I noticed something was wrong with him. Could he feel weirded out that I kissed him? (Oh no!!!!)

We started to read out reports that we had worked on for a couple of days. I was last, so that meant wouldn’t have to go till next class. So I took this time to see what was wrong with Sprat.

“Hey you wanna hang out today in 8th?” I asked him. He looked up from something he was drawing and looked at me.

“Uhhh sure…” he said. “Great so wait up for me at the end of class.” I smiled and turned around. After like the 11th kid went the bell had rung, and the kids grabbed there over loaded back packs and ran out of the class room. I grabbed my back pack and flung it over my shoulder. I looked over at Sprat. He had his back pack over his back and was looking up at me.

“Let’s go.” I said turning to lead the way. We walked over the football fields. I threw my back pack down and looked down to him. I sat down and padded the ground next to me. He took a seat next to me. I could feel there was something wrong with him. “What’s wrong?” I said putting a hand on his shoulder.

He looked up to me. I could see tears. (Mg it was kinda cute)

“There’s a lot of thing that are wrong, I hate it here. I want to go home!” He said turning his head to me.

“You want me to walk you home?” I said slightly puzzled by what he said. “No I mean I want to go back to Seattle.” He said sounding angry. (Holly flip why is he getting mad??)

“I couldn’t make friends there what makes him think I can make them here! This place is like prison with a dress code! Everyone here is just as annoying as they were in the city!” he said kinda louder as tears ran down his face. I grabbed him in a hug “It’s ok. Things will get better.” I said rubbing his back. I don’t know how long we were sitting there, but I decided that we needed to go do something else (though I did love hugging him) I stood up and held my hand out so I could help him up. He rejected my hand, and stood up on his own. (How mean!!!)

“Let’s go get Jake and we can all walk home. How does that sound?” I smiled at him. “Ok.” Sprat said. He grabbed his back pack and swung it over his smaller shoulders (well they are smaller than mine)

On the way back I could feel how unease he was. “Don’t worry Sprat everything will be just fine.” I said looking at him. The bell had rung half way through your walk.

We met Jake by the flagpoles that are located by the front doors. Jake gave Sprat a look over, probably to see if he was hurt or something. “Ready to go Jake?” I said turning around the lead the way. I look behind to see if they were following me.

We walked to Sprat’s house and I turned to say good bye. “Thanks Alex.” Sprat said looking up at me.

“No problem. I’d do anything for my friend.” I smiled, and grabbed him in a hug. I let him go. I turned around, and walked away.
