BELLA'S POV:

Soon after Alice left i made my excuses and left to. I heard Rosalie with my super sonic hearing and i wanted to help. I got to the clearing easily enough. They all looked at me in surprise when i said i wanted to help, but then Carlisle said that he thought a newborn would be immensly useful.

I walked to the middle of the clearing standing inbetween the wolves and the Cullens. Alice walked up to me and said, ok Bella take a swing at me. No! I exclaimed, i love you! Alice grinned and said, ok Jasper, you need to take over, as Jasper walked up to me he winked at the others and said this is going to be easy, anger boiled up in me, little did i know that he was doing it to infuriate me. He ran up to me and tried to take me down, but i ducked and pushed his legs causing him to topple over. Instantly he got back on his feet and jumped at me but i jumped and landed on the other side of him. Jasper grinned at me and said, i knew you had it in you. I smiled back, secretly pleased with myself.

After many hours of hard training we were prepared for the battle, however i was not prepared for what i had to do next. Tell my dad about me and Alice. We drove to my house and we sat in the car for 10 minutes decided on what i was going to say to Charlie. Alice wanted me to just say it and then ask for permission to go away for the weekend, but i knew he would just ground me. Charlie was raised by religious parents and his views would probably be quite homophobic. In the end i decided on telling him slowly and then telling him that i was going to Renee's for the weekend.

With a gulp i got out of Alice's car and walked up to the door, We decided that Alice should stay in the car and if i didn't walk within 10 minutes Alice would come in and just take me away. I knocked on the door and looked back at Alice who gave me a thumbs up before the door opened and i walked inside. Charlie made his way back to the front room were he was watching the baseball. I picked up the remote and turned off the tv. Oi! He exclaimed, i was watching that. Dad i need to tell you something important i said and he saw it was serious so stopped complaining and said what is it Bells? I sat there for around 2 minutes and finally said, Dad, i'm going out with someone. His brow grew furrowed and he grew angry. Who is he? he demanded. Tell me now.

Ok, the person that i'm going out with is not a boy dad, it's a girl. H e stood up and said, NO! What do you mean i asked confused, scared by his expression. It's not right Bella he said, it's unnatural. This is to stop immedietly! Who is it and i will go and speak to her father to put this right. Dad stop! I cried, you know her! It's....it's Alice. He turned around and let out a deep breath and said Alice? Yes dad, it's Alice and i love her and there's nothing you can do to stop me from seeing her.

I ran up to my room and grabbed the backpack i had packed earlier and came back down. That's it Charlie, i said angrily, i'm going to stay with Renee for the weekend. Charlie gaped at me as i stormed out of the house and went to Alice's car. Alice was about to drive off when Charlie walked up to the car and told me and Alice to get out. Reluctently we got out and to my surprise Charlie said, Bella you know i'm not ok with this but if that's what truly makes you happy then i don't mind you seeing Alice. This was better than what i was hoping for but the fact that Charlie still couldn't live in the 21st century caused me to say, wow Charlie how kind of you, are you sure you don't mind? He caught on to my anger and sadly said, i hope you have a good time at Renee's, say hello from me. He walked back to the house and Alice and I hugged each other tightly, once the door had shut i kissed her fully on the lips and said. i love you so much, i don't know what i'd do without you, but Alice looked sad and said look behind you. To my dismay, Charlie was looking out of the window. He looked at me and turned away, and even though it tore me up inside to see my father not loving me for who i was i laughed and said who cares what he thinks?

In the car i phoned Renee. Hey mum, can i talk to you please? I knew Renee wouold agree to my plan once i'd told her, this way if Charlie checked to see how i was she'd cover for me. Mum, i need to tell you something....i'm going out with Alice. To my great surprise, my mum chuckled and said, i already know. How i asked?!?!? Did Charlie tell you? No dear, but i could tell by the way you looked at each other that you were in love. It was fairly obvious. I started to cry, mum dad got really mad! I heard her hiss in annoyance. Honestly, that narrow minded man! So what are you going to do? Well, Alice and I were going to go away for the weekend, but i know Charlie would never let me so i said i was going to yours. Please cover for me! Of course she said, well tell Alice i'm very happy for her and i hope you have a wonderful time. I love you mum i said smiling, i love you too sweetheart and then we hung up.

Wow, your mum's great Alice said, i smiled and we drove on. When we got to Alice's house Carlisle and Esme greeted me like i was their daughter. Staying with them made me feel so happy and when i went inside Emmett, Rosalie and everyone else greeted me like i was their sister.

I felt so happy and as we made our way up to Alice's room with a gasp i looked at a book and made it fly across the hallway. What did i do? i asked in disbelief. I believe you have a power Alice said with a giggle, come on lets go outside and see what else you can do. Alice took my hand and led me outside...
