"We made it."

He kissed her forehead. "Barely."

"Hey now, if we didn't make it in, they'd have to deal with my wrath."

"Ooo, the wrath of Carrie. I'm scared now."

"Yeah it's pretty scary. Could you handle it tough guy?"

He shot her a smirk. "I think so. Although I think I'd like to see the wrath of Carrie."

Carrie wrapped both arms around his neck and tilted his head down for a kiss. Mid kiss, they were interrupted by sudden clapping from a few more players making their way into the training facility.

"Whoo!"

"What have we here?"

Harrison spun around to see his closest friends Luke and Cam walking over. "Looks like Harry's trying to get some more media attention," Luke teased with a huge smile.

"Cherri."

"Lukas."

Carrie gave Luke a hug. It had been a week since she last talked to him. She missed being able to talk to him almost all the time, wether it be an interview, or him just making her laugh.

"Alright you big smoothie," Harrison said with a jealous edge in his voice.

Luke patted his shoulder. "I didn't know you two were together," Cam said from beside Luke.

"We've been together for about three weeks now," she answered.

"And I didn't tell you guys right away because I didn't want the media to find out."

"They found out today."

Luke shrugged. "I know how you guys feel. They chased Shannon around for days after somebody took a picture of us on a date."

"It's so annoying," Carrie complained.

"Get used to it Cherri. Now that you're with twinkle toes it's not going to get any better."

She looked up at Harrison, attempting to hide a laugh. "Twinkle toes?" As soon as she said it, she couldn't help but start laughing. Luke and Cam did as well.

"I hate you both," Harrison muttered teasingly under his breath.

"Why twinkle toes?"

Cam pushed his shoulder. "You wanna tell her?"

"Not really."

Cam put his arm around him. "Harry here, can get really drunk very easily. Well, we were playing a game of truth or dare and of course he chose a dare. He had to wear a pair of little pink princess shoes around for a day."

Luke showed her a picture. Carrie laughed even harder after seeing the pair of shoes he had to wear. "That's hilarious."

"Give him a few drinks and you'll see the real twinkle toes."

Harrison playfully rolled his eyes. He couldn't help a smile crossing his face. "You guys are something else."

Carrie loved seeing him pout. It was adorably funny. He stood there with his arms folded over his chest and a smirk on his face. Then all three of them were called to begin today's workouts.

He gave her a quick kiss. "I have a surprise for you after practice. Love you."

"Love you too," she said back as he turned and followed Luke and Cam.

Harrison's surprise was taking her back to the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. The sun was setting just behind the water and the sky was a pretty yellow-orangish color.

He jumped off the dock onto the sand below. "Coming?"

"I don't like sand," she admitted.

"Why not?"

"I don't like the way it feels on my feet. Especially when it's really dry. It's irritating."

He thought for a moment. She was wearing flip flops and was bound to feel sand on her feet. "How about I give you a piggy back ride."

"Okay."

Carefully, Carrie climbed down off the dock and onto his back where she wrapped her arms around his neck and her legs around his torso. He had each arm just behind her knees.

They started walking. "So Harry huh?"

"Harry?"

"Harry your nickname. I like it."

She rested her chin on his shoulder. "I don't know what to change your name in my phone to, twinkle toes or Harry."

"Harry please."

Carrie kissed his cheek. "I don't know, I'm liking twinkle toes too."

"Would you please stop with twinkle toes?" He pleaded.

"Fine. Only if I'm allowed to call you Harry."

"Deal."

They kept going until he came across a large rock on the beach. "Can I set you down?"

"In the sand? I told you I didn't like sand."

He sighed and climbed up the side of the rock with her on his back. Once they got to the top, she couldn't help but smile. "What's so funny."

"You're such a gentleman."

Harrison laid back on the rock. "Hey, a gentleman's gotta take care of his lady."

She just laughed. "What?"

"I don't hate sand. I just wanted a piggy back ride."

"You're kidding?"

"Nope."

"I'm not carrying you all the way back."

Carrie enjoyed the leverage he'd just given her. "Sure you will. Because a gentleman has to take care of his lady. So that means you'll give me a piggy back ride all the way back."

"Plus a crab might pinch me."

Harrison raised both eyebrows and held his hands out. "There's not even any crabs around here."

She laid back on the rock next to him. "You never know. It could come out of nowhere."

He playfully rolled his eyes and wrapped both arms around her. "It's a beautiful sunset."

It really was. Carrie postponed their crab argument and allowed him to hold her as the sun set. She felt him brush his lips against her neck and mumble, "I love you."

"I love you too Harry."
