《The Parent Trap》Chapter Eight

The moment Katsuko got off the plane she began regretting her decision of agreeing to do this. She was not fond of strangers and even though this man was her father he still was a stranger to her.
She sighed before grabbing Katsumi's bag and walking out of the terminal. Her heart was racing as in a few minutes she would be meeting her father.
"KATSUMI!" She heard 'her name' being called and when she looked up she saw a red haired man waving hysterically next to an ash blonde man.
The blonde man seemed to be pretending not to know the other man as people looked their way. She felt embarrassed for blonde man and herself as she had to go to them.
Slowly but surely she walked to them with a racing heart.
"H-hey dad, uncle Ei..." She mumbled.
This was totally out of character for her and she did not understand why she was acting like a shy prick.
"What the hell kind of greeting is that?" Bakugou asked before pulling her into a hug.
Katsuko tensed up a bit before relaxing into her father's arms. She felt tears begin to weld up in her eyes as she hugged him back.
"I missed you so much pumpkin." He whispered loud enough for her to be the only one able to hear.
Hearing this her tears immediately began to fall and she began sobbing into her father's chest.
"I missed you too daddy." She whispered back wanting this moment to last forever.
Sure her mother had given her plenty of loving hugs but this one was different. This one made her feel even more complete then when it was just her and her mother.
"Bakubro stop hogging the girl. I want a hug too. I missed her as much as you did." The forgotten man in the background whined making Katsuki scoff.
"It's not possible for you to have missed my own brat more than I did and I can hog her as much as I want because I am her father." He responded which made Katsuko crack a smile which no one saw.
When they finally pulled away Katsuko had no time to process anything as she was pulled into another hug. This time she stayed tense throughout the whole thing.

"I missed my trouble maker!" Kiri cried out which made the girl a little uncomfortable.
"Okay enough with the sappy stuff. Let's fvcking go home already." Katsuki said as he grabbed his daughter's bag which made her uncle let her go.
Katsuko was shocked by her father's word choice. Back with her mother no one was ever allowed to curse around her and here her father was doing it so casually infront of her without a problem.
She smirked a bit actually feeling like she was going to enjoy this.
"So how was the camp?" Kiri questioned as soon as they got into the car.
Katsuko sighed as she thought about that place. She didn't really enjoy anything aside from the times she spent with her sister when they found out that they were actually siblings.
"It was lame. These damn extras would not stop botherin-" she stopped as she realised her mistake.
This was not how Katsumi behaved.
"I mean it was a w-wonderful experience and I made lots of friends!" She exclaimed cheerfully but couldn't help but to cringe and want to throw up as she heard herself.
"That's good to hear. I knew you would have fun but your old man over here was so worri-" The red head was cut off by the deep growl the other man let out.
"STOP TALKING NONSENSE SHITTY HAIR! I WAS NOT WORRIED! WHO WAS THE ONE WHO CRIED HIMSELF TO SLEEP AT NIGHT, HUH? IT DEFINATELY WASN'T ME!" The hothead yelled causing Katsuko to snicker in the background as she saw the blush that cover Kirishima's cheeks.
"OMG THAT'S SO LAME!" She laughed which made one of the man look back at her since the other couldn't look because he was driving.
"What do you mean it's lame? Well that's the last time I worry about you." Kirishima huffed playfully as he turned back to the front.
Katsuko seeing this immediately stopped laughing as she saw his upset face. She thought that he was actually upset.
'What would peabrain do?'
She asked herself as she was never one to apologize or comfort people.
"I-I... I'm sorry uncle E-Ei. I appreciate you worry about me." She hesitantly apologized even though she felt the need to cringe.

"Aw you are so cute. See bro even your daughter can apologize. You need to learn a thing or two." His happy mood was back in less than a second a Katsuki realised that she had just been fooled which made her eyes.
Katsuki on the other hand just let out another growl.
"Oi brat, you've been awfully quiet, what's up?" Katsuki as his daughter who he noticed was just silently eating her food.
Normally she and Kirishima would be making a racket and he would have to eat somewhere else.
"It's nothing dad." She simply replied before going back to her food.
The two man looked at her weirdly as they were not to such a quiet side of her.
"Dad? Since when do you call me dad? It's usually daddy?" He asked and she had to stop herself from rolling her eyes and shouting at him.
'Do these people really notice such trivial things?'
She asked herself before forcing a smile on her usually frowned lips.
"I haven't stopped calling you daddy. I'm just trying to grow out of that habit since I think it's childish of me to still be calling you that." She responded and both men looked at her surprised but did not say anything which she was greatful for.
She didn't know how much more she could take before exploding.
The next morning Katsuko was woken up at six which she greatly did not appreciate.
"Why the hell are we up so early?" She sleepily asked as she stood in the backyard.
Her sleepiness had made her forget what Katsumi had told her. That she and her father would always get up early in the morning to to train.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHY ARE WE UP SO EARLY? TO TRAIN OF COURSE! DON'T FVCKING TELL ME THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SLACKING OFF AT THAT DAMNED CAMP!" he yelled making her eyes widen in realisation but she shrugged it off still being upset about being woken up.
"OF COURSE NOT!" She fired back angrily which made her father look at her in surprise.
As far as Katsuki knew Katsumi was never one to yell even though he was her father. She probably got that calmness from her mother. He shrugged it off though as he wanted to get on with training.
"OKAY THEN! SINCE YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SLACKING OFF HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT! I WANT TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU HAVE IMPROVED?" he yelled getting into his fighting stance.
Katsuko began to panic as she wasn't really one for fight. Sure she did know a few things but they were not enough for her to battle a pro hero.
What made things even worse was her quirk. If she let out even a single spark her father would definately know that she was not Katsumi.
"S-shouldn't we warm up first." She asked which made her father give her a disproving look.
"YOU ARE FVCKING STALLING!" he yelled which made Katsuko panic even more.
Before she could say anything and annoying voice rang through their ears making her cringe.
"KATSUKI!" The woman yelled once again which led Katsuko to cover her ears.
When she turned she saw a black haired woman with Kirishima following behind. She had to admit she was a very beautiful woman but she was nothing in comparison to her mother.
The woman just passed her and went up to her father while Kiri stopped to stand next to her.
"Whose the ponytail?" Katsuko asked the man beside her but before she could get a response what she saw shocked her.
The black haired woman wrapped her arms around Katsuki's neck and pulled him into suffocating hug. Katsuko immediately looked away feeling like she had just been traumatized for life.
"He didn't tell you, huh?" Kiri asked as he also looked away nof being able to handle the scene infront of him.
"No. Just tell me who she is already." Katsuko said as she started to feel frustrated.
"Well she is your father's..." Kiri paused.
"Friend." The woman continued.
