———Mikasa POV———

I lied.

I can go to Eren's game but I wanted to surprise him like the good friend I am.

Also because I'm hoping if I get there early I can get a basketball and throw one at Minas fat fucking face if she shows up.

Fucking ugly ass bitch that had the nerve to call me a bitch? Yeah no, fuck her honestly if I get the fu-

"Stop glaring at the poor pillow Mika," Armin said from beside me, he was laying on Annie's bed while looking at me, concern written all over his face.

"I'm not glaring," I said while looking away and leaning backwards so I fell backwards on my bed "what time does it start?"

He raised his arm to look at his watch "4:30 is the tip-off"

I turned my head to look at him "wanna leave at 4:20? So we can watch them warm-up?"

"Don't you have to get ready?"

"fuck!" I yelled while getting up abruptly "ill be back" I said while running out of the dorm and slamming the door shut leaving Armin speechless.

I ran to the staircase and ran all the flights of stairs.

Breathing heavily from the sudden movement I Knocked on the dorm door repeatedly it finally opened "Mikasa?" Eren asked which made me look up at him which I did not regret.

He was in his basketball uniform which consisted of a white jersey with blue stitching and his number was 'nine' because it was both our lucky numbers and the back of it read 'Yeager'

He's been working out. A lot. His muscles were very dominant and you could see them clear as day.

"Mikasa"

I blinked at him for a moment forgetting that I was drooling over him "hey um can I borrow your jersey it's for my project that's due, it's about teams at the university, I have all the sport jerseys except basketball so ca-" he stopped me mid-rant

"Slow down Mikasa" he smiled while opening the door wider for me to step in which I gladly did "here," he said while walking up to his dresser and rummaging through it until he threw me the exact same jersey but it was all blue and the stitching was white

"Thanks!" I said while he threw it at me "I'll see you after the game!" I said quickly before leaving his dorm and making my way back to my dorm.

"Ok, how does it look?" I asked while showing off the jersey. I put a white hoodie under it so it wouldn't look weird if I was just wearing a blue basketball jersey.

"Amazing! You guys would look cute!" Sasha said with a smile.

I rolled my eyes "shut up" I said while putting my hair up "I don't like him I swear"

I don't like him.

"And I don't like food. You are fucking stupid if you still think you don't like him."

I grabbed my phone and debit card "yeah whatever let's go it's going to start"

Sasha rolled her eyes and got up from the bed "It starts in an hour." She pointed out

I turned around to see the clock "The tip-off starts in an hour" I turned to her and pointed "the warm-ups started 5 minutes ago"

Throwing her, her shirt I went to open the door "I'll meet you at the game I need to buy something"

"Ok ok I'll text you," she said while taking off her shirt while I stepped out of the dorm and closed the door behind me

"Just one," I said while grabbing my debit from my phone case

Eren said I've never come to one of his games which is true- I intend to change that. I'm going to be his 'number one fan' because apparently, he's mine.

"Blue or white?" The worker asked while placing down a blue foam finger and a white foam finger.

Jesus Christ. Why am I doing this again? If I'm going, to be honest, I just wanted to annoy him by embarrassing him but I think I'll embarrass myself with all this 'school spirit'

I rested my arm on the counter and pointed to the foam finger "Blue" But I quickly added, "Can I actually get two!" I said while holding up two fingers

The worker nodded while grabbing two and putting the amount into the register.

I stepped out of the mini-school store and made my way to the gym.

Basketball shoes screeching against the polished wood floor, basketball nets making swish sounds and of course the sound of basketballs dribbling up and down the court.

Walking in I made my way towards a certain brunette who was sitting and scrolling on her phone.

I grabbed one of the foam fingers and threw it as hard as I could at her which hit her face and it actually stuck to her face.

Whoops.

"What the fuck Ackerman?" Ymir hissed while grabbing the foam finger and holding it up "really?" She arched an eyebrow while waving it around.

I shrugged while sitting down beside her on the bleachers "I got one just for you" I booped her nose with the foam finger

Rolling her eyes at me she turned towards the court "your boyfriend looked sad while doing layups"

I raised an eyebrow at her and turned towards the court "he's not my boyfriend" I mumbled while trying to find Eren "where did he go?"

