y/n asked the lady at the information stand in broken korean where the next flights to australia were boarding
"sweetie, the next flight is scheduled in seven hours" said the lady
the girl's breath hitched, her heart beating so fast she was scared it was going to burst out of her chest
she turned around to ask the lady,
"this is Icheon International Airport, right?"
the woman looked at y/n with sad eyes
"i'm sorry sweetie, but this is Gimpo International Airport. Icheon is twenty minutes away by train, the next one leaves in three hours you can get your ticket-"
the young girl drops to her knees, eyes stinging because of the tears that were about to fall

after all the trouble she went through, to finally say goodbye to the only person she truly loved, she's in the wrong airport
y/n looks at her phone, the clock displaying the time, 01:58 am, even if she ran to the airport it would take her half an hour
but maybe if she called a taxi- or she ran until the bus stop,she would even get into a strangers car just so she could see rosé
but she was too late
"sorry, this number can't be reached. please try again late-"

the blue girl slowly made her way through the crowds of people, finding a spot in the corner of the airport
and she just cried her heart out
for hours she just cried
and no one even bothered to spare her a glance
eventually she called jisoo, asking her to pick her up
the car ride was silent, there was nothing to be said
jisoo parked in front of y/n's apartment -which she once shared with rosé- and finally broke the slience
"y/n, rosé loved you"
the girl turnes her attention to her friend sitting next to her

y/n gets out of the car, she was tired of everything, tried of everyone telling her 'sorry' or 'it will get better',tired of her friends who never asked her if she was ok, she was exhausted
catching her breath while entering the apartment -which hasn't been cleaned since rosé left- y/n flops down on the bed that she used to share with rosé, where she used to wake up to her smiling face every morning
she felt sick
her phone buzzed, notifying her that she received a message
