"my pleasure sweetheart" magnus replied and walked out. catarina greated him with a grin.
"magnus bane did you make alec speak to you?" she asked
---
" yes and no and A few words only" magnus replied casually. Usually he was one to brag but he wasn't at all happy with Alec's progress
"Whats wrong magnus?" Caterina asked noticing her friends off mood.
"I think his parents abused him for some reason" magnus replied
"So? He isn't your first child abuse case" Caterina stated
"Well his different" magnus replied and opened the door of Camille's office and let her walk in first.
"Doctor bane I see your still alive. I haven't seen you in days" Camille said getting up with a plastered fake smile
"I was attending to my patient" magnus said dryly sitting down
"Of course you were" she said ans sat back down and so did cat
"So any developments on the patient? " Camille asked
"Yes of course, I'll be reporting it at the end of the week" magnus said
"Aren't you willing to share with me magnus? I thought we had become good friends" Camille said
"He's holding back but he had been abused in the past. I'm thinking parents but I'm not sure" magnus said with a sigh
"And how do you suspect this? "Camille asked leaning back on her chair
"His body is covered in scars. Some are hidden with his tattoos but he has obviously been hurt. Many many times. " magnus replied
"And if you don't mind me asking, how do you know about the scars on his body? " Camille asked
"He let me bath him this morning" magnus replied
"We are talking about patient 431, right? " Camille asked surprised
"Yes, we are talking about Alexander lightwood" magnus answered

"And Alexander let you give him a bath with out sedatives or restrains? " she asked sitting at the edge of her sit
"Yes he did" magnus replied casually
"He also started taking to him. O heard him with my own ears" cat added
"This is amazing. All the doctors who tried and failed to treat him will have questions about your treatments techniques" Camille stated.
"I haven't cured him yet I've only been seeing him for three days" magnus objected
"Yet you have had more results than the three doctors before you had in a year. You will be rewarded" Camille said
"Perhaps when I cure him" magnus said tightly
"If you say so" she said then turned to cat "so doctor loss what is your progress with your patients? " Camille asked and they started discussing her patients for an hour and then went to that separate offices. Magnus went back to his office and started going through Alec's history. He didn't notice how long he spent in his office till he looked up and saw it was past midnight. he decided to stretch his legs and left his office. In the middle of his stroll he heard noises and followed them to the closed section of the ward. He found it odd since he distinctively remember Camille telling him all the patients here were given sleeping pills. He opened the gate and walled in. Past room 425, 426, 427... He started jogging room 429, 430 and stopped at the familiar room 431 where he heard voices and whimpering.

Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia
"Why are my hands getting warmer?" As far as Alicia was concerned, she was the daughter of a rich businessman attending high school. Then, she feels off and at the same time, she's not. One week later, her best friend brought her to another world(s). This is Alicia Bell's tale. 1st book written in the Wizards of the Otherworldly series. Wizards of the Otherworldly Court is a fantasy story about the Otherworldly Court, an inter-dimensional (or world-hopping, you get the idea) organization made up of people of all ages, gender, and race from many parallel or different worlds. They are granted elemental-like magic powers and called themselves 'Court Wizards'. They are tasked to watch over the many worlds they come across and step into these worlds on 'missions' to preserve the balance, life, order, anything to make said worlds better places in the shadows but may reveal themselves if necessary. However, these missions may partially or even fully oppose their nature, personal interests, and ideals. Yet, most of the Court Wizards are aware and willing to complete even the worst missions that would shatter their true selves that they will never cast aside regardless, either growing or regressing because of it. Basically, it's isekai to multiple worlds but each book after Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia focuses primarily on one world while also discussing its lore in detail. Book Alicia is the introduction containing the essential worldbuilding of the Otherworldly Court universe you need to know while shoving in as many characters and worlds as I can. Also, each book will have a different main character, sometimes more than one in a single book, like Jojo. Crossposted with Wattpad, WordPress, Sufficient Velocity, and Rainobu.
