"I-I'm sorry..." you softly said. He breathed heavily while staring at you with wide eyes. He didn't reply. You backed up and stood to your feet, and walked out of the room. You pushed open the front door and walked outside. You looked around, then walked to the dead tree. You sat down, leaning against it, hanging your head. You sighed as you stared off into space.
