"MOMMY!" Sam ran to her and she was getting ready to lift him but was stopped by Matthew. "No. you're too heavy to be carried by your mom Sam." Sam's eyes glossed and cried.

"Seriously Matthew." Alejandra scolded him and picked Sam up and he snuggled into her neck.

"Hi Alice!" Alejandra greeted her mother in law

"Hello darling" she kissed her cheek.

"How was your your day?" Alice asked and Alejandra answered "Wonderful thank you for watching Sam for us."

"Any time darling. Y'all be careful bye bye!" she closed her door and they got in the truck. "Let's go out for dinner tonight. Where do y'all want to go?" Matthew suggested

Sam raised his hands in victory "YES! STEAK!" Alejandra turned to Sam "Steak it is."

4 Months Later

Alejandra became a stay at home mom. Sam was on Christmas break. Matthew was at work.

Sam called his dad.

S: DADDY! -he was crying hysterically

M: Sam what's wrong?

S: Mommy she she -he cried even louder

M: Sam calm down and tell me what's wrong? Where's your mom?

Matthew left and got in his truck

S: She's on the floor.

M:What!?

S: She was throwing up and then fell on the floor!!!! -he cried

M: Sam I'm on my way. Don't hang up.

Matthew's office was 20 minutes away from their house.

He shut the engine off and ran in. He saw his wife laying on the floor in the bathroom. He picked her up and took her to the hospital. On the way there Sam wouldn't stop crying and Matthew was calming himself so as to not get in an accident.

He left the engine running and went into the hospital asking for help. The nurses came and put her unconscious body on the stretcher while Matthew carried a silent Sam.

The doctors ran tests and told the father and son she was awake and could come in. Matthew ran in with Sam in his arms and they hugged her. She giggled "Hey boys."

"I'm sorry, did I worry y'all?" She said touching Sam and Matthew's cheeks.

"Mommy are you okay?" Alejandra smiled and sat him on her lap. "I'm okay." She whispered something in his ear and her hugged her and cried.

Matthew touched his son's back "What's wrong? Did they diagnose you with something?" Alejandra looked sad and cried.

This worried Matthew both his son and wife were crying. He drew both of them into his arms "I will protect you 2 from everything. Don't worry. Whatever it is we can get through it together."

Sam and Alejandra said a muffled "THREE!" Matthew said "Pardon me?" Sam said "You have to protect my little sister too dad." Matthew was shocked and took her in his arms spinning her in his arms princess style.

"STOP I'm going to-" she gagged and covered her mouth. Matthew immediately stopped and set her down on the hospital bed. "I'm going to be a baby again." Matthew said causing Alejandra to arch an eyebrow.

"Sorry.. I'm going to be a dad again." he corrected himself.

Alejandra had to alter her dress where now a bump was visible. When she found out she was pregnant she was 3 months pregnant and today was the day they had their Church Wedding.

After the celebration Matthew and her left to their honeymoon and made love for 3 days.

The sound of a baby's crying was heard in the hospital hallway and the cheers of family members could be heard.

"Lucas Grey." Welcome to the world.

"MOM LUCAS WON'T LET MY FINGER GOOOO!!!" A very pregnant Alejandra came into her room. "Lucas Suelta ese dedo.. Ahora eso no esta bien. No se muerde ala gente mucho menos a tu hermano." Lucas let go of Sam's finger. "Thanks mom." he rubbed her belly and left.

English translation: (Lucas let go of that finger.. Now that is not okay. You do not go around biting people especially not your brother.)

"Sorry." Lucas said and Matthew came in "I'm home love" He kissed her then kissed her big belly "how are my babies?" he talked to her stomach.

"Deal with Lucas first. Then you can talk to them." She left waddling away into the living room with Sam.

"Que paso Lucas?" Matthew asked in Spanish because they agreed he needed to know her language since he could learn english by interacting with Sam whom also learnt Spanish. and he could always learn by watching tv.

"Me pincho mis cachetes." Lucas said and Matthew picked his son up and said "fue su firma de cariño."

English translation: Lucas- (He pinched my cheeks.)

Matthew- (It was his way of love.)

Matthew sat with his 7 month pregnant wife who was expecting twin girls. In her arms was Lucas and leaning on her shoulder was Sam. He felt blessed at his family "I love you." He said as he kissed his wife. "I love you Matthew."
