"Beau Bennett, don't even come near me! You got that game against the Wild coming up!" I tried to shoo him out of the room, but he refused to.
"Hey, we promised to be together through sickness and in health..." Beau smiled and I rolled my eyes.
"Stop reciting things from our wedding..." I mumbled before I started to cough once more.
Beau grabbed something from the paper bag and went to the kitchen downstairs. He came back with the bottle of cough syrup, water, and a spoon for the syrup. He sat down on his side of the bed, carefully getting syrup onto the spoon before he faced me.
I shook my head, not wanting to taste the aftertaste of the nasty medicine before Beau gave me a stern look.
"I got the one that tastes like chocolate though, Y/N..." Beau pleaded for me to drink the so-called 'chocolate cough syrup'.
I drank it before I made a disgusted face and asked Beau for the glass of water.
"Bennett, that was not chocolate flavored!" I groaned, facing away from him.
"You're right, I'm sorry for tricking you.. It was grape flavored." Beau sighed before he kissed my temple.
I ignored him, deciding to go on my phone and play with it, giving him a little silent treatment. I scrolled through Instagram and Twitter before I found a picture on Beau's Instagram of me scrolling through my phone.
I turned around to face him, "Did you just take a picture of me and post it on Instagram?"
"I have no idea about what you're talking about..."
"Don't lie to me, mister..." I gave him a kiss on the cheek before I started to tickle him.
He squealed, pleading for me to stop but I refused. I finally stopped tickling him after 10 minutes and we were just cuddling.
"Do you want to watch a movie and cuddle?" Beau asked, before I mumbled a yes as my face was laying on his chest.
He put on Jurassic World, snuggling into the crook of my neck. I cuddled more into his chest, listening to his soothing heartbeat, slowly falling asleep.
"Hey Beau, can I borrow-Woah here..." Sid barged into the room at the scene of Beau and I falling asleep.

She had two sharp horns poking from her hair. A cheerful smile with cute fangs that sparkled just so in the light. And lived in a world that would not smile in return. So, Maya smiled and hugged Erin when she spoke of her dreams with such boundless enthusiasm. They were best friends, and best friends did not shatter each other’s dreams. Heroes have arrived in Cairn village, one of which is Aiden; a 20-year-old-runaway who's just excited to play a super awesome VRMMORPG and maybe rekindle the eternal war without thinking... I added the tramtising tag since the whole demon lord thing isn't entirely moral and I guess that's what that tag means, better safe than sorry I guess. This is a rewrite and I still do small edits on earlier chapters for grammar and style every now and then so let me know any critiques you have or even if you just think something is stupid. The whole point of writing this is so I can improve while (hopefully) entertaining some people. My update schedule can be erratic but I will finish this eventually. Eventually being in a few years... I decided to take a break from this while I finish a separate project sorry about that. There are also puppy pictures...you have been warned.

Several thousands of years have passed in the blink of an eye, frought with the terrible atrocities commited in the name of progress. Now the largest super powers across Affra race for nuclear supremecy in secret after an armistice brought uneven peace to the war-torn realm.We follow a team of Special Forces Agents working behind enemy lines to make sure the Soviet Union, under its esteemed Primer; Mak Molotok, succeeds in bringing about a Red Affra. This is just a fun idea spawned from a group of friends, while the story is very much serious the subject of Yordles in a Cold War era stalemate is not. Updates won't be at all frequent. This is honestly a side show to my current webseries despite how much I love it. And once again this story features characters belonging to those friends I mentioned earlier, but this time I'll wait to reveal who is who. The cover art was done by the fantastic Teamoon!
