《Ayanokouji as a female? - ONE SHOTS》Accident in the elevator

"Ibuki, are you coming with me to the elevator or not?"
I asked Ibuki, because we were just coming back from the fortune-teller.
"No, the fortune-teller predicted that something bad would happen today, so I prefer not to risk. I will take the stairs."
Huh, it seems that Ibuki really believes in fortune-telling. Well, I have nothing to do with it, so I just shrug my shoulders.
"Oh okay, I'll take the elevator then. Have a nice day."
I waved her goodbye and arrived in front of the elevator.
I entered the elevator and the elevator doors started to close. I noticed that nobody was going in, so I was just about to press the button, but I heard some girls' angry shouts.
"Come back here!"
"You pervert!"
"Chase him!"
The shouts were getting louder and louder and I heard someone running towards the elevator judging by the increasing noise.
The elevator doors almost closed and I heard a loud sound of feet as if someone was already on the other side of the door.
I automatically jumped back from the gap between the closing doors of the elevator to avoid the person who just fell through it.
The door managed to close before an furious group of girls caught up with the person, and I looked at the individual who managed to jump just in time.
"Yamauchi?"
I said to him, and he probably noticed me now. Yes, the person is Yamauchi Haruki, one of the most stupid people in class D. At least that's what most people think.
He saw me and knelt before me in a thankful manner as if before a god.
"*panting* Thank you, the goddess *panting* of mercy and beauty that *panting* you saved this soul from enormous danger." He bowed on his knees several more times.
'What in the world is he talking about?'
Anyway, it seems that he is terribly tired from this... Chase?
I have feeling that I shouldn't have helped him, but it's not like I can go back in time, right?
"Why were those girls chasing you, Yamauchi?"
I asked out of curiosity, although I knew the probable answer.
"Eh, so, for some reason, they have been chasing me around, Ayano-chan. I don't know why but thank you for saving me."
'Lies.'
Ignoring the fact that he chose a nickname and shortened my surname without my permission.
"And for some reason, they chase you and were throwing insults like "Pervert"? I don't think so."
Now I saw a nervous sweat on Yamauchi, and Yamauchi himself tried not to look me in the eye for some reason.
I sighed. This time I'll just save him the trouble, we're in the same class after all. And it's not like it concerns me, so there is no problem.
"Changing the previous topic, is the first floor okay?"
I saw Yamauchi sighed with relief that I gave up the subject.
"Yeah." He said.
Fortunately, it seemed as though our paths would soon diverge. I pushed the button for the first floor. The elevator doors closed, and began to move.
Since we had nothing to talk about, there was only silence.

However, as the third-floor light blinked on, the elevator made a heavy grinding noise, then stopped.
"What's going on?!"
I ignored Yamauchi's questions and walked closer to the elevator door.
It didn't seem like we'd paused because someone had called the elevator on the third floor. It seemed more like elevator had ground to halt. The lights went out, and for an instant was pitch black.
I felt like something came close to my arm in the dark.
After a few seconds, the hazard lights went on and I looked at my hand and saw how Yamauchi clung to it?
"Yamauchi, what are you doing?"
I quickly shaken my hand to get rid of him.
"Eh, sorry!" He said while nervously scratching the back of his head.
I sighed again. But this time heavily
"It seems that Ibuki was right."
I muttered to myself, so Yamauchi didn't hear.
We should use the emergency phone.
There was no need to panic. The elevator had measures inside, and an intercom button connected to emergency dispatch center. Although I wasn't very good at talking to people, I decided to push the call button.
However...
"There's no response." I said to myself.
I didn't know whether the phone on the other end was ringing or not, but I saw no indication that we were connecting to anyone at the emegrency dispatch center.
"What do you mean by "no response"." It seems that Yamauchi heard what I said.
'Does he really not know what situation we are in?'
"We are stuck in an elevator and the emergency phone is not working." I said plainly as if there was no problem.
"WHAT?! We are going to die here, suffocate, die of lack of food!" Yamauchi apparently started to panic as I was looking at his display of idiotism.
'Maybe I shouldn't have said that.'
