This week I decided to do something a little different, because I want to give the spotlight to my readers, yes you.
Because Halloween is coming up I figured it was time to tell our own tales from the crypt, or rather excavation. But instead of me telling the story YOU get a chance to telling your own spooky story using the following prompt.
:
You and your team are tasked with excavating a remote gravesite that was only recently discovered. The last member of your team is leaving for the day when you are opening up the last grave of the excavation. After he is gone, you decide that the last grave can wait till tomorrow, but when you turn around to clean up you realize that all your tools are missing, and the grave is empty.
▶ This story can be as fictional or fantastical as you want them to be. A mummy curse, vampires, zombies use whatever you want.
▶ Each story must have a maximum length of . A few words longer is no problem but please don't write a 50 page novel. 😉
▶ Post the story either separate or as a part of a short story collection with the tag;

Since this is a very small one-man contest I'll be reading and judging all the stories based on their creativity, originality and grammar.
