•Michael's pov •

When me and Devin finally got to the outskirts of Atlantide I was preparing the spell I put myself into a sort of meditation position and began trying to feel everyone's energy and once I felt everyone's energy I was trying to pin point were evil Ritchie was and when I found him I started focusing everyone's energy there and started casting the spell (I putting random words here ok TwT) "the soul of this individual shall be reaped from head to toe and their soul shall past to realm of the shadows and shall be reaped without any disturbings and-"then I heard some say "well,well what do we have here...its the famous shadow God slayer..Michael I opened one of my eyes to see who it was and it was someone in a dark hood.. I looked back at Devin to see him he looked shocked and terrified I asked him what was wrong he whispered something that I could hear but not loud enough to the person in the hood could hear he said "I know who that is...its a person who attacked me while I was training I almost died if Lucas didn't come in time to help then they ran off but the strange things their magic its strange " I got concerned I look back at the person I was shocked there he was smiling but creepyly I stepped back so as Devin too and out af the sudden they shot fire at us but the fire was different it wasn't like normal fire wizard magic or any kind of slayer Magic it was different looked at the person and threw some shadow bullets that could hit their target but it.....missed, I got a bit uncomfortable from their magic or whatever they are and we began too fight.

Devin pov~•

I left Micheal to go search for more people to help us with this person...After a while I found Viper and Lucas and David and plant I asked them to come help me and Michael out they said yes we ran to the place where I left Michael I looked around a bit then saw him injured badly I rushed to him and started imagining bandages and wrapped them around his wounds that were deep and after a while of bandaging him up I looked behind him and saw David and Lucas and plant injured the only one that was holding their ground was Viper but barely I wentover to the rest and started to bandage them up even tho I'm a easy target, I finished wrapping all of them when I saw Viper injured and the person walking towards Michael I ran to Micheal but the person shot some thing at him but before it hit him I jumped in the way and the cold bullet went through me and the last thing I heard was Michael saying "Devin!!!" And everything went black.

Micheal~•

I saw Devin get shot in front of me and I screamed his name but his body was lying there in front of me I kept saying "no,no,no no not my only brother, my only family" I felt like all my emotions left and the only emotion I could feel was anger and sadness I got up and looked at the person that did this to my brother I gave them a glare that would pierce through anybody's soul they took a step back but I got closer and kept saying "you will pay for hurting my brother and friends " I spawned a scythe from thin air and said "your punishment for hurting Devin and my friends is death and I'm making sure you will have a painful death...now say your last words" they said nothing I said fine no,last words and I slashed them with the scythe and then spawned a gun and shot them in the head and laughed "no one messes with my friends and family " and I snapped into reality and rushed to Devin he was bleeding a lot I told lucas,david,Lucas,and Viper to come help me take Devin to the protecters they said sure and we left.

Lo'po pov~•

I was helping Nix with the paperwork for the guild and the council when I heard Michael yelling Lo'po, I yelled coming!! When I got to entrance of the guild I saw Micheal, Lucas, plant and Viper injured but not as badly as Devin since he was unconscious I quickly brought them to the infirmary and layed Devin down and started using my healing magic as much as I could and when I fully healed him to my best capability I told Micheal that Devin would be in a very short coma that last about 2 days he asked why and I told him that the injury was where very delicate organs were hit and it would heal because of my healing but it also has to recover on its own too.

The 2 days Micheal would come to the Protectors and check on him and finally Devin awoke.

Devin pov~•

I woke to a very bright light but slowly I got accustomed to it and Moved my head and saw Micheal asleep on a chair beside me I said out loud "Micheal get up and good morning " he woke up and looked at me and tears of happiness and a bit of sadness were coming out he hugged me tightly I hugged him back and he kept saying why I looked at him confused but answered " well, Micheal I did it because your like a brother to me and I don't know how I would survive without you so I would do anything to keep my brother safe" after said that we hugged and he said "you big dummy of my brother ,I would do the same" and we kept hugging...