Ymir shrugged "he said he needed water" she said while returning her attention back to her phone

I nodded while getting up and exiting the gym but not before I heard Ymir yell "just fuck already!"

I rolled my eyes while turning a corner and headed down to the water fountain. Our school is built weird so once you turn the corner you have to walk until you see a door that's labelled 'Pre-work '

I opened the door and the sound of water could be heard because well duh it's the water room and medicine center

The room was medium size, with benches on the left and two beds on the right because this is also where athletes take ice baths, tape their sticks and fingers also the team med students set athletes shoulders or ankles in here. Athletes wrap their ankles, wrists etc in here also

I walked fully in and saw that Eren had his AirPods in while waiting for his water bottle to fill up so I did the only logical thing to do. I went to scare the shit out of him.

I sneaked up behind him while he was closing the lid of the bottle and right when he turned around I grabbed his arm and yelled "boo!"

He yelled and grabbed my wrist.

I was laughing my ass off while he looked like he wanted to throw a doc Martin shoe at my head "what the fuck Mika" he held his free hand to his heart after letting go of my wrist

"Happy to see me?" I asked with a sheepish grin and going to sit down on the bench while watching him properly close the lid to the bottle

He rolled his eyes, a smirk playing on his face "always happy to see you even if you give me a heart attack with your appearance"

I smiled sarcastically at him "haha very funny"

He walked up to me and stood in front of me with a sly grin "what?" I questioned

"Nothing I just like my jersey on you" he shrugged while he leaned down a little to play with the sleeve of it "I thought you weren't coming?"

I stood up which caused him to back up a little "I thought I should show some school spirit and cheer on our basketball team" I shrugged like I wasn't here just for him

He walked closer to me but I stayed in place causing us to be very close to each other "so you didn't come to cheer me on?"

I looked up at him while feeling warmth flood my cheeks which I was not use to "Nope" I popped the 'p'

"You sure?" He asked in a low tone making me turn my face trying to hide the sudden blush that appeared for no reason.

I don't like him. stop it.

"I'm sure" I whispered while nodding

He made a humming sound while bringing up his hand and gripping my jaw-not hard- but hard enough for me to face him again "why are you lying?"

I took a deep breath in "Ok fine I came to watch you" I truthfully said while starring into his eyes

He nodded while smiling "Mika-"

The door burst open cutting off Erens sentence "Guys!" Jean yelled while walking in and taking a quick gaze around the room

Eren let go of my chin and I stepped back from him creating distance, finally, I could breathe "What do you what horse face?" Eren asked frustrated while rubbing his temple

"Uh Sasha said to come get you guys," he said while looking in between us but I was looking up at the ceiling trying to hide my blush from both of the guys "Were you guys making out?" He raised an eyebrow

"Jean!" We both yelled at him making him put his hands up in surrender "jeez sorry, I'm gonna go" he said while stepping out and closing the door behind him

"Shall we?" I asked while looking towards Eren who was grabbing his gym bag from the ground

He adjusted the straps on his shoulders "We shall"

I started walking towards the door and turned the doorknob but the door was stopped short when Eren put his foot there to stop it. He leaned down towards my ear and whispered "You know" he paused "you look cute when you blush" he said in a low voice making it hard to breathe.

Stop.

I cleared my throat "I don't blush" I shrugged while looking down at his foot "Move your foot please"

He moved it and I opened the door more and stepped out. Turning around I said "ready to break ankles?" I grinned at him which he grinned back

"Always"

"Why not?"

"I didn't bring shoes? And I don't want to hurt your ego" I grinned at him while sitting beside Sasha

Eren grabbed the foam finger that was beside me and pointed to me "you don't need shoes and trust me you won't hurt my ego"

I rolled my eyes "I'm wearing converse" he raised an eyebrow at me waiting for me to continue "I have no grip!" I pointed towards the bottom of my shoe

He scoffed and crossed his arms "You're fine"

"I'm gonna slip on the court" I deadpanned while getting up and giving Sasha my phone "but then again I do want to bruise your ego"

He laughed "Yeah since when were you ever good at basketball?"

