"I can't believe that I'll hold another baby soon" Archie grins. He sits on the couch next to Veronica with his hand on her bump. "I love you little girly. You're daddy's princess" she says and places a bunch of kisses on her stomach.
Veronica runs her fingers through his hair. Her heart beats faster and her stomach tingles. Her daughter feels her excitement too because the little baby begins to kick.
"She's saying hello" Veronica giggles.
"Hello baby".
"Hello daddy" Ella giggles. Her bare feet patter over the wooden floor as she walks towards her dad. Ben walks behind her.
"Good morning other babies" he chuckles.
"Ronnie did the doctor tell you the gender yesterday?" Ella asks with a wide grin on her face. She completely ignores her father who tries to get her attention by reaching for her hand but the little girl pushes his hand away.
"He did"
"Really? What is it?" Ben giggles
"The baby is a girl!" Veronica smiles. She didn't even get to finish her sentence completely before Ella squeals. She jumps up and down and claps her hands while repeating "a girl, a girl, a girl"
Ben sits down on the couch between his father and Veronica. He stares at his hands in his lap.
"I'm sorry buddy, I know you wanted a brother but don't be sad" Archie says as he rubs the little boy's back.
"I'm not sad daddy. I just wanted a brother because I already have a sister"
"Well and Ella already has a brother"
"Yeah" he sighs "I guess you're right" He turns to Veronica and points to her stomach. "Can I—"
"Of course honey" Veronica giggles. She takes the boy's hands and places them on her bump. The little frown disappears and is replaced by a smile when he feels the baby kick against his hands. He giggles. "Hello baby sissy!"

"You're her big brother. She will look up to you" Archie says as he runs his fingers through the boy's blond hair. Ella jumps back on the couch and crawls in Archie's lap.
"She will look up to me too"
"Oh of course" Archie smirks.
Ella takes Archie's hand and plays with his fingers. There is silence for a moment until an excited gasps interrupts it. "We need a name for the baby" the little girl squeals. "I like princess"
"Just like you she will be my little princess but we will not name her that love" Archie laughs.
"I really like Bella but it's too close to Ella" Veronica says as she draws circles on their stomach with her finger.
"I like it though" Archie smiles but feels how Ella shakes her head. "No. I don't want that. I will be so confused and never understand it right. Ella, Bella, Bella, Ella"
"Lucky we have some time left to find a name" Veronica smirks and looks around like she's looking for something. She's really thirsty lately and drinks a lot of water. She didn't drink anything yet and now feels the need for some fresh, cold water.
Archie call tell by the look on her face what she needs "Do you want a glass of water Ronnie? Or orange juice, apple juice?"
"Water please" she smiles.
Archie nods. He lifts Ella off his lap and walks into the kitchen. The little girl looks after her father before she walks to the other side of Veronica so she the raven haired woman sits between the twins.
A little shy laugh leaves Veronica's mouth when he sees Archie coming back with a glass of water in one hand and a bouquet of roses in his other's.
"Daddy got roses yesterday. Roses for mommy" Archie smirks and hands Veronica the bouquet of red roses.

"Thank you Archiekins" Veronica smiles. She loves when Archie gets her flowers for no apparent reason.
"Oh someone else is happy about the flowers too" she giggles. The little baby in her kicks around. She's really active lately but especially when Archie does something that makes Veronica's heart beat faster.
"Maybe she likes roses" Ben shrugs. "We can name her Rose"
"Oh I love that" Veronica sighs. "Archie what do you think? Isn't Rose such a beautiful, perfect name?" she asks as Archie takes the flowers from her again and places them on the coffee table. The glass of water he got her is not important anymore. She's too focused on the conversation about a possible name"
"It's a really beautiful" he nods.
"Can we name her Rose daddy? That's so pretty" Ella says with big eyes. She looks up to her father and almost begs for a yes.
"Well when Ronnie wants that too?"
"Yes please" she smiles. A little tear rolls down her cheek. "It's such a perfect name"
"Then let's name her Rose" Archie nods. He cups Veronica cheeks and places one short but sweet kiss on her lips.
"So I chose baby sissy's name?" Ben squeals excitedly.
"Well yeah, Rose is a really pretty name"
A wide smile grows on the boys face. He wraps his arms around Veronica and cuddles into her side.
Ella does the same on the other side. She loves cuddling with Veronica. For a long time she was the only girl, living with her brother and father. She really enjoys that there is another woman in the house.
"Can I cuddle with my girlfriend too?" Archie chuckles.
"No, not now daddy. We cuddle with Ronnie" Ben grins. It makes Veronica giggle. She loves how the kids each have one of their little hands on her bump. She loves the connection between the twins and her unborn child. She loves Ella and Ben so much and she hates lying to them and Archie. She needs to tell them the truth.
