《Murder Is Fun || a Hermitcraft murder mystery AU》Part 1

Waking up in a dark room is never something you'd expect to happen to yourself, especially with a lot of your friends from the server.
Xisuma was one of the first to wake up, followed by Iskall and Ren. X showed the most panic and confusion, looking around quickly in panic as the other hermits started to get up from the cold concrete.
"Where are we-?"
A British voice belonging to a dirty Blonde spoke first, helping up his moustached friend to his feet.
"I don't know.. I don't know"
Xisuma mumbled a bit, scrolling through the hologram-like chat/command mechanism each had. His eyes widened as he found nothing but erased and glitches commands.
" X? Dude are you okay?"
The Canadian voice of VintegeBeef asked as him and Etho, the fellow Canadian, walked to the rest of the group.
"No. No, no, no, no -"
X panicked a bit, trying - and failing - to reload the glitches command.
"Hey man try to relax, Atleast were together here"
Mumbo shrugged as he put his hand on the bee man.
"Mumbo is right"
Iskall backed up the suited male's words, helping up Bdubs as he finally woke up, being the last one up.
"It's so dark, and it's night outside! Is there a bed around - my inventory is empty. Anyone have a bed?"
Bdubs asked, half ignoring the whole situation and having the 'tingling' feeling of the need to sleep.
All the other hermits stopped and just turned to face Bdubs, an annoyed 'What!' coming from the male.
" Where even are we? "
Impulse asked, dusting his creeper shirt and pants, looking around again.
"I have no idea"
Tango shrugged, followed by similar answers from the others.
"there is a door there"
Scar fixed his wizard hat, standing beside Bdubs and Ren, the group of 'gamers' standing in a crooked circle.

After a silent agreement between the friends, Xisuma opened the door, leading them to a mansion looking hallway, lit by nothing but small lanterns spaced an annoying distance away, leaving dark spots taking up most of the wall space.
"I really wish I had a bed right about now, there's gonna be things spawning and we'll die!"
Bdubs frowned, following close behind the other two members of the Boomers.
"Nothing seems to be spawning though, even though the light level is so low"
Etho questioned as the hermits walked along the never-ending hallway. Getting nods of agreement from everyone around him.
"am I the only one who thinks that someone will die sooner or later"
The Swede guessed, getting a 'iskall not now' type of answer. That really wasn't a good thing to think about at the moment.
"How long is this hallway!"
Grian groaned, dragging his feet along the carpeted dark red ground, walking alongside the other Architects.
"I don't know Grian"
Scar sighed, looking around, wishing he could hug Jellie, the darkness of the hallway not making anything better.
Xisuma sighed, trying to calm down from the sight of nothing but messed up commands, the only thing keeping this server together really. Without them, this could be like, or even worse, then hard mode.
"How long do you think this hallway is?"
Ren (Diggity dog) asked, following close behind X and the architects, looking over at Beef who was the first to answer.
"I'd guess maybe 100 blocks, why would anyone even build this?"
Beef shrugged, trying to figure out what blocks were used to build this place.
"it's probably just a troll of some sort"
Etho tried to make the situation better, looking down at his feet as the words he said didn't make much difference in the tension between his friends.

Xisuma stopped once they got to a 2-way turn, looking over the other hermits.
"Should we split or stick together?"
X asked, counting silently how many hermits were here, 11 including himself.
"I think splitting into groups of 5 and 6 and stick together from there?"
Tango suggested, getting an unexpected amount of agreement.
"Mumbo, Iskall, Tango, Impulse, Etho and Bdubs can go right. Me, Ren, Scar, Grian, and Beef can go left."
X spoke getting nods of agreement, splitting into the two groups.
"Yell if anything happens, try to get back in 20 minutes?"
Xisuma spoke, everyone else agreeing as they all slip to their assigned groups, sticking together.

[On Hiatus due to health reasons] Synopsis: Fate has plans for everyone. There are many paths one can walk and many nodes one can unlock. Yet all mortal souls only start with one node. This has been the case for many years and while there are some records of people with more than one first node, these are as rare as wings on snails, roses made of air, or ropes made of dragon-hair. Elise Anker has two first nodes. She doesn't know why and the only one that could answer is an angry voice in her head. She hears it rarely and the voice is as helpful as a sword is effective against a Leviathan. She strives to become a mage, a knight or maybe something else entirely. The future is uncertain and unless she finds out what her nodes mean, she will never know what she wants to become. But her nodes won't unlock and the angry voice tells her that she needs to find a worthy foe to kill. Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, businesses, places, events, and incidents are either the products of the author’s imagination or used in a fictitious manner.
