Quirk type: Emitter/mutant
Description:User has the ability to manipulate the laws of physics in tiny ways as well as being able to teleport at the maximum of 2inches.
Drawbacks:their appearance glitches non stop causing an eye strain.they can only manipulate things like the speed of a ball when thrown or how gravity works nothing big like transforming a rock into a cat or control long the weather.
Things you can do with this quirk
Manipulative flying: user can reduce their gravity level by a lot and make it so they can fly.
Lazyniess at it's finest: user can glitch objects in 2ft radius to her.
