sword, determined to carve himself a niche in a chaotic world of dragons and leviathans. This fiction incorporates LitRPG elements, but it's not set in a VR. It's set in a fantastical world based loosely on East Asia in the 16th and 17th Century, when the Ming Dynasty was on its last legs, with the addition of magic and monsters. I totally stole the stat tables from Exterminatus, the author of Everybody Loves Large Chests, so let me credit him for that. I'm new to writing so please don't hesitate to criticise, and reviews would be greatly appreciated.
