I felt embarrassed. She’s always after the single guys. Asking personal questions just to toy with them. It makes me sick! I could feel sprat looking at me with concern. I looked through my hair. His cute face covered by his black and purple hair. I saw his bowl was empty. I plopped my spoon down in my now empty bowl. “Me and Sprat will be in my room.” I said as I stood up, releasing Sprat’s hand. Sprat stood with me and fallowed me up the stairs.

“I’m so sorry.” I said to him once I closed the door. “It’s fine.” He said quietly looking his shoes. “No it’s not ok she shouldn’t act like that, she’s been like that ever since she left my dad. She’s done this to every neighbor!” I said trying to hold the tears back. “It’s not your fault!” sprat said looking up at me. I could see that his face changed he went from being shy and scared to serious. “What?” I said looking puzzled at his now angered eyes. (Really cute!), he looked at me.
