Sinbad fires into the sky and Annalise watches Petra's reaction. Annalise giggles as she looks at Sinbad.
"I think she just peed in her dress." Annalise whispers and Sinbad looks at her.
"I really feel like kissing you after all this." Sinbad says and Annalise blushes.
"This is the power of a metal vessel?!" Petra asks as she had fallen over.
"If this is the strength of a metal vessel, there should be no problem. Besides, that's not my only metal vessel." Sinbad says and pulls out Valefor's necklace, "Djinn Equip! Valefor!"
"Sin!" Jafar says.
"What are you—" Mytras asks.
"Each metal vessel is different. Some allow you to control lighting, others to manipulate fire. Some can be used as weapons, others can protect those around you. There's a multitude of ways to use a metal vessel." Annalise explains.
"However, all of that depends on the choices you make... if you misuse them... you can instantly cover an entire desert in ice." Sinbad says as he covers some of the desert in ice. Annalise flicks him in his new ear and he complains.
"As I was saying. If I wanted to invade Heliohapt, it would already be mine. With the power of a metal vessel, you can destroy an entire country overnight or amass a huge fortune. Just one metal vessel contains incomprehensible amount of power... but I'm not the only one who wields one." Sinbad explains.
"Most of the national leaders in the Seven Seas Alliance have their own metal vessels and there are rumors that even more are being used around the world." Annalise says.
"Now that more and more dungeons are appearing, it wouldn't surprising for more metal vessels to turn up as well. Reim isn't your only threat." Sinbad says.
"Our master is the first multiple dungeon conqueror in the world. No one rivals his strength. In addition, one of our allies, Princess Serendine of Parthevia, has also conquered a dungeon and has her own metal vessel." Jafar explains and Serendine shows them.
"A princess of the Parthevian Empire?!" Armakan says.
"Listen to me. Our only desire is to protect global balance. In order to do so, we need your cooperation. To build the world as it should be and prevent this immense power from throwing everything into chaos, we must become a power that protects humanity." Sinbad says, "I am Sinbad, I am one of the two heads of the Sindria Trading Company and of the Seven Seas Alliance. I have the determination." Sinbad says.
"Narmes. I have been too naïve; This man has seen further than we could even imagine. I understand just how narrow our worldview has been while we've been shut away in our own country. It's frustrating to come to understand your own ignorance in this way." Armakan says, "Heliohapt will join your Seven Seas Alliance. I want you to lend this country your strength." Petra gives up as she was afraid of Sinbad's power. Sinbad and Annalise pass over the trade agreement.

"So, what will you do, Sharrkan?" Armakan asks after they discuss things a little and Petra and Gafra are arrested.
"Lord Sharrkan... the dowager queen and vizier are no longer here, so there's no longer any need for further deception. Tell them how you really feel." Annalise says as she kneels down to his height.
"I...I think the one who should be king... is my brother." Sharrkan says, "I know I'm not fit for such an important role since I've always just done what mother told me... I'm not qualified for such a role."
"Is this... what you intended to do from the start?" Armakan asks, "Now that I can calmly think about it... It was strange... why you, whose freedom of speech was always restricted by the former King's faction, would say such a thing. Foolish little brother... it was all too late."
"It's true... the conflict in this country resulted in innocent death. Now that the former king's faction has fallen, it's not out of the question to think that those of the current king's faction might be out for revenge. Since his highness Sharrkan was the figurehead of the former King's faction, he might be in danger." Jafar says.
"Yes, but I'm also to blame. When I succeeded the throne, if I had tried to resolve the problem with the former king's faction, it never would have come to this. So, the fault doesn't rest solely with you." Armakan says.
"How sad." Serendine says.
"If that child remains in this country, it will only spark future conflict. Regardless of his wishes." Sahel says. Annalise looks at Sinbad and he freaks out before Annalise walks over to Sharrkan and places a hand on his small shoulder while the other one goes to her chest.
"I think I speak for all the of Seven Seas Alliance when I say, that we will welcome him as your diplomat for the Seven Seas Alliance. The Sindria Trading Company will take good care of him. As you can see, we've got other little strays that I've picked up on our travels." Annalise says.
"I resent the term stray." Jafar says.
"But it's true." Drakon says as Masrur had a blank expression.
"Sinbad and I will take good care of him." Annalise says as Sinbad walks over and nods at Armakan. Sharrkan's eyes were wide as he stares up at Annalise and Sinbad.
"It sounds like she wants to take him hostage." Jafar says.
"It does not. I just like adopting little ones." Annalise says with a cute pout.
"Sinbad, Annalise, I'll entrust my little brother to you." Armakan says. Sharrkan cries as Armakan tells him that he can't stay right now. Annalise ends up picking Sharrkan up as he cries.
"Okay! Now to depart for the dark continent and to find Annalise and Masrur's birthplace!" Sinbad says cheerfully as they got far enough from the King and his group.
"Sinbad are you sure?" Jafar asks.
"Yeah, I'm just escorting Masrur and Annalise back to their hometown. So we'll be fine on our own. If we all go, we'll stand out too much." Sinbad says, "Please go on and return to Balbadd."

