Evie POV

I walked with the others to Uma's ship. "I was really hoping that Haden would be here for this." Jay said. "So did I." I said with a breath. "It's game time." Mal said holding the fake wand. "Let's get one thing straight. Once we have Ben, we get out. Got it?" Mal asked us. The four VKs' and Lonnie nodded in agreement. "Let's do this." Jay stated. "Welcome!" Harry shouted out with open arms. Mal walked towards Uma. "Finally!" Uma exclaimed as she wore a wicked mischievous smile on her face and laughed.

I looked around at the others before a blur of black and blue landed between Mal and Uma. The black and electric-clad figure had flaming blue hair, black skull and crossbones on the back of the leather jacket and had an ancient Greek bronze double-edged sword resting on his right shoulder. "Haden." I whispered to myself. "Someone called?" He asked looking at Uma. She backed away from him. "What's the matter?" Haden asked her.

Mal and Uma stood face to face with one another. Haden disappeared before reappearing by my side. "Took you long enough." I said to him. "Sorry I would have been here sooner but Dr. Facilier was having a Mardi Gras Voo Doo Parade in the middle of Scar's Square." Haden answered before smirking.