I shrugged and pointed at him "I've always been better than you" I walked towards the bin with basketballs in it and grabbed a basketball "28,5 or a normal one?"

He shrugged "Whatever is good for you I'm fine with any"

I nodded and grabbed a normal sized ball seeing how my hands were on the bigger size for a girl so it wouldn't make a difference "how long?" I asked while gazing around the gym and watching the players do their own thing because the other team hasn't arrived yet so the coaches don't care what they do

"I'm gonna say about ten minutes," he said while tossing the ball he already had in the basketball bin and walking towards a half-court basketball net that no one was using "One shot or clear it?" He asked while wiping the dust from the grip of his shoe

I dribbled the ball getting a feel for it. Hey, I said I was better than him but I still haven't played in a while so.

"One the shot, clearing it means I have to get the rebound and I don't want to get shoved by you," I said while bouncing the ball to Eren "I start with the ball through"

He nodded in to response while I went to the line and tied my hair into a ponytail "ready to lose Yeager?" I grinned while swiping the bottom of my shoes trying to get the tiniest bit of grip

"Yeah yeah," he waved a hand in dismissal while waiting for me "up to three?"

I nodded while waiting for him to check it.

He checked it for me which I checked it back but this time instead of bouncing it to me he rolled it to me. Asshole.

"Petty player aren't we?" I said while grabbing the ball and deciding which foot to pivot on. I decided left

"Petty or not I'm better" he shrugged while coming close and spending his arms sometimes trying to swipe the ball.

I jerked to the left making it seem that I was going that way which he thought I was so he went that way but I dribbled right.

I got the layup in and in response I stuck my Tongue out to Eren who was going to get the ball that rolled away.

" I thought you played basketball?" I asked while grinning and going back to where we checked it

"Want me to play full defence?" He said with a smirk and a glint in his eyes that made me hesitant to say yes.

"Um no," I said with a sheepish smile knowing that I wouldn't be able to win against him if he actually played properly "I think ur good with that one"

"That's what I thought," he said while bouncing it to me for the check but instead of bouncing it back I shot it

"Yeah that's what I ThOught," I said with a grin looking at his confused face

He rolled his eyes and went to go get the ball "whatever"

He checked it again but this time right after he bounced the ball he ran up to me and started to play defence which I did not like. At all.

Why the fuck is his arms so long.

I didn't dribble yet so I was pivoting on my foot trying to get the ball away from Eren "Can you uh back up?" I said with a very kind smile but he just shook his head in response.

Asshole. I don't even play basketball. I shouldn't have talked shit.

I went to dribble but you know what this fucker did? He grabbed it. He just grabbed it. What the actual fuck.

He grabbed it and dribbled it around me so now I was in between him and the net "yo- how- asshole"

"I'm amazing I know," he said while dribbling it with his right hand from a distance "watch me now," he said while switching it over to his left and holding out his right hand and making the motion he's telling me to wait. He shot it and got it in with a swish.

"What did you say about me being ass again?" He said with a raised eyebrow

I didn't bother responding while I went to go grab the basketball "here" I said while bouncing it closer to him so it would throw him off

He shook his head and this time he was dribbling with his left hand. He walked up to me which I walked up to him and tried to swipe the ball from him but his right foot went behind my legs making him spin a little and get the ball in.

Whatever. Frickin loser

"Aw darling don't get mad now" he teased while smiling with teeth

"DArliNg you know what Eren you should shut your mouth" I hissed while going to grab the ball

He laughed loudly "Wanna shut it for me?" He flirted which made me pause with the ball in my hand.

Amazing idea.

I'm a fucking genius.

I'm going to flirt. Well I'll try.

