This story is going to be set in an universe where haki exist in COTE.

For people who don't know what is haki.

Observation haki-The ability to sense ones surroundings.

Armament haki-The ability to harden your body parts,it can be used as both offense and defense.

Conqueror Haki-The power of the king,It can render people unconcious when used by menifesting the king's will.

Different types of haki-

In this universe,Some people also posseses innate abilities from thier birth,While it's not that rare to have it,it's not also common.

Some Royal Families and the members of battle clans possess abilities and also have strong haki from thier birth,They are believed to have the blood of the gods.

•Condition of the World-

The world is more strength oriented because of superpowers.

Most countries military ranks are based on pure strength of the person.

Almost all the rulers of the country are the strongest in thier own country.

Britain rules over most of the world as they occupied most of the countries with their military might.

To tackle the situation and making Japan even more powerful the government has made a school called ANHS to nurture the young people of this country and make the country a military superpower.

3rd Person Pov.

'Professor, the experiment is ready to begin,' stated a man in a white coat.

The individual he was speaking to had a piercing stare, and just being in the presence of that man was enough to make people sweat.

The professor nodded.

In that Lab, an atrocious act was being done. Many young children were blindfolded and bound to a pole, and their surroundings were totally engulfed in flames.

In the midst of that event, many things were going on in the head of a particular child.

"How did I end myself in this situation?" "Am I going to die?"

That child had a lot of questions like that on his mind.

This heinous act was carried out solely to discover the answer to a single question.

When fighting their foes during war, many soldiers have gone beyond their limits to survive.

Many soliders develop bizarre abilities.

As a result, some individuals believe that "Haki blooms in the midst of near-death circumstances."

This experiment is being conducted just to determine how much of that saying is accurate.

'Approximately 20% of the children died throughout this experiment, Professor.'

'It makes no difference.'

'Just let me know if anything out of the ordinary happens,' the professor stated.

While they were talking with each other.Everyone felt as if they were being crushed at the same time.

A sudden force knocked out the majority of those in the vicinity of the experiment, including all of the children except one.

The boy had been crying for quite some time, but suddenly his face was expressionless, as if the fire had no effect on him.

The professor quickly issued an order to the workers to discontinue the experiment.

'As I suspected, he possesses it as well, the King's power,' whispered the professor.

Present time.

Kiyotaka Ayanokouji Pov.

When the instructor informed me that I had been summoned by that man, I was conducting my regular training.

I remembered that I had done nothing to warrant such a call, which is why I was wondering as to why he was contacting me.

With a sigh, I began walking up to his office, taking a deep breath before opening the door.

I made eye contact with him as I opened the door to his office.

His eyes haven't changed in the slightest in the years I've been here, and he still radiates the same aura he had all those years ago.

'I don't recall doing anything that would cause you to summon me, so what are you looking for?' Without breaking eye contact, I asked.

'I don't think you should talk to your father like that, Kiyotaka.'

'We both know you've never thought of me as a child, and I don't think of you as a parent, either.'

We had no affections for each other, and I was nothing more than a guinea pig for him.

'So, what do you want with me?'

I asked him once more.

'I will only speak once, so pay attention. I want you to go to ANHS, a government-funded school, and demonstrate some of your abilities there. It will show the government what a child from the White House can accomplish, and they will no longer interrogate me about the project.'

'And what is in it for me?'

'Three years of freedom,What else do you want.'

'And what does it mean for me?' I inquired.

He knew he couldn't reject me since he knows more about me than anybody else, which is why he knows that I could have left this place a long time ago if I had wanted to.

He recognises that he has created a monster that he will find difficult to control.

As he had no response to my question, he became silent. I silently stared at him for a few moments before starting to speak.

'I'd go there; after all, I'm intrigued about the outside world.'

After saying that, I exited his office.

I had no qualms about going to ANHS, and I'm also curious to see what a child who was not nurtured in a white room and was raised in a regular atmosphere can accomplish.