"We'll be on our way! Let's go you two!" Sinbad says.
"Wait a minute, Sin." Jafar says.
"What is it, Jafar?" Sinbad asks.
"Do you even know how to get to the dark continent?" Jafar asks.
"Um, well... we'll find it if we just head south, right?" Sinbad asks.
"You think you can make it across the desert like that?" Jafar asks.
"It's fine! We'll figure it out!" Sinbad says.
"No you won't! You'll die lost in the desert somewhere!" Jafar says.
"So, do you know the way, then?" Sinbad asks.
"Uh... that is... um..." Jafar mumbles.
"Um, excuse me." Sharrkan says quietly, "If you're heading to the dark continent, I think it might be best to first search for the people of Torran in the south. Their civilization is even more ancient than Heliohapt's... So I think they would know about the dark continent."
"The people of Torran?" Drakon asks.
"They're a small group of people that speak the Torran language. I heard that they're a mysterious people scattered throughout the world, but to think they have village even in this remote region." Serendine says.
"Wow." Sinbad and Jafar say in unison.
"Sharrkan? Do you know how to get to that Torran village? Could you lead us there?" Annalise asks.
"Y-Yes." Sharrkan says.
"What are you thinking?! You can't!" Jafar says, "He's a prince of Heliohapt and he's still just a child... You can't endanger his life like that."
"To be fair... we endanger your life all the time." Annalise says.
"No matter what you say, he's the only one who knows the way." Sinbad says.
"Fine." Jafar says, "Just I'll worry if you're the only one supervising him, I'll be going too. Sorry, Annalise."
"Oh, no I know for a fact that Sinbad can't be left alone with anyone." Annalise says.
"So hurtful." Sinbad says.
"Prince Sharrkan, please lend us your assistance." Jafar says and bows respectfully to him.
"S-Sure." Sharrkan says.
"Haven't you been a bit hard on me lately?" Sinbad asks.
"You're imagining things." Jafar says.
"Um..." Sharrkan says.
"They are always like this." Annalise says, "Don't worry, it's fine. I think this will be good. You can learn a lot from them."
"Y-Yes." Sharrkan says.
The group heads out. Annalise looks around as she held her hood up around her head while she held onto the boys so they don't get blown away in the sandstorm.
"What the hell is this sandstorm?!" Sinbad asks.
"As you travel south, the weather becomes increasingly stormy, the sand picked up by the strong winds cuts through you almost like a knife." Jafar explains.
"Jafar we should definitely... Use magic to fly through this." Sinbad says.
"No, last time you tried that, you made Sharrkan sick." Annalise says.
"He'll be fine this time! I know it!" Sinbad says,
"There's no way you can fly in this sandstorm." Jafar yells.
"This is awkward... I don't know what to say to them... what should I do?" Sharrkan whispers.
"Hey, you." Masrur says, "What kind of place is the dark continent? You know it, don't you? I don't remember much."
'What a relief. I think I can talk to him.' Sharrkan's thoughts say.
"Y-Yeah! But I've never left the palace before, so I've never actually seen it." Sharrkan says.
"What... so you don't really know anything then, do you?" Masrur says and Annalise looks over, "I guess that's what being royalty is like."
"Masrur! Apologize this instance!" Annalise says.
"I'm sorry, your highness." Jafar says, "He's still very young... and he's insulted you. Please accept our apologies."
"Masrur is eight. Sharrkan is nine. I think they should try being friends. We're all family now, so they've got to learn to get along." Annalise says.
"Really? Um... It's fine." Sharrkan says.
"Hold on a second... he's one of our allies now. His status shouldn't matter anymore. Why don't we drop formal titles like 'your highness' just like Annalise has been doing with him." Sinbad says.
"I guess that's true. From now on, we'll call you Sharrkan." Jafar says.
"Sharrkan, I'm sure you'll be a bit bewildered by all these new experiences at first. But this is an adventure. This is the excitement of an unexplored world. Of course, there will be danger. But we're friends now and friends protect each other and in the future, you'll become a source of strength for us. We're counting on you, Sharrkan." Sinbad says and Sharrkan's eyes wide in shock.
"Y-Yes!" Sharrkan says, "Friends... wait... so this is friendship..."
"I'll count on you, Sharrkan." Masrur says.
"Uh, sure." Sharrkan says.
"Masrur was raised as a slave, so unfortunately he doesn't know how to smile like Annalise." Sinbad says.
"I'm working on it though." Annalise says as she ruffles Masrur's hair.
They continue having many experiences and Sharrkan felt further and further away from Masrur because neither boy was sure what to do. There was even a time that Sharrkan was attacked by a strange plant. Masrur jumped in to help him before Annalise could but that just make Sharrkan get quieter. Sinbad praises Masrur for the help.
"I saved you this time around, but you should really watch where you're going. Cause you're really weak." Masrur says.
"Y-Yeah..." Sharrkan whispers.
"Sharrkan! Come see this!" Sinbad says.
"Come check this out. Isn't that the village of the Torran people you were talking about?" Annalise asks.
"W-Wow!" Sharrkan says.
"I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of people they are." Sinbad says as they stare down at the village.

Nameless Hypocrite
"Bastard, surrender yourself!" "You think you can escape our encirclement?!" "An omnicidal fiend like you can only atone in death!" Despite his precarious situation, a young man ignored the union's provocations. His violet robe was in tatters, showing the incredible number of attacks he received, yet there was no sign of injury. Noticing the light smile tugging at his lips, the pursuing heroes warily watched him, cautious of a final attack. It was only by working together that they could corner a monster like him. An arrow pierced the air, beelining towards the young man. A malicious gleam revealed itself in his eyes; he unsheathed his sword, a long, curved blade, and deflected the projectile, spiking it into the ground. The archer's eyes widened before being split in two. He died suddenly and indignantly. The group backed away; their former confidence diminished greatly by the invisible counter. It was then that the young man sighed, his voice full of lament and self-pity. "Being a saint truly is difficult, even the world cannot understand my righteous actions." The expressions of the surrounding heroes turned ugly. Such blatant hypocrisy! Yes, the protagonist is a villain. We don't do morals here. New chaps when I write them