I ignored him and pushed the button meant for the hearing-impaired, but got no response from that, either. Perhaps the control panel itself was dead. The battery was alive, though, and the air conditiong was working That was lifesa-.
*Crack*
I heard the air conditioning started to expel air strangely and water drops started to flow from it.
"Oh, no. It looks like the air conditioning has broken down." I said indifferently.
"WHAAAAAT?!" In response from Yamauchi I got an even louder scream than before.
First Yamauchi, then the elevator, and now the air conditioning. What is with these misfortunes today?
"Could you help me and try to do something with this air conditioner?"
Yamauchi stopped for a moment and looked at me. "I won't do it." He answered immediately.
"What? Why?" I was slighty surprised by the sudden refusal.
"I simply can't."
You could feel the breeze of the wind, even though we were in a closed space.
As expected from someone who took part in the inter-high school baseball championships, while still being in elementary school.
'Yamauchi, you have officially become totally useless.'
Please tell me this will work.
"Okay, you got a phone?"
I asked, hoping that even he has it, because mine had only 3% battery.
Yamauchi started searching his pockets. Suddenly his face got pale.

'Don't tell me...'
"Em, it looks like it fell out of my pocket while running away from the girls..." He said nervously.
I looked at him with an empty stare. Like a parent when he sees that his child can't even throw out rubbish.
'Frankly speaking, I would have done better here by myself.'
"Maybe you can make the call?" He said.
"Hmm."
Unfortunately no, the call would require too much battery and I wouldn't be able to say anything, so...
Okay I have only 3% battery, but that should be enough for one message, I just need to think who I should write to.
So, we needed someone who would come to my rescue. Someone obiedent to me who will save me without causing a scene, huh? That means those two other idiots were out of the question. The would make a huge deal out of this, and probably tell everyone afterward.
Sakura wouldn't gossip, but the situation would probably embrass her because of her weakness for such things with these manga? This is what she called it, where such situations happen, in some weird ways.
Oh no, the only person I can rely on now... is that girl.
'Apparently, I have no choice, huh.'
I wrote to her quickly about the case before my phone shut down.
"So what now?"
I heard Yamauchi's voice behind me.
"We are completely closed here. I managed to write to a person to get us out of here, but I don't know when she will come. Maybe in half an hour, maybe two hours. Who knows."
"So we have to wait? Even if the air conditioning is not working properly?!" I nodded at his hysteria.
Two teenagers were still in the closed elevator. Yamauchi was sitting all sweaty against the wall, while Kiyone was still standing indifferent from before by an elevator door and only a few drops of sweat were visible on her face.
"I'm dying. I think I'm losing my mind." Yamauchi said with a depressed and weak voice.
"I have heard that men can survive any kind of situation. It indeed appears to be true as I see."
"Don't say that Ayano-chan, I'm going to die here like a fish without water."
"You should sta..."
Yamauchi's thoughts were already somewhere else and he didn't even listen.
But now something hit him.
He. Was. Alone. With. Girl. In. Elevator.
Without. Air. Conditioning.
He recalled a situation from different mangas when a girl was with boy in some closed room without air conditioning. Then there was a wonderful moment when they both lost their senses and...
Though it sounds more like some hentai.
A devilish smile was formed on his face.
"Hey, Ayano-chan. You don't think it's too hot here."
He said, moving his sweaty summer shirt.
"I don't mind." She responded immediately.
"But you know, logically speaking, we will soon die here from this very high temperature, so there is only one solution."
He said and suddenly threw out his shirt in one movement, showing his totally average body.
"We should undress to survive this hell! It's the only option! This way we can survive!"
He said and started to approach her slowly.
"Stop immediately, Yamauchi. Do you hear?"
Her voice was still monotonous, but you could hear more of an command than the fear in her tone.
Yamauchi, however, completely ignored it and already took off his shoes. "Come to me." It seems that he has completely lost his mind.
Dangerously, he was already very close.
'Is this a trial? Is it an attempt to really destroy him?' She thought.
Ayanokouji really didn't know what to do in this situation, but suddenly she recalled a certain situation.
We see a little nine-year-old girl sitting on the floor.
