Everyone gathers around the main square, no children though, only the angry citizens who wanted this. Among the spectators where the ninja, they weren't there to watch her death for they were all very sad as well. The ninja came to support Cole and Lloyd who wanted to be there.
Lloyd hadn't said a single word to them since his last visit to see Aria. In truth Cole didnt want to be there, he was there because his father had asked him to be because he wasn't strong enough to say goodbye to his niece. Cole wasn't strong enough to watch this happen either but he was there.
Lloyd was wearing a black hoodie with his hood up. The ninja assumed it was so that he didn't draw attention to himself, the ninja were also wearing hoodie's with their hoods up. The ninja were worried Lloyd was going to run up and stop the execution, if he did he would no longer be seen as the Green Ninja but a traitor for saving the dark lord.
They waited for what seemed like hours until the execution was finally ready and they brought out Aria.
Kai put his hand on Lloyd's shoulder to comfort him. The ninja couldn't bear to watch it happen.
"Are you prepared to face the consequences for your actions?" Ronin questions
"Of course" Aria answers softly, her voice breaking a bit, but she wasn't crying
"I can't watch" Jay cries covering his eyes
"Any last words?" Ronin asks
Aria looks out at Lloyd and speaks loud enough to reach where the ninja were "don't worry about me, this was my choice.. my love.. live"
With that Aria closes her eyes and Ronin nods prepared to get it over with. And as the execution happened, the Ninja looked away, all except Lloyd who stood there staring as it happened, tears running down his face.

After it was over the citizens of ninjago returned to their houses as some grieved. The ninja were helping Lloyd home when he stopped.
"I need a minute" he said softly
"You got it bud" Kai pats his back "anything you need"
Lloyd nods and walks away into the forest. He stops at a clearing where their was a tree with the initials LG+AL carved in it with a heart around it.
"You idiot" Lloyd cried
Lloyd fell to his knees and cried his eyes out as a wind blew by knocking down his hood. Long blonde hair unraveled from under the hood and blew in the wind, loud sobs filling the air.
