I woke up, washing my face and doing my morning shit before going downstairs and beginning coffee for him.

I didn't like coffee so I drank the chocolate milks he had in his fridge.

I took out the box of pizza, and I took two slices.

I ate my pizza cold. It might just be an American thing? But it was so good only if it's with takeout pizza.

I checked his little calendar seeing that today was his office day.

It said 8:00 and it was already 7:30.

I frowned, grabbing a mug and filling it with coffee, topping it with milk.

I walked up the stairs, careful not to spill it as I knocked on his door, he opened it, squinting from the brightness as he had his toothbrush in his mouth, shirtless and still perfect.

"Running late?" I asked and he nodded, nodding into his room.

I followed him, seeing his black covers and sheets tussled, walking into his bathroom to no light.

He turned it on, finishing with brushing his teeth as I set his mug down.

He swished with water before looking at me.

"Cinnamon toothpaste?" I asked.

"Mint toothpaste and coffee don't mix." He rubbed his eyes.

"True." I nodded.

I sat on his toilet seat as he washed his face, some of his black hair getting wet and sticking onto his forehead.

He wiped his face dry, grabbing his shaving cream and razor.

"Can I pick your clothes?" I asked and he hummed.

I walked to his closet, grabbing a good pair of black dress shoes.

Ugh I was drooling at my taste.

I paired a silver watch with it and a nice belt.

He walked in and blinked.

"What about the tie?" He asked.

"Please. Just put it on." I crossed my arms.

I gasped as he pulled off his sweatpants but he was wearing underwear.

"What?" He asked.

"I don't know!" I shrugged.

"I wouldn't do that if I didn't have something under!" He laughed.

"I'm sorry!" I laughed too.

I watched him put it on and he groaned.

"Undo that button." I pointed and he shook his head.

"Please!" I walked toward him, undoing it.

"Sweetheart, this isn't professional." He touched the part of his chest that was showing and I frowned, grabbing his arms as I shoved my head on his chest in frustration.

"But you look so good!" I whined, stepping back and looking at him again.

"Besides, who's gonna say something? I'm married to the CEO." I pointed to my ring and he laughed.

"I don't get it." He touched the buttons.

"You look hot! Stop messing with it." I swatted his hands from his shirt.

"Hot?" He paused.

I nodded, "sexy."

"Fine. I gotta get going." He jogged to the bathroom, spraying a really nice cologne before moving past me.

I laughed, seeing him run down the stairs.

I leaned against the wall as he opened the front door.

"Wait-"

"Keys." I tossed them at him.

"You're awesome." He winked before leaving.

I laughed, knowing he was 20 minutes late.

He's a diva. I've said it before and I'll say it again.

-

I got a call and answered.

"Hello?" I asked, moping the floors.

"I thought you said you weren't a housewife?" He laughed, probably hearing the sloshing from the mop in the bucket and my breathlessness.

"I'm not. I'm clean. There's a difference." I joked.

"Mmhm. Well I'll be on my way, would you be opposed to me taking you out?" He asked.

"No I wouldn't." I smiled.

"Good. Stop cleaning and get ready. You have 45 minutes." He said and I hummed, hanging up.

I grabbed the giant squeegee thing and cleaned up the residue.

I got rid of the water and cleaned my mess up before jogging upstairs.

I spent a good 20 minutes figuring out what to wear after the endless options.

I then fixed my lashes and put Vaseline as a lipgloss for now.

I put my hair in a messy/cute bun.

I grabbed a cute gold necklace with a cute bracelet.

"What the fuck you said 45!" I yelled.

"Oops." He laughed at my door and I moved, opening it.

I went back to the bathroom, putting in my little earrings.

"You like dressing up?" He smiled.

"Love it." I laughed.

I put on the bracelet and handed him the necklace, moving my baby hairs.

He put it on me and before I could go get shoes he grabbed my arms.

"Relax. There's no rush Victoria. This is just fun, you can chill out." He kissed my temple and I sighed, smiling at him through the mirror before walking to the closet, looking at the shoes.

"I think these would be pretty." He held up white close toed slide on ones.

"Ooo, I agree." I nodded and he grabbed the other.

"Go sit." He motioned to my bed and I sat on the edge as he came over, kneeling.

"You don't have to clean when I'm gone you know." He smiled, grabbing the shoe for my left foot.

"I know." I shrugged and he grabbed the back of my ankle, sliding my foot into the heel as he kissed the top of my foot, doing the same thing with the other.

He stood, offering his hand and I smiled, taking it.

"Who taught you to be a romantic?" I smiled and he laughed.

"The woman who deserves it." He chuckled as we walked down the stairs and to the front door.

He opened the passenger door for me and I smiled, seeing red roses.

"Are you up to something?" I looked at him and he just shrugged.

"I wanna put these inside so they don't get toasty while we eat." I grabbed the bouquet and he nodded as I ran inside and got them a vase of water.

I came back out, getting in the car and he still shut my door.

He got in on his side and I looked at him, speculating.

"You appreciate honesty right?" He asked and I nodded.

"I parked a few buildings away, I saw those at a shop with a discount." He smiled.

"The thought that counts. But how much of a discount?" I asked.

"20%." He started the car.

"For flowers? That's a steal." I nodded.

"My thoughts exactly."