"You know," I said while walking up to him "I would but there are people around," I said while giving him a smile which he looked away from but there was some blush

"Pass the ball Mikasa" he grumbled

I shrugged and passed it to him while he was dribbling and looking at my footing to see which way he could go I caught his eye and smirked "Basketball guys are a turn on for me" I simply said while shrugging

He gaped at me and his dribbling faltered "what the fuck Mika?" He said with his ears and cheeks red from either embarrassment or something else

He started dribbling towards the net and I did the only logical thing to do to distract someone if they were about to shoot. I moaned in his ear. Not loud but loud enough so he could hear me.

He air-balled it which made me laugh at his expression. His eyes were wide and he looked at me like I just did something horrible which I probably Did but I found it fucking hilarious.

"That's hilarious," I said while standing up straight because I was bending over from laughing.

"Asshole" he muttered while going to grab the ball "that's cheating" he pointed at me

I shrugged "I didn't touch you" I grinned "that was on you"

"Whatever" he dragged a hand on his face " last point wins"

I nodded in response while going to where we have been checking and waited for Eren to pass the ball "ready to lose?"

He smirked while passing the ball, dribbling the ball I moved left to right trying to decide which way would be best.

I went right and around Eren so he was behind me but apParEntlY you can yank people because that's what Eren did.

He yanked me back.

His arms wrapped around my waist and he lifted me from the floor so my feet were hovering and he pulled me back.

"Eren!" I yelled while kicking at him which he spun around and let me go but not without shoving me and running to go grab the ball. Asshole

He grabbed the ball and went to shoot it but I ran up to him and jumped on his back.

"Mikasa!" He yelled while he stumbled from how hard I jumped on him "get off" he laughed which I laughed as well

I wrapped my legs around his waist and scooted up and wrapped my arms around his neck which he grabbed my legs so I wouldn't fall "How about we tie? Seeing that the other school has arrived" I said in his ear causing him to turn the both of us.

He nodded while walking to the bleachers to a laughing Ymir and a pissed-off Jean "Who won?" Sasha asked while eating popcorn

"I did," we both said at the same time which I lightly kicked him and he slapped my leg "ok fine we tied"

"He was totally going easy on you," Connie said while suddenly appearing out of thin air from beside Eren and I

"He was not"

Eren laughed from under me "yeah I was"

I rolled my eyes "you air-balled a ball"

"Wow Yeager you really do suck," Ymir said with a playful grin

I could feel Eren roll his eyes "it's cause she" he pointed up at me "MoAnEd in my ear"

All of them looked at me with wide eyes hell even Ymir was shocked "yeah ok so what? He didn't get the point" it was pretty fucking funny it still is funny

Ymir started laughing her ass off "fuck yeah Ackerman!" She yelled while holding a hand out for me to high-five which I tried to hit but Eren backed up so I was out of her to Reach "Eren if you keep that attitude she will never moan in your ear again" she grinned which made me tense and I could feel him tense as well

"Ymir!" Toria scolded from a distance "don't say stuff like that" she said while walking up to us and giving her girlfriend a kiss on the cheek

"Yeah yeah," Ymir said while pointing to the gym doors "the games about to start" she pointed out which made eren turn his head towards the time

He nodded while bending down a little for me to climb off but I didn't miss what ponytail he was wearing "I like your ponytail" I said while climbing off of him "it's suits you" I smiled at him while walking towards Sasha and sitting beside her

"Sina is here" Connie pointed out making all of us turn to the group of big ass guys.

Why are they so fucking tall?

"Who's doing the tip-off?" I asked Eren while grabbing my phone from Sashas purse

"Either me or Bert but I don't think he's a starter," he said while taking the hair tie out and redoing his bun

"Yeager let's go!" The coach yelled from the other side of the gym "you're starting off warm-ups!"

Eren rolled his eyes before saying bye to all of us and jogging to his coach and talking with him.

"Oh I DonT lIke hIm" Sasha said in a high pitch voice that was followed by another voice

Ymir gasped and held the back of her wrist to her head "He's JuSt. A firEnd"

"thAt I BluSh at" Jean now said while holding a hand to his heart

"What? I mOan In EvEryone's Ear" Connie said while cupping his hands together and giving puppy dog eyes

I glared at all of them "oh fuck off already, yeah?"
