Elena's POV

I look up from the wedding magazines I scattered all around my bed and gave Luca a warm smile.

"Have you decided on colors?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm thinking snow, wine, and stalegray," he says in all seriousness, looking at the vendor list that Cameron gave him.

I look at him like he is psycho, "What even are those colors?" I ask, laughing a bit.

"They're pretty, look in the magazine to the left of you, it has them I think," he mumbles, still reading vendors names.

I pick up the magazine and find the colors he mentioned.

"You know it's actually kind of cute," I comment, looking up at him, smiling a bit.

"What?" he asks, dropping the venue list, and turning his body towards me.

"That you already knew what you wanted your wedding colors were going to be,"

He chuckles, shaking his head, "How do you know I didn't just read the magazine?" he asks, smiling a boyish smile at me.

"Because this one hasn't been open."

He just shakes his head, a small blush coating his cheeks.

"What color then?" Loki questioned, not really interested in the conversation.

I let out a sigh, shaking my head slightly, "Are you okay babe?"

"I'm fine, just answer the question please," she mumbles, not looking up from her phone.

"Um," I pause, going over the colors that me and Luca discussed, "Probably a dark red to match the colors," I say, stacking up all the magazines around me.

"Okay, and who is doing your makeup, did you hire someone?"

"No, I'm just going to do it myself," I say, giving her a small smile, "I think we should do slategray for the bridesmaids,"

"Okay, I'll make the order, can you call Luca and tell him whether he is wearing a bowtie or a actual tie?" she asks.

"Of course," I say, pulling out my phone and walking out of our bedroom, waiting for him to answer.

'Sugar cube?'

I let out a low groan 'Back to that nickname?' I ask, annoyed, even though a small smile played my lips.

'What do you need El darlin,'

'Well lover boy, I just wanted to inform you that you need to get a gray suit with a dark red tie please,'

"I don't care Cameron just please figure it out, I have 2 days before my wedding, I really need this cake business to be done," I snap.

I really am turning into bridezilla.

"Elena, you need to breathe," Cameron instructs, placing his hands on my shoulders.

"Cameron I'm getting married in 2 days, 2 fucking days, and I have to hope to god my dress arrives on time and the cake can be fixed. Don't get me started on the venue design and flower bouquet-"

"Helena Grace, calm down," he interrupts, gripping my shoulders tightly.

I give him a small glare, which he pretends does not affect him, "Cameron, you should know better than to tell a women to calm down," I say in a dangerously calm voice.

"Okay," my stepmom steps in, "Cameron you should go before she castrates you,"

Cameron lets out a nervous chuckle, nodding, before thanking Lucia and practically sprinting out of the room.

"Why'd you do that, it would have been fun to watch him squirm pretending not to be afraid of me," I whine, crossing my arms like a child.

"Elena, you are about to be married, at least try to act like an adult,"

"Word," I salute her, walking off.

I spent over 70 minutes standing in front of my mirror, trying to figure out if I wanted to die my hair or not.

Is my hair really wedding appropriate?

I liked my hair light brown but do I really want to re-dye it?

The answer to that question was no.

I still needed to get Miles his suit and figure out a photographer.

I was going to hire someone, but I might just have Andrew do photos, he does Miles yearly photos.

I already had Luca do all the 'save the dates' and he also took care of the D/J.

Now I just-

"Momma?" Miles quiet voice called me out of my wedding planning.

"Yes Bambino?"

"I know you are busy with your party but can we please go get some food, I'm kinda hungry?" He asks, giving me puppy dog eyes.

Great, now I feel like a horrible mother, not even asking if my kid is hungry.

"Ya, of course baby, were do you want to go?" I ask, grabbing my purse of the bed.

"Umm, how about that one place," he says, taking my hand.

I let out a small laugh, shaking my head, "You got to be more specific bambino," I say, tumbling down the stairs with him.

"Ms. Fiancé, yo Ms. Fiancé, FIANCE,"

I let out another small laugh, "Luca, I'm at the stairs," I shout back.

Miles lets out a small giggle running to gran his coat.

Luca came in from the dining room, giving me a small smile.

I raise a small eyebrow at him, "Ms. Fiancé?"

"What," he gives me a boyish smile, "I have never called you babe before so," he drawls on, turning me around, pushing me to the door.

"Miles, let's go,' I shout, motioning for Luca to stay for him well I go heat up the car.

The Italian restaurant, which I have never actually brought Miles to, was a cute little place filled with fairy lights and flowers.

It was gorgeous.

Luca was walking with Miles on top of his shoulders, checking out each flower pot individually.

I rolled my eyes at Miles persistence, wonder where he learned that from, and thanked the waitresses who topped my water off.

She gave me a kind smile and walked away, her receding footsteps syncing with the sound of Luca's coming back to the table.

"Momma, did you know that a flower is also called a bloom or a blossom, Luca told me, I think I'm going to call them all Blossoms now," he says, the last part in a more matter of fact tone.

"You know, I had no idea," yes I did, "Miles, elbows off the table," I mumble, giving him a small smile.

"Yes momma,"

We fell into a small conversation about random things, mostly Miles favorite tv show and Luca's birthday that was coming up.

They did have an argument about what paw patrol pup was the best, I was silently laughing the whole time because now Luca will have to tell me why on this earth he watches paw patrol in his free time.

Eventually our food came, but conversation did not slow.

I mostly say silent well they bonded, happy that at least I'm being half forced into marrying a decent guy.

"Elena," Luca calls out, making me raise my eyebrows, as if to ask him what.

"I've been trying to get your attention for about 6 minutes," he says, giving me a 'are you okay?' face.

I give him a subtle nod and kind smile, that I rarely give to anyone but my kid.

"My apologies lover boy, what was so important you had to drag me out of my thoughts?" I ask sarcastically, subconsciously wiping Miles face clear of spaghetti sauce.

He gives me a small smile, motioning to Miles who mirrored Luca's same facial expression well taking my fork out of my hand and motioning back to Luca.

"Ya'll are scaring me," I say, my voice drowning out at the end when I saw the position Luca was in.

"Helena, I know that no matter what you say to me, we have to get married tomorrow, but I also know that as much as a badass you are, you love everything and anything romantic, so I'm here right now asking and making sure that when we get married tomorrow, it works and you're okay with it, that we try, and that one day, you actually let me love you?" he asks, down on one knee.

I just kind of stare at him, probably looking like a dumbass before nodding slightly, "I promise to try," I say, giving him a sweet smile, offering my hand to help him up.

Instead he slips a ring on I just happened to not notice him grab from the breast pocket of his dress jacket.

My smile just gets bigger and when he stands up I pull him into a hug, not even registering the cheers of the people surrounding us.
