《The Eight Deadly Sins》Chapter 12

The (Un)known Man.
(A/N) I will continue to use the name (Y/N) when he is speaking/doing things, but you are able to interpret it as the Fire or (Y/N) reason will be explained in this chapter.
As (Y/N) rose from the crater, he noticed how the dirt was red, not its usual brown.
"Did I bleed that much? No, it is way to different, the dirt is way too heavy," (Y/N) said picking up the dirt, placing a bit in his mouth, "yep, not a lot of water in this, and it is a little burned... I am either in a desert or, somewhere else completely."
(Y/N) began to set of heading in a random direction, eventually noticing that the shirt he put on at Merlin's lab was shreds, along with the bottom part of his trousers, though Ragespike was held in its place on his left hip.
"I better get some clothes," (Y/N) said looking around to see if there are any animals only to see nothing, only seeing the red land with a couple of red stone pillars, "where is everything? I can't even find anything's energy, where am I?"
A long time have passed as (Y/N) continued down the desert, nothing had changed only the rock pillars become more frequent, but that was not (Y/N) main problem.
"I need to get some water," (Y/N) said trying more of the dirt noticing the water in the soil increased since he got here, and it still tastes burned "at least I am heading to something," only seeing that the remains of the clothes that he was wearing were almost gone, his shirt was no more, and his trousers were practically shorts. "If I only had my key," (Y/N) muttered, slapping his face to get out of his despair, "come on fire, you can do better," pausing for a moment "looks like I am talking to myself again, that is good," (Y/N) said with a smile, only for a frown to appear on his face, "I bet everyone heard my name, even the sins... well except for the captain, as he was killed, I'm sure he is fine."

As the days became weeks, and the weeks became months, and the months became years, (Y/N) kept on moving never resting only for bags to form under his eyes.
Rubbing his eyes (Y/N) looked in horror with the place that he had come across.
"I can't be, no, this place was destroyed," (Y/N) said seeing that no one was here as he travelled through the village.
Finally finding the well of the village (Y/N) began to drink up by plunging his head in the water in the well.
"That was refreshing." (Y/N) said pulling his head out. "Now then, if I am on Vegeta, then that means I can make a key, then I head back to help the sins... that would also explain the burned soil," only for a puzzled look appears on his face, "how long have I been here?"
"a long time," an old voice calls out.
"Who's there?" (Y/N) yelled out.
"That is my question," the man hollers waling out from a house as (Y/N) looked at the man in horror.
"How are you here?" (Y/N) muttered under his breath.
"Now then who are you?" the man asked.
"Well, that is a long story,"
"I have lived a long time, I know a long story when I hear one," the man grumbled.
"Not as long as me,"
"Ha, I am no fool, you look to be in your twenties at best, now, what is your name, tell me now, and you won't be dead,"
"I don't think you want to kill me."
"Now why is that?"
"let's just say we are both Saiyan's,"
The man looked at (Y/N) with disbelief, "you can't be a Saiyan, they are all dead,"
"Well, they sort of are,"
"Just leave this place, if you are a Saiyan, then you know who I am and what I have done." the man looked with despair on his face.

"I know you very well," (Y/N) said as the man turned and went into the building.
"Fire."
"So, you know my name," the old man spoke now known as Fire.
"I know way more about you than you know about me,"
"I don't care what you know, I plan on dying in this burned world."
(Y/N) looked in horror, "was I really that depressed?"
"I don't know about this 'I', but I am me and you are you,"
"Not really,"
The Fire looked at (Y/N) "what do you mean by that,"
"Come on, you can figure it out,"
The Fire paused for a few moments, "you can't be,"
"Yep,"
"You are my future self?"
"There are a few false tries, but you get here in the end."
"Why the hell are you so young then,"
"Regeneration is a lottery now isn't it,"
"Now that key you mentioned is it for..."
"yep"
"I see,"
"Are you able to help me?"
"No," the Fire said heading into the house.
(Y/N) sighed "I was afraid you would say that" as (Y/N) started to head off, as he stopped "the fire stopped, "you know, you will forget this, but someone will help you, two really, nine, if you want to get into details," (Y/N) said heading off to a large castle in the distance.
"Now then let's get that key," (Y/N) said to himself.
Moments later (Y/N) was running through the halls of the castle as red beams of light were flying past him only for (Y/N) to run into another corridor.
"It wasn't this hard the last time I did this, what the hell happened."
(Y/N) continued down the corridor that he entered entering a door at the end of the corridor.
"Thank the elements that this place is here, this place isn't doing that well,"
The castle had not been looked after very well, unlike the village that (Y/N) found the Fire in, this place was beginning to be collapsing in on itself.
"How the defences are still active is beyond me."
Entering the room further a giant machine was in the centre of the room.
"Now then," (Y/N) said as turned to a cupboard with lots of metal names as read them "Aluminium, Gallium, Indium, Tin, Thallium Lead, Bismuth, aaa here it is. Coronium."
Grabbing the box, he put the metal into the machine and pressed a few buttons making the machine activate.
"What was the number again...oh yeah," (Y/N) entered a number sequence, "5,1,0,2,0,1,4, bingo,"
(Y/N) stood back as the machine began to activate making several clanging sounds.
(Y/N) looked at the machine then looking at himself.
"Well, I better get out of these old things." looking at the trousers that he has been wearing for a long time with Ragespike was held in its place on his left hip.
A few minutes later (Y/N) re-entered the room with his new clothes on, as the machine dropped a key out.
With Ragespike on his left hip.
"Alright then," (Y/N) said grabbing the key as it began to glow, and a sound of gushing wind entered the room as a familiar sound appeared.
"Hello again old friend," (Y/N) said putting a hand onto the blue box butting the key into the lock, entering the door he sees the room that he has not been in a long time.
"Now then," (Y/N) said to the console as he got closer to it, "let us go and save some sinners." as he pulled a leaver.
