"How're you?" Scarlett asked.

The rain has stopped, but they're still inside the cave.

Y/N's fine now. Scarlett was a huge help. The actress managed to calm her down, and it was a relief to her. She thought she was going to fall into another panic attack, but thankfully, she didn't. Although her heart clenched painfully, it was still a lot better than her previous attacks.

"I'm fine." Y/N answered, lifting her head up from Scarlett's shoulder. "We can go outside now, you must be tired from carrying me." She said.

Scarlett shook her head, "No. I'm not tired, don't worry. I like carrying you." She said.

Y/N chuckled softly, "This is the first time you carried me, Scar." She said.

"And this won't be the last time." Scarlett said.

Y/N smiles, "I'm not complaining."

Scarlett smiles, "I..."

Y/N raised an eyebrow, "You, what?"

In love with you. Scarlett thought. She wants to say that so badly. She wants Y/N to know that she doesn't just like her, she's in love with her. She's in love with her so badly. But she's afraid that it will scare Y/N off, that she'll think it's too soon for that.

"I like you." Is what Scarlett said. "I really really like you." She added.

Y/N smiles, "I really really like you too, Scar. But I feel like there's more? I feel like you want to tell me something..."

Scarlett chuckled softly, "Wow. You really have an amazing gut feeling, the best in the world." She said.

Y/N giggled, shrugging. But then she turned serious, "Hey, you know that you can tell me anything, right?"

Scarlett bit her bottom lip and didn't say anything, her heart starts beating wild against her chest, she's thinking if she should just go and confess.

Y/N's hand went up to Scarlett's face. She traces Scarlett's lips and feels the actress biting her bottom lip. She smiles. "Stop biting your lip, my angel. Don't be afraid, tell me." She said, as she softly caresses Scarlett's cheek this time.

Scarlett took a deep breath.

"I... I don't just like you, Y/N. I'm in love with you." Scarlett said, finally confessing her true feelings for Y/N. "I love you, I just love you, so much. I'm so in love with you, everything about you. I know this is love, I know I'm in love even though I've never felt this way before. But really, that's how I know I'm in love with you because you consume my thoughts, everything about you makes my heart beat so wild. I want to see you all the time, I want to hear your voice, feel your heartbeat, see your beautiful smile. I just... I want all of you, Y/N. I want your good days, your bad days, I want your happiness, I want your sadness and pain. I want all of it. I want all of you."

Y/N licked her lips, tears streaming down her face. But her tears are for different reason now, it's tears of joy. And the way her heart was clenching now is because of happiness and because of warmth that Scarlett brings.

Scarlett smiles, "And I want you to be my strength, my weakness, I want you to be my happiness and my sadness. I want you to be my everything. I... I want to be with you, Y/N. And I am not asking you to give me an answer now, but please, let me love you." She said.

Y/N smiles, "I... I love you too, Scarlett."

Scarlett's eyes widened, her heart thumped wildly. "Y-You love me too?" She asked.

"Yes, I'm in love with you, Scarlett." Y/N confessed, she smiles and licked her lips. "And I also want to be with you."

"Oh my god," Scarlett gasps, she couldn't believe it. Y/N loves her too and she wants to be with her. "Are you sure? I-I mean, I just, wow." She couldn't even form her words.

Y/N chuckles, the hand on Scarlett's cheek went behind the actress' neck. "Yes, I'm sure, because in a million of doubts, you're the only thing that I'm sure of." She said.

Scarlett smiles, she couldn't explain how happy she is. "Can I... can I kiss you?"

"Please do," Y/N whispered, "Kiss me."

Scarlett licked her lips before tilting her head a little bit, then she closes her eyes as she leaned in.

As their lips touched, both their hearts began beating so fast against their chest, dancing with one another and creating a rhythm for their slow and passionate kiss.

And at that moment, they know that nothing will ever come between them. Scarlett is ready to face the world with Y/N, hand in hand.

And Y/N is ready to face her fears with Scarlett, hand in hand.
