《My Brother's Best Friend✔️》2-

Ok...Lets start at the beginning of this story...
"ETHANN!" I yelled into my pillow as I was being blinded by the 7am sunrise. I attempted to bury my head in my dark curls but they just ended up getting in my mouth.
"I'm just trying to get you out of bed Beccs, no need to be such a cow!" He said ever-so calmly.
"A sleep deprived cow, thanks to you." I mumbled
He left the room abruptly, throwing up an arm to reach the top of my door frame on his way out.
"Oh...and we are leaving in an hour so be ready!" He called back.
I groaned, snuggling deeper into my duvet because it was too early for this shit.
I opened my eyes to a very unimpressed Ethan standing at the door, his arms folded across his chest. My brother wasn't a small guy, infact his 6'2 body often loomed over my 5'8 one. Nevertheless, he only ever acted his age when he was with girls, otherwise he would easily be mistaken as the younger sibling. Ethan had clear, tanned skin and a head full of dark curls similar to mine. So yeah, he got a lot of attention from girls due to his genetics.(My father is italian and my mother is spanish, however we now live in a large London apartment with our dad.)
"Um.." I sat up rubbing my eyes... I am NOT a morning person. "What's the time?" I looked around my room and my eyes, yet again, met a disappointed Ethan.
"8:30am" I rushed out of bed and hugged him, this trip meant alot to him as he hasn't seen his best friend for two years now. Shit I'm so selfish.
We stood hugging for a minute when his chest began to move and I heard him chuckle. I fired him a confused look when he pulled out two pieces of paper, I presumed that they were our plane tickets.

"Luckily for both of us, I knew this was going to happen so i woke you up two hours early... You still have an hour and a half to get ready Beccs." He began laughing now.
This bitch...
I punched him in the stomach and walked back to my bed. One second,I was wrapping myself in the duvet and the next, I was being lifted up and thrown into my bathroom.
"That doesn't mean that you can go back to sleep!"
"Whatever." I said and locked the door behind me.
I quickly showered, shaved and got dressed into some black baggy jeans, a white strappy top and put on an oversized sweater.
I had already packed my bags so I drank a smoothie and brushed my teeth. I left my hair down after fussing about what I should do with it for half an hour.
"Ready?" Ethan asked and I replied with a quick nod as he lifted my suitcase into the backseat of his mercedes.
After saying bye to dad, we set off and told him not to miss us too much in our month away from him... I'm glad we were leaving, my dad is an independent man and enjoys time alone. Plus, who knows?...maybe he will finally use that dating app that i downloaded for him!
Ethan and I decided to waste time in the Duty-free store as our flight was delayed. We were sniffing all of the perfumes listening to 'No going back' by Yuno with one of Eathan's airpods each.
We made our way out of the shop and into the departure lounge when I felt someone tapping my shoulder. I quickly spun around, confused as to who tapped me,when I locked eyes with an extremely handsome dark haired boy with a small bag in his hand.

He offered me a smile and handed me the bag, which I happily took even though I didn't know the guy.. Queue Ethan in 3...2...1...
"And who are you?" Although Ethan was taller than the boy, It was only by an inch or so. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at my brother's immature behaviour. Like, can't he just cut the act and behave like a normal 21 year old?!
"I'm Sam, I was giving your girfri-"
"Sister" I corrected. I noticed Sam smile at my comment.
"Oh, Well your sister left her bag at the checkout in the Duty-free earlier so I came to return it." He said with a wink. It was only after he said this that I noticed his thick French accent... could this god get any more attractive??
I could feel the heat rise straight to my cheeks and there was no way of preventing it.
"What a hero, bye now." Ethan spat, a sarcastic undertone laced with his words.
Before I could thank Sam, I was being dragged out of the lounge.
Ugh.
I told Ethan that I needed the bathroom so that he would let go of me... I wasn't lying though, Aunt Flo thought that she would pay me a visit yesterday which was so thoughtful of her.
I locked the cubicle door and searched my pockets for a tampon. As I found one, the bag Sam gave me earlier slipped out of my pocket. I kept quiet as I didn't want to say anything in front of Ethan, but I knew damn well that I didn't buy anything from the Duty-free.
As I opened it up I covered my mouth in shock. One of the perfumes that I was smelling earlier was in the bag along with a gift receipt. I picked up the box and found a note tucked in the bottom of the bag, It read:
To the beautiful girl that i bought this perfume for,
Call me ;)
And beneath that was a number that I didn't hesitate to put into my phone. I quickly sent a text, thanking Sam but saying that it was too much.
Time to get on this fucking flight.
