Jungkook tightly held Taehyung's hand as they sat on the floor, looking at each other's eyes. "Here, Tae, Happy Birthday." he smiled as he gave the other a white bracelet, the one he always wanted.
"T-Thank you, Kookie," Taehyung replied as he took a good look at it. "I appreciate it very much. But you know for my birthday, this is not what I truly want."
His eyes were enough of an answer for Jungkook. He knew what his boyfriend wants other than that shiny, expensive looking bracelet,but sadly, he can't give that to him.
"I'm sorry," Jungkook bit his lower lip and bowed his head down in an apology."You know my reasons why I can't fulfill your request. Not even on your birthday."
Taehyung nodded and patted Jungkook's palm softly with care and compassion. He tried to keep his tears in when he heard the school bell ringing from the outside, reminding them that the school break is over.
"It's time."
Jungkook stood up and patted the dust off him as he reached out his arm to help Taehyung, though he rejected the offer and stood up on his own.
"See you later, Jungkook."
"Yes, see you. I'll go out first, after that, you go out five minutes later okay?"
Taehyung nodded and gave his boyfriend a sweet but doubting stare. "I love you Jungkook-ah."
"I love you too, hyung."
All of that has been said within the safety of the janitor's closet.
