"When do you expect her to wake up?" A male voice asked
"Soon, we took all the bullets out and put her in the cradle, her wounds are all healed" a female voice replied
"Thank you Helen."
"It's not problem Steve."
I heard footsteps and a door close and then there was silence, it took a few minutes till I heard footsteps again and felt someone grab my hand and give it a gentle squeeze
"I'm glad you're okay, Willow."
I slowly opened my eyes and looked around the room.
It was white, obviously a hospital room.
I looked at the male sitting beside me and frowned
"Where's Pietro?" I asked
Steve gently gave my hand another squeeze.
"well are you gonna tell me?" I asked
"I'm sorry, Dr.Cho said I couldn't tell you anything."
"Tell me Steve!" I demanded
"He's gone." He whispered
"W-what?" I stuttered
"He died before we could get here."
"Stop lying to me Steve, where is Pietro."
The door opened and Tony walked in " he's not lying kid."
"Pietro, Pietro's dead?" I asked quietly
Tony nodded his head, I then looked at Steve who gripped my hand tighter while kidding his head.
Tears fled out of my eyes as I let out a huge sob.
I yanked my hand out of Steve's grip and looked at the two boys with a deadly glare through my tears.
"Get out." I stated
The boys just stood there
"I said get out!" I screamed
The boys looked at me before exiting the room and closing the door behind them.
I curdled up In a ball in my bed and hugged my knees like how I use to before I met Wanda and Pietro.

My tears were uncontrollable as I cried
"Pietro." I cried into the empty room.
He promised me, he promised and he didn't keep it.
He was gone.
I couldn't breathe, I just wanted him back.
I closed my eyes, hoping this was all a dream and when i wake up, Pietro will be right beside me.
Speed forward
I opened my eyes and frowned.
I was still in the same room as I was when I fell asleep, Pietro still wasn't with me, which couldn't of brought the smile that died with him.
"Knock knock" a female voice said at the door
I looked over and saw it was Wanda.
"Is it true?" I asked her
Her eyes were red and swollen and her hair was a complete mess
"He's been gone for a long time."she replied
"What do you mean 'long time'?" I asked
"It's been six months since Ultron Willow, you've been in a coma for six months"
I looked at her, Pietro has been dead for six months, I was out in a coma while Pietro had been dead for six whole months
"Why didn't I die?" I asked her.
"You had twelve bullet wounds, Pietro had 48" she replied
I gasped, he'd been shot 48 times?!
"Oh god." I cried
"We haven't buried him yet." She whispered
"What?"I asked
"They won't let me even see his body."
I looked at Wanda, why would they keep his body from her, why couldn't we get any closure.
"That's it!" I yelled flinging the sheets off my body and getting off the bed
"Willow! Your supposed to be on bedrest!" Wanda scolded
"Not when they won't let us have a little bit of closure." I stated walking out the door.

"Miss Darwin, you need to get back to bed, your aren't stable enough to be moving around at this pace!" A nurse yelled running after me as I walked
I was walking around bare feet, this was I guess one of the avengers personal hospitals in their facilities.
I walked faster and saw somebody familiar.
"Natasha!"I yelled
I was angry, and If I was Bruce right now I would've went full out hulk mode.
"Willow! You're awake!" She said surprised
"How are you-"
She didn't finish because I grabbed her neck and started choking her.
"Where is Pietro?" I demanded
"He's dea-"
"I know he's dead! Where's his body!" I yelled fiercely.
"Put herdown Lady Willow" a strong voice said
I looked over and saw Thor.
"Why should I?"I asked
"She doesn't know where Pietro is." Thor replied
I dropped Romanoff and turned my body towards Thor as Natasha gasped for air holding her bruised neck.
"Then who does?" I asked
"I do"
I clenched my fists " well Thor, tell me where he is."
"I'm sorry Lady Willow, but i cannot reveal his whereabouts."
"Why? Why can't I know where he is if he's dead?" I asked
Thor walked closer to me, his heavy footsteps was all I could here, beside Natasha's heavy and loud breathing.
"I'm afraid I cannot reveal that." He stated
I walked over to him and tried pushing him, but he's a God and he didn't even move.
"Tell me!" I yelled pushing his chest
He grabbed my wrist and looked at me "I'm sorry lady Willow, but you are needed in the training room."
"Fine."
Thor let go of my wrist and I walked towards the hallway before I stopped, I turned my body back to facing Thor.
"Where is the training room?" I asked
Thor laughed and walked towards me " follow me Lady Willow."
I nodded my head and followed him.
S i x M o n t h s L a t e r . . .
( a year after Ultron.)
I looked at everyone in the training room.
"Why am I here?" I asked Wanda
"We are going to become avengers." Sam replied
Suddenly the door opened and Steve and Natasha walked in.
They looked at all of.
Vision, falcon, war machine, scarlet witch, and me.
"Avengers a-"
Steve stopped and looked behind all of us, his eyes where wide and his mouth was now closed.
I looked behind me and gasped.

The Ascendant: Endless Reincarnation
My name is Richard Brooks. I died while saving a kid. Kicking the bucket at 28 was really depressing, you know? There’s so much I still wanted to do. But instead of passing on, I was thrust into an endless series of reincarnations. Whenever I die, I earn Karma points based on my achievements and growth. These points can be exchanged for weapons, spells, or other bonuses to make my next lives more interesting. “What kills me only makes me stronger!” Or something like that. Honestly, it feels like I’m stuck in an RPG. The difficulty setting can be pretty ridiculous too. Sometimes all I can do is grit my teeth in frustration as I die an ignoble death. But I won’t complain. Even when it’s dangerous and painful, I love life. This is all an opportunity; I’ll do my best, no matter what kind of sadistic fate the System throws at me. I will swing the warhammer of justice! Craft and enhance the most amazing artifacts! Overwhelm opponents with a barrage of auto-casting spells! Lead powerful vassals in Domain wars! All for the sake of creating an eternal sanctuary. With my unique power of Runecrafting, maybe I’ll even become strong enough one day to overturn fate… or at least find out what the hell is really going on. It might take a few hundred or a thousand lifetimes, but what’s the rush? I have all the time in the world now. (Note: R15+ This is the work of a very inexperienced author with a full time job. Please expect an erratic release schedule.)

Excerpt: He snagged her wrist gently before she could flounce away, his fingers warm and firm. “You need to come with me, girl,” he said earnestly. “I don't need to do anything.” She was indignant. She knew that sometimes her kind of abilities could be unruly but Nyssa was quite capable of taking care of herself. She’d lived with her abilities since she was thirteen. She’d learned to handle them herself. “It’s dangerous for you to be on your own,” Del said, tightening his grip on her wrist. She pulled her arm from his grip and he let her go. He could force her to go with him, she knew, but he wouldn’t. “I don’t need your help, Superman.” She didn’t look at him. “I’ll be back in a week,” he said, ignoring her protests. “Be ready to leave with me.” He breezed past her, discarding the necklaces he still held on the desk and leaving. Nyssa sighed, watching his back as he disappeared down the street. “Fat chance, Superman.”
