《Loving Min Yoongi: How To Love Him》Chapter 14

Alex knocked on Taehyung's door. He opened it and swanky saxophone notes poured out of the room. He motioned for her and Ji-Hoon to enter and closed the door behind them.
"OK, we have the menu to choose from, and I think it takes about an hour to get the food." Taehyung passed them the menus and they began making selections.
"I don't know which to choose, there are two I want to try." Alex stared at the menu with furrowed eyebrows.
"Just order both, that's what I do when I can't decide." Jungkook shrugged his shoulders.
"I can't eat all of that!" Alex laughed as she continued looking at the menu.
"What if we order several things and share it all so we can all try a few things?" Ji-Hoon, master of the best ideas.
"I like it!" Taehyung and Ji-Hoon each picked a couple of items then Jungkook and Alex did as well.
When the food arrived, they laid everything out on the coffee table and started loading their plates. Taehyung was chewing when he asked "So, Alex, I heard you will be seeing our concert for the first time this weekend. Did you not have the chance to see one back in the states when we were there?''
Alex shook her head as she swallowed her food, "No, with my job I am always interviewing some celebrity or working at the office on edits. Any free time I get I spend at home relaxing or travel back home to see my mom when I can."
"So you don't have a boyfriend?" Jungkook asked with round eyes.
Alex laughed, "No, I haven't had one for a while. Work takes up a lot of my time, and some people don't deal well with that." Alex shrugged her shoulders, "If I found the right person I'd make better compromises. It takes two people to make it work."

Taehyung nodded in agreement. "So, what do you look for in a guy?"
Alex looked at Ji-Hoon with a questioning smile on her face. "How is it you guys keep interviewing me before I can interview you?"
Tae gave her a charming smile, "You are easy to talk with, and we like getting to know you. No one has spent as much time with us as you will be."
"I can understand that," Alex mused. She took another bite of her food before she answered him. "I look for empathy in another person. When someone can imagine where you are coming from it makes it easier when disagreements arise. I like someone who can make me laugh, or that I can make laugh. More than anything, I look for effort. No relationship is perfect and it will constantly evolve as time goes on. When the other person gives as much effort as you do, then you can get through anything together. I want a partner, someone who can be my best friend. I give one hundred percent when I love someone, and I just want that in return."
The room was quiet for a moment, "WOW, I want that too!" Jungkook looked at Alex with admiring eyes as they laughed at his enthusiasm.
When they were done eating, Alex and Ji-Hoon started to leave when Taehyung handed her a small sheet of paper. "Put these in your phone so you can get ahold of us if you need anything, and write down your number here." He handed her a pen and another sheet of paper.
When she was done, she and Ji-Hoon said their goodbye's and left. They were walking down the hallway when Ji-Hoon nodded towards the piece of paper in her hand, "You better guard those with your life."
Alex looked at him with wide eyes, "No kidding!" He dropped her at her door. "I'll see you in the morning!" Alex shut the door behind her and looked down at the piece of paper in her hand. She pulled out her phone and entered each of the numbers. She now had the phone numbers for all of the BTS members.

First Draft
Taking care of someone was hard. Harder still when the only job you can find is a graveyard shift at your brother's school, which is apparently haunted by a man claiming to be the devil. Oh, no, how horrific. I'm so scared. So, terribly, horribly, atrociously scared. Whatever shall I do? My life as a janitor is a simple one, and that clingy asshole won't leave me alone, so forgive me if I don't put enough gravitas into the situation. The only really scary prospect to this whole thing is that the KKK is in town, and I really don't want to deal with their bull. The gang activity is enough, why do we need to have an all-out war on school grounds? That will be too much for me to clean as a poor, lonely graveyard janitor. Old Summary: My gaze raised, and I observed the darkened face of the ghost, only visible feature being glowing red eyes. They faded into darkness, and I thought the offer over even as the body seemed to grow heavier in my arms. My first friend since this whole thing started, a few years ago.
