《The black phone ~imagines~》Dare (finney)
Robin always teased finney about not playing truth or dare. He had a good reason not to, they would make him do something horrible that would leave him in guilt.
Vance- come on finney just play
Finney- no
Bruce- don't be a pussy
Finney- fine
Robin- we dare you to date y/n l/n and then break up with her before summer break
Finney- summer is in like 2 weeks
Billy- then I guess you better get your ass to her house
Finney- I'll do it tomorrow
The next day finney began walking towards y/n. All the boys standing back at the gate, watching
Y/n- oh hey finney
Finney- hey... do you want to go out with me
The boys knew she liked finney, they knew she'd obviously say yes
Y/n- sure
Later that night, finney stood her up. She technically was nothing to him so he didn't feel the need to show up. He knew it was wrong but who the fuck was she to think he'd ever choose her. After the grabber, he became so popular that he could have any chick he wanted.
The next morning for school she wanted to make him jealous but if he had no interest in her than what was the point in trying.
As she walked through the large school gates, the boys waited to mock her. Instead they found a glum, sad girl that had given up trying.
Her hair down but not brushed, her clothes old and like a rag. Her lack of trying though didn't let her leave without her signature scent that by now was the only true redeeming quality she had.
Thank fuck for summer tomorrow. She knew she could use this time to comprehend why the fuck finney would think he can do that.
Finney in fact was riddled with guilt. He did feel like it was the right thing to do last night but now, now he felt like an ass.
Seeing the effect it had on her hurt him in some way. A way he couldn't understand. A way he never would understand.
A/n long time no see babes. Ok so to cut the shit I lost interest in writing and I just forgot abt it but I'd like to make a comeback kinda if anyone even reads this anymore

Observations of the Nameless
Sometimes the world will just whirl by without a care for its inhabitants. Each passing day bring a new experience unlike the one before it. Why do we do anything... That's a really good question, isn't it? Author's Note: Each chapter is about 300 words, so that's the reason for the short story tag even though this will be a (somewhat) ongoing series. Expect an update twice a week on Tue/Wed and on Fri/Sat. No set time, but likely afternoon or evening.

Puppet Lord
In the year 2142, humanity’s technology has developed to the point of cybernetic and neural implants. People all have neural receptors attached to the brains, allowing for unfettered, 24 hour a day, global access to the neural net. A string of attempted break ins to a secure facility has authorities scratching their heads. Every few days, a new person is caught trying to force their way through checkpoints, reinforced doors, and cyber security. None of the perpetrators have any criminal history, and all are seemingly unconnected. Their methods are random, and worst of all, none of them have the foggiest idea why they there in the first place. Detective Jon Peld finally finds the common thread linking all the perps together, a vr mmo known as Istrius. Mind jacking is an outdated crime, one thought to have been completely eliminated centuries ago as the neural implant tech was perfected, but all the pieces fit. He can't convince his boss though, so there's only one thing left to do: investigate from the inside.

Crafter's Passion (AKA Gleaners' Guild)
2038, California. Stan is doing his mandatory "volunteer" service years on a collective farm when he encounters Thousand Tales, a game that offers immortality to the super-rich. He can't afford to have his brain uploaded like those elite customers, but maybe he can turn a profit out of the game instead of just playing it. Not as a legendary swordsman or a brilliant wizard, but as a dealer in the junk no one else seems to want. If he plays his cards right, he can draw the attention of both the farm's supervisor and the game's ruling, meddling AI. Should he, though? LitRPG. Part of the world of "Thousand Tales", a novel series on Amazon, though no knowledge of it is expected. This story is around 12K words long. I'd appreciate feedback to help write a much longer version! Updates every few days. Cover art from game-icons.net, by Lorc, CC-BY. Update! This story was originally called "Gleaners' Guild".
