Description:This user can change colors of an item to another color.They store the original colors in their eyes.(their eyes are multicoloured.)If an item is white it is much easier to change colors than a vibrant colored item.
Drawbacks:the user can only change the color of the same item twice.
Things user can do with this quirk
Color blast:This user throws a colored water droplet at the same speed of a paintball gun.This stings the target and can cause immense pain.
