《Yandere Kouha Ren x Reader (Magi)》Sold! A new life begins!

The wagon you sat in bumped along the dirt roads as it headed to the Kou Empire capital, Rakushou. You sat among many people you'd never met before. However, you all held one thing in common, you were all slaves to be sold off to other people. You hadn't always been a slave though. In fact you had lived all your life before now in a tiny village, free. Now your life had been taken away from you. There was only a little spark of hope left in your heart, you hoped to be sold in the Kou Empire. If you became a slave there you would just have to live with it for 5 years, after that you would have your freedom plus it was against the law to mistreat slaves in Kou. You were better off here then anywhere else.
Soon the giant walls of Rakushou loomed overhead. The wagons stopped at the gate for inspection and verification to enter. They intimidated you. These were the walls that would be the bars of your new prison. They were the entrance to a new future which you wished you could run away from.
Seeing the city was a new experience for you. Never in your life had you seen so many people. They all ran around going their own ways, doing their own things. Noises rang through your ears from all sorts of people. People called out to others, children laughed and screamed, merchants advertised their products. It had never been so loud in your peaceful village.
The wagons approached the slave market. You along with all the other slaves were taken into a building with multiple cells holding many other people, other slaves. You and everyone else were forced into one of the cold dark cells. It scared you to be there. The metal bars were shut behind you. In the crowd of people you sat down and rested your head against you knees. The guards would return fairly often taking a few people out of the cells to be sold in the market. After a while night came with you still in the slave building. The sounds of the hustle and bustle above ground slowly died down and eventually you fell asleep on the cold stone floor.

As morning came, so did more buyers. After a few hours passed you were jerked out of the cell and lead out of the building into the busy market and into sunlight. Your eyes slowly adjusted to the light as you were placed on a stand that held a few other people. Many people came and looked at the people in your little group. None of the onlookers wore the same brown you and the other slaves wore, that was because brown was the color a slave had to wear. That was what showed you as a slave.
People that were sold were soon replaced by others. It didn't take much time before you were sold off too. You were taken off the platform with 2 other girls and lead to a lady who appeared to be in her mid-40s. She lead the way out of the market. Eventually, you arrived at the back of a large mansion and entered a little door which was the servant's entrance. The lady must have been the head maid. You walked through a narrow hall and arrived in a kitchen filled with people who seemed to be preparing a wonderful smelling meal. The lady beckoned you further into another room filled with many beds.
"This will be were you will sleep," the lady pointed to three different beds out of six. "These are the only ones available so choose one." You each went to the a different bed. She then looked over at you and spoke harshly sending you to help in the kitchen with whatever needed to be done.
You swiftly ran to kitchen from the before. You stood there for a little not knowing what to do and just as you were going to ask someone you bumped into a man carrying a large bag of flour. The bag of flour fell over spilling everywhere. Crap, everything was happening so fast and now you already screwed up. The man glared at you and before you could even apologize started yelling at you. "Damn, that's all the flour we had left you better hurry to the market and buy some more," he placed in you hand a little pouch filled with coins.

"I don't know where to go!" You exclaimed as fast as you could.
"So your new." The man stated.
"Yes, I'm (name)." You looked up at him confidently as he scowled at you then he turned away. He shouted across the kitchen.
"Chiyo, we have a new person here. Show her the market so she won't have to bother me about later!"
A girl with brown hair and dark brown eyes raced towards you and grabbed you arm. "YES SIR," she practically yelled while she gave a cheeky grin.
"And calm down!" The man yelled at her as she raced out the door with you running behind.
She lead the way to a large market place. Wow, your day seemed to be speeding along. You could barely even comprehend everything that had happened. Chiyo pointed out all the different stalls and answered any questions you had. She seemed nice but you still felt awkward around her. Maybe, it was because you never had to socialize with strangers.
Soon you approached a tent which sold wheats and grains. Chiyo turned to the merchant selling the flour and stared talking with him like they were old friends. You waited until finally Chiyo stopped talking and actually ordered the flour to give her the pouch the man from the kitchen had given you. When she finished with that you both started to head back preparing yourself for the new life that just began.