In front of her there is a tall guy with brown hair and eyes, he also has a light beard on the chin.
"Kiyone." He said in serious tone.
The girl with brown hair looked at the man with visible irritation in her light brown eyes, even though her face didn't show it.
"You know what I taught you most?" He asked.
"All people are nothing but tools. It doesn't matter how it's done. It doesn't matter what needs to be sacrificed. In this world, winning is everything. As long as I win in the end...That's all that matters." She stated with empty eyes and emotionless tone.
However, she got hit in the head right away.
"Ow!" She was massaging her head now with irritation.
The man knelt on his knee before her and looked at her seriously.
"Baka. Remember at last, all men are wolves who will wait for you like sheep on every occasion. You must sacrifice everything to avoid or destroy them." Unknown man said with an annoyed voice.
But the little girl just smiled with a devilish smile.
"Oh no, that means that father is also a wolf!" She gave out an fake cry.
"Wait, what? No!"
"This means I have to use self-defence!"
At this point, little Kiyone punched her father in the abdomen with her fist.
Proffessor Ayanokouji gave a cry of pain by a sudden sensation.
"Wa-it, Ki-yone..." Proffessor Ayanokouji tried to say something to his weak voice caused by the previous hit.
Kiyone ran away from him while hiding her smirk.
Ayanokouji Kiyone remembered this scene and time began to flow again. She saw Yamauchi approaching and was almost there.
The very thought that she remembered something about the memory of this man... It was disgusting enough for her.
She said this with the most threatening tone anyone could ever hear.
She did like every girl and defended herself against the attacker by kicking blindly because she wasn't focused yet and still shocked by the sudden memory.
"K-yaaaaa..."
She heard only a girl-like squeal from Yamauchi.
Yamauchi turned pale from a revelation kick to the most sensitive place.
Yamauchi fell unconscious.
'To be honest, I feel a little sorry for you now. But you're an idiot, Yamauchi.'
After a while the elevator door opened and Ayanokouji could see a familiar face.
"KIYONE!"
Karuizawa Kei immediately threw herself on her best friend as if cat for a cat scratcher.
"How are you?! Is everything all right?!" Kei asked very worried.
Karuizawa rubbed her cheeks against her best friend. Ayanokouji was overwhelmed with questions.
"Get off me, Kei and yes, I'm fine. Let's go to my dorm."
"What about him?" Karuizawa asked, pointing at unconscious. Yamauchi.
"No."
"But-."
"H-hai!"

Sod's Law (Dropped)
This fiction has been dropped, you're more than welcome to read it anyway (there is sort of an ending). But you have been warned... Sod's law is a more extreme version of Murphy's law. While Murphy's law says that anything that can go wrong, will go wrong (eventually), Sod's law requires that it always goes wrong with the worst possible outcome. For example, concepts such as "bad fortune will be tailored to the individual" and "good fortune will occur in spite of the individual's actions" are sometimes given as examples of Sod's law in action. This would broaden Sod's law to a general sense of being "mocked by fate". In these aspects it is similar to some definitions of irony, particularly the irony of fate. - Definitions of Sod's Law on Wikipedia. The protagonist, as many before them, and many who followed, thought they were just entering a VRMMORPG (Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing-Game). Unbeknownst to them however, was a short paragraph in the Terms & Conditions, that, upon agreement, would actually transport them to a fantasy world, loosely based on the game they thought they were entering. - Something anyone could be forgiven for, no-one reads them after all. In this new world, they discover that people are born with “Traits”, a System recognised, ability, skill, or talent, that they are born with. Sod's Law was not a trait they, or anyone else for that matter, would want. Pure madness follows. Yup, this is about a character transferred to a fantasy game-world with the worst luck imaginable. This is my first fiction so I apologise for any grammar and spelling mistakes that may be made. Hopefully it is readable, and if so please tell me! But if it's not, also tell me, but in a constructive way if at all possible? Due to the nature of the “Trait” the story will be dark in places, with plenty of gore and profanity, hence the tags. There may also be scenes of a sexual nature, but nothing full on – sorry guys but you'll have to go elsewhere for that.
