"Hey, I'm here again," Y/N whispered, her fingers tracing the tombstone. "I missed you, dad. I missed you, so much." She whispered and bit her bottom lip as it tremble, tears streaming down her face like waterfall.

She took a deep and shaky breath, "I-I've been doing good... I'm trying— I'm trying for Olivia." She said, "I just... it's been hard without you, dad."

Y/N L/N is thirty five years old, she was a doctor. A surgeon, but ever since her accident, she stopped working. Well, she can't really operate on people without seeing anything. Yes, she's blind. She lost her eyesight when someone purposely crashed into her car.

She was a happy woman, always smiling and trying to lift everyone's moods. She was successful, in life and with her career. She got everything she wanted, and she was still working hard for herself, her dad, and her patients. She's a smart woman, she's beautiful, she's humble, and everyone loves her. And one of her colleagues liked her, he was obsessed with her.

Y/N obviously rejected him, but he was too caught up in his own mind and he wanted Y/N all to himself and he was determined.

One night, Y/N was driving home, it was late, she had to stay at the hospital until midnight. She was exhausted. Next thing she knows, a car crashed into hers and she immediately lost consciousness.

When she woke up two weeks later, she couldn't see anything. They couldn't operate on her sooner, and she lost a lot of blood. She bumped her head so bad and some nerves were sever, making her go blind. (.)

But that's not all, they told her that she was pregnant. That was the reason why they couldn't operate on her, they couldn't find her the moment of the accident. Turns out, it was her colleague who crashed into her car, and he took her body into his own car and raped her. After that, he dumped her body back to the crashed car and he called for an ambulance before leaving the scene.

They found him two days after the accident and he was immediately arrested.

But that didn't make Y/N feel any better, she lost her eyesight. She got pregnant.

She was ruined.

She didn't want the child because they'll be a reminder of that night. Her nightmare and the reason why she lost everything. But she couldn't do it... she couldn't do abortion. Deep down, she knows it wasn't the child's fault.

So, she decided to keep the baby. With the help of her dad, she slowly tried to cope with her situation. It's always been her and her dad, her mom passed away after giving birth to her and she's also an only child. Her dad took care of her and protected her. And he was heartbroken with what happened to his daughter, but like what his daughter decided on, he wanted Y/N to keep the baby.

It was hard for Y/N, before, she was always working and interacting with people and her patients, but she had to stop all of that. She had to stopped working in order take care of herself better and the child inside her, she's also going to therapy for her depression. It really wasn't easy.

The only thing that's keeping her from going insane is her dad and her baby. Her baby girl.

Olivia L/N. And she's actually seven years old now. Yes, seven years old. The accident happened years ago, and her decision to keep her baby has been the greatest decision she's ever made. The moment Y/N heard Olivia's cries when she gave birth, it was like a fire that burned inside her, igniting a life within herself. She felt alive. Her baby girl is her life.

Though, her dad died two years ago. So, it's been quite hard for her. She's still going to therapy every once in a while; sometimes her therapist will just come over. But even though she's going to therapy, she still can't free her mind. But she's trying her best, she wants to be better for Olivia. It might have been years since her accident, but it still hurts. It still hurts so bad, especially when her dad died.

For her eyesight, she's still hoping to get it back. She was a doctor and she knows there a chance she can get it back, but it's been years and she might find it hard to look for a perfect match now. Besides she's saving up for it, it will cost her millions. Well, she's got the money but she made a separate bank account for her daughter's future. Just in case something happens to her, at least she knows that Olivia's future is secured. And she's been unemployed ever since her accident, her money won't last long if she undergoes the surgery.

Y/N was brought back to reality when she felt raindrops, she shivered. She sniffled and wiped her tears, she touched the tombstone. "I better go, dad. I still need to pick up Olivia from school, I love you." She whispered, as she stood up, her white cane being her guide.

With one last deep breath, Y/N walked away.
