"I don't know how you're doing this." Scarlett said, her arms extended so she wouldn't bump into things or the wall.

After driving the kids to school, Scarlett went back to Y/N's house since it's her day off, she wants to spend more time with Y/N and to help her around. And she had this sudden thought of wanting to try and be in Y/N's shoes, so she blindfolded herself.

Y/N chuckled, "I told you it's not a good idea."

Scarlett hummed and tried to walk towards the kitchen, but she bumped into the wall with a loud thud.

"Oh my god," Y/N gasped and immediately went to Scarlett, "Are you okay?" She asked and grabbed the actress' shoulders.

Scarlett laughed, shaking her head. She pulled down the blindfold and looked at Y/N, "I'm fine, but this won't work for me." She said.

Y/N sighs, smiling. "Yeah, don't do that again. You're my eyes, remember?" She said.

Scarlett's heart thumped, she looked between Y/N's eyes and even though Y/N couldn't see her, looking into Y/N's eyes still feels magical. She smiles, "Mhm, you got that right. I am your eyes."

Y/N smiles and let go of Scarlett's shoulders, "Good, now let's go and check what we need to buy." She said.

Scarlett smiles, "Let's go."

"I'm so glad you can't see me right now." Scarlett said, while smiling a little to the people that keeps glancing her way.

"Why? Is it about your disguise?" Y/N asked, chuckling. "Because I can just tell that you're doing a pretty good job, no one is coming to greet you or something." She added.

Scarlett laughed, "Yeah, want to feel my face?" She asked as she grabbed four boxes of cereal, putting all of them in their cart.

Y/N chuckled and nodded her head, "Yeah, sure."

"Okay," Scarlett said and faced Y/N, "Give me your hand." She said.

Y/N chuckled and extended her hand for the actress, and once their hands touched, her heart thumped.

"Here." Scarlett said.

Y/N hummed as she feels Scarlett's face, "Ooh, you're wearing glasses." She said, then her eyes widened when she felt the mustache. "Are you... is this a fake mustache?" She asked, already laughing.

"Yeah, that's why no one can recognize me." Scarlett said, laughing with Y/N. "And I'm wearing a beanie to hide my hair." She added.

"Genius." Y/N said, as she gently patted Scarlett's cheek before pulling her hand away. "Now I know why no one's following you whenever you would... stalk me." She said, obviously joking.

"Hey! I wasn't stalking you! I was... being your guardian angel." Scarlett said, nodding her head to prove her point even though Y/N couldn't see her.

"My angel." Y/N said and giggled, then she starts walking again.

Scarlett stayed still, blushing because Y/N called her angel and not just an angel, but her angel. Her heart is beating wild against her chest and all she wants to do is hold Y/N's hand and never let go.

"Come on, my angel. We have to go back before lunch." Y/N said, sensing that the actress isn't by her side.

Scarlett chuckled softly, shaking her head. Then she followed Y/N, pushing their cart. "That um, that sounded nice." She said, smiling and blushing.

"What does?" Y/N asked.

"What you just called me." Scarlett said, blushing.

Y/N hummed and raised an eyebrow, "My angel?"

"Yeah." Scarlett said, smiling.

Y/N smiles and wrapped an arm around Scarlett's arm, "Well you are, you're my angel." She said. "I know some days will come wherein I will try to push you away, but I hope you won't listen to me. I..." She stopped herself and took a deep breath.

Scarlett stopped walking and look around, seeing that no one is near them, she looked at Y/N. "Talk to me, my moon." She whispered.

"I need you." Y/N said, finally admitting it to herself that she needs someone. That she really needs help. "And I don't trust anyone, I don't want people to take advantage of me, especially my daughter. I want Olivia to always be safe, and I... I find it so hard to trust people around us. But I trust you. I trust you."

Scarlett smiles, she hold Y/N's hand that's wrapped around her arm. "I understand that it's hard to trust people again, but I promise you that I'll never break your trust, my moon. I'm here for you and Olivia, my daughter and I are here for you." She said. "And I will never leave you, no matter how hard you try to push me away, I will stay. I'll stay with you."

Y/N licked her lips, smiling. She squeezed Scarlett's arm, "And I believe you, my angel." She said because that's the truth, that's what she feels. She believes in Scarlett.
