"You did what?" Nate asked.
"Why do you think you got me out so quickly? It wouldn't have been that easy unless I made a deal" I tell them.
"What kind of deal are we talking about?" Chuck asks.
"I have to help him sell some of his stuff and if i don't he will take me off to country only he knows about." I say.
"What stuff?" Nate and Chuck both ask.
"Drugs" I say biting my lip.
"Dammit Laura" Nate says.
I walk towards the exit and I almost make it. But someone grabs my arm. Cameron.
"What do you want?" I growl.
"Your job starts next week. If you don’t shop up at my house I will find you. You won’t like what I will do to you." He says and I threw my arm from his grip.
"I’ll be there. Just leave me alone" I say.
I walk the other way so even deeper into the party. I look around and I don’t see anyone I know. I walk a bit faster and then I spot Dan. I walk up to him and he smiles at me.
"I've never been so happy to see you" I smile.
"How is it you’re the only Upper East Side girl other than Serena that likes me?" He laughs.
"I usually like everyone" I smile.
"Well that’s good because Blair doesn't" He smiles.
"Blair has a huge heart" I say.
"For revenge" He smiles.
I walk around for a bit more but then I see him. Andrew and he was looking right at me. I see him point at me and some giant guys start running towards me. I run the other way. I look for people I know. I see Chuck and Nate and I run towards them.

"Chuck!" I scream.
He looks towards me and i get to him. The guys behind me stop right by Nate and Chuck and I grab hold of his arm.
"We need her" One says.
"That's not happening" Nate says.
"Yes it is. We will hurt you if need be" The other says.
"Guys Guys Guys.. Calm down" Andrew smiles.
"What do you want?" I ask.
"Cameron let you go before I was done with you. I want you back now" Andrew smirks.
"Not happening" Chuck says.
Someone tries to punch Nate but he dodges it. Security comes quickly and takes them all away. Chuck turns to me and asks me if I'm all right. I am going home and I go outside to find a cab. I get inside one and I ride home.
Once I get home I change into sweat pants and a sweat shirt. I go up to the roof. Up on our roof is like a balcony and I love it. Mom and Liam don't know that I go up here. I use to go up here a lot more a few years ago. I go over to the loose brick in the wall and wiggle it out. Inside the hole is some weed. About two years ago I put it there. I decide to go back to my old ways and smoke it.
I look down from my roof and I see a car pull up. Chuck and Nate come out of his limo and I ignore it. I just stay right were I am. They have no clue I have this on my roof. I just wait for them to leave. My phone starts ringing and I ignore it. They keep calling. I just throw my phone behind me, lightly.
"Laura we know you are here" Nate says.

I roll my eyes and wait. Chuck looks up and our eyes connect. He taps Nate and points at me. I wave at them. They can’t tell that I was smoking so that's a good thing. They end up finding a key in a small plastic container. I stop what I'm doing and grab my phone from behind me. I skid down the roof. Note to self: not a good idea.
"Fuck" I curse as i hit the ground.
I hear the front door open and two people running towards me.
"Are you ok?" Chuck asks.
"So not worth it" I say through a clenched jaw.
"Damn you jumped from a three story roof, you didn't think that it would hurt?" Nate says.
"Nope" I say jokingly.
I sit up and they help me stand out. I wasn't really think, was I? Nope. That answer is no. They get me inside the house and sit me down on my bed in my room. I don't bother to talk to them. I just sit there and watch the TV. I dream about being gone and what will all happen if I just leave here. I watch the boys walk around my room and Chuck stands beside my desk. He lifts up my acceptance papers for college. We had two months left of school but I was the early acceptance. Actually the first t be accepted.
"How?" Nate says.
"I guess I was really good" I say.
"You have to be crazy start to already get into Columbia." Nate explains.
"They don't start accepting in till another month. How did you get in?" Chuck asks.
"Guys I have no clue ok. Just drop it" I shout.
"Wait. Do you smell that?" Chuck asks.
"Smells like weed" Nate says.
They both look at me and I throw my hands up. Chuck sniffs my neck and he looks at me.
"Didn't think you would be the kind of girl who smoked weed." He smiles.
"Dude this isn't something to make fun of." Nate says pointing at me. "She was smoking weed and jumping off roofs. Ostroff didn't help, at least I don't think it did"
"Guys it did help me I was smoking because I was stressed. I didn’t want you to see that I was smoking so I jumped." I say.
"Why?" Chuck questions.
"Because ok. Is it better than cutting myself or not eating?" I ask.
That shuts them up. After that fight I ask them to leave and they don't argue they just do. They both give me a hug and leave. Once they both leave I go back up to the roof. I just stand up there for the rest of the night. I look at the horizon waiting for the sun to come up.

"The God of Games..?" Eleena shook her head in puzzlement. "I have never heard of Him…" "What if the God of Games could give you the power to defeat your enemies?" Xi Wei coaxed patiently. Eleena remained silent for a while, before resolutely lifting her head and fixing her gaze on Xi Wei. "Then I am willing to become a believer of the God of Games!" "Belief isn't something to only be spoken by mouth. Close your eyes and envision His name in your mind, and feel His power with your heart," he said solemnly. "O Master of Games, grant us new life!"

I Don't Seem So Bright in a Well-Lit Room
The universe is a very strange place. It will take even stranger heroes to save it."Absurd. Existential. Ridiculous. Tragic. Comic. The antiheroes of "I Don't Seem So Bright in a Well-Lit Room" are a kind of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern with space packs, inadvertently colliding with their destinies against a starry background of witty wordplay. With a vision as sprawling and limitless as the loveably goofy universe in which it's set, Browning's wit, wisdom and heart are always at play, combining to form a wonderfully panoramic and very silly heroes' journey that visits every trope of its overlapping genres and draws moustaches on all of them."- Marcel St. Pierre, author of "Vengeful Hank" and "Cliché and Wind Go Hitchhiking".(Sci-fi /Dark Humour/Absurd) *Completed!
