Sinbad

I don't know what to make of the girl. I just don't. She's not bad-looking, but she's just so...different from any other girl I've ever met, girls who I can easily flirt with, girls who blush the instant they realise who I am. From the way she stands to her expression (or lack of it), she's different. There's just that air around her.

So I haven't really approached her or said anything to her since the interrogation. I take a walk around the palace in the early hours of the morning. Maybe I can be more welcoming to her. Maybe she can open up to me the same way Musrar and Ja'far did. I'm sure I can reach out to her, I am Sinbad after all.

Suddenly, I hear two voices coming from downstairs. I look down from a balcony to see Ja'far and the girl walking back towards his study. Even from this distance, I can see a change in her, though I can't quite put a finger on what it is.

I smirk. Looks like Ja'far got to her first.
