The sun hits my eyes as I slowly wake up. My body instantly tenses when I can't feel the heat of Caleb's body or hear his breathing. My ears pick up the sound of water running in the bathroom and I quickly relax. Turning my body over and could see the bathroom lights shine through the bottom of the door.

Things had changed so much in such a short-time. Things felt right and we had slowly found our rhythm. My body only took a couple of days to heal which was good seeing as school had started.

Caleb would leave early for the hospital and I would get the pups ready for school. Alpha Felix and I would take turns driving all our pups to and from school. I have turned into a carpool mom. I can't freakin believe it.

The warriors still laugh when I come to training with something spilled on me from breakfast. I had no idea how messy kids were until I let Seth make his own peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Gratefully, peanut butter does not stain clothes but the same cannot be said about walls. I would often meet Caleb for lunch at the hospital and I was usually on dinner duty. He was in charge of dinner and bath-time. I hate the smell of wet dog.

The pack is also doing better. We are stronger than we ever have been. Alpha Jack and I have never gotten the opportunity to speak again with Nero. He killed two of our guards and escaped. I had known Nero for many years and knew he would not go far. He would want revenge. I increased training and altered patrol time. Part of training was studying military tactics. Nero knew my style of fighting; he knew how security was set up around the territory. Alpha Jack and I had to change almost every aspect of your security. For the first time in my life I was truly afraid. I was afraid that he would hurt Caleb...my pups...my family.

"DANE" yelled Caleb's voice from the bathroom. I jump out of bed and nearly through the doors off their hinges opening them. I look in to see him hunched over the toilet. This was the second day in a row that I have found him in the bathroom throwing up. Werewolves didn't get sick, something was wrong and I am getting worried.

"Dane Livingston! If you have gotten me pregnant, I'm going to cut off your balls!" Caleb screams right before throwing up again.

Pregnant? Zeus was jumping up and down at the thought. Caleb looked miserable but I couldn't help smiling at the thought of his belly round with my pups.

"I'm going to call Brian and see if he can see us this morning" I tell to him as I start dialing the number to the hospital.

Two-hours later we were sitting in the waiting room of the hospital.

"You guys are up" Brian calls us as he approaches us in the waiting room. "Head to exam room four."

"Beta Dane...help Caleb onto the bed" Brian instructs me once we enter the exam room. "Caleb...Beta Dane has already told me what's been going on, you want to add anything" he asks looking at Caleb. He shook his head no.

"You know the drill. I'm going to bypass the pee test and to straight to the ultra-sound. Caleb lifts his shirt up and pushes down his shorts low enough that his whole abdomen was bare. Brian put some clear looking goo on a hand-held device and places it on Caleb's abdomen. Caleb tenses as Brain moves the device around.

Zeus growled. He's hurting mate!

"Relax Beta" Brian tells me not even taking his eyes of the screen. "I am not hurting your mate."

I push Zeus down and tell him to relax. Taking one of Caleb's hands in mine, I look at the screen.

"Here we are. It looks like you have got two pups" Brian amusingly says pointing to two peanut shapes on the screen.

My body froze and my mouth went dry. Those were our pups. I look down at Caleb as tears roll down his cheeks.

"Are you okay?" I ask worriedly.

"Are you? You looked like someone kicked you in your gut" Caleb asks with apprehension.

I lean down and give him a kiss. "My mate is carrying our pups. I am more than okay" I whisper into his ear giving it a small nip.

Standing back up, my cups his cheeks and my thumbs wipe the tears from his cheeks.

"Would you like a picture" Brian inquires.

"Three copies if you don't mind" Caleb requests reaching for a towel.

We clean off Caleb's abdomen and I help him off the bed.

"Brian. Could we have a moment" I ask wanting to speak with Caleb alone. I want us to just to enjoy this moment by ourselves before the whole world did. I take him in my arms and enjoy the feel of his warm body against mine.

"I love you."

"I love you too" he responds back.

Not willing to let go, I hold him for a few minutes.

"I don't think we should tell the pups until you are further along" I suggest.

"Good idea. Why don't we tell them once we found out the sexes" Caleb proposes.

"Sure. Now what about Alpha Jack and Alpha Felix" I ask. Alpha Felix will not be happy if he isn't in the loop.

"Jack might already know. If not, the next time I see him he will probably be able to tell the change in my scent and might even hear their heart-beats" Caleb sighs. "Might as well tell them now. Felix will flip out if he finds out Jack knew before him."

I nod in agreement.

I link.

Everything ok Beta? Alpha Jack inquires.

We will be there in five-minutes! Alpha Felix boomed thru the link. I have a feeling he might already know.

We arrived at the suite at the same time. In the beginning, I was not happy how close Alpha Jack and Alpha Felix were with my mate. I have come to know them better in the past weeks and realize how important Caleb is to them. I knew they would protect Caleb and our pups with their lives if they had to.

We all stand in the living room staring at each other.

"What's going on Caleb" Alpha Jack asks finally breaking the awkward silence.

"I'm pregnant" Caleb blurts outs.

"O MY GOSH! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! WE HAVE SO MUCH SHOPPING TO DO!!" Alpha Felix screams. He screamed so loud that two warriors start pounding on the door. I quickly link with them.

Alpha Felix was already next to Caleb talking a mile a minute.

Alpha Jack walks over to me and shakes my hand. I was a fool when I first came to the pack. The Alpha who stands before me is a good leader and good man. I hope one day I will be able to count him as my friend.

"Good luck" he offers as we watch our mates.

"I'm going to need it aren't I?"

"Yep" he responds with a smirk.
