《Bakugou's Lover》Bonus+

Time set: 6 am In the middle of February.
The sun shone through the window. Waking up a sleeping blond. He blinked a few times to get the sleep out of his eyes before going to set up. But big arms kept him in place. He turned to see the culprit's face and smiled. He pulled the face forward and showered him in kisses. The man stirred and groaned before opening his eyes. He smiled at the angel that woke him up that warm morning.
"Good morning, baby," Touya said in his deep morning voice. "Morning, puppy." He smiled and pepper him in kisses again. Touya chuckled and pulled Katsuki to his chest. He kissed Katsuki's hands as his little blond tried to push him away. "Let go. I need to go to work." Touya buried his face in his chest and shook his head. "No, you're not allowed to leave." Katsuki breathlessly laughs. "Today is Friday. It's going to be busy for me." He groaned. "Can't you just take the day off? Why is today so important?"
Katsuki smiled at his forgetful boyfriend. "Today is Valentine's day, idiot." Touya's face didn't change for a second. Valentine's day? Isn't that in... He shot up which startled Katsuki. "You're right. You should go to work! And not come home for a couple of hours. I totally won't have anything planned." Touya said, pulling out his phone and looking up Valentine's day presents because he totally didn't think he still had a week to plan.
Bakugou laughed as he pulled himself out of bed. "Okay, okay. I just need to take a shower." Touya looked back at Bakugou to see he was only wearing sweatpants. Touya chuckled as he walked up behind him. "What is this 'getting dressed' you speak of? I've only heard of 'getting naked.'" He bit Bakugou's neck after he said that and felt him shiver against his body.

"Touya! Stop it, I have work." Bakugou said, pushing him away as he hit Touya's head. "Okay! Okay! We can do it later tonight." Bakugou blushed before grabbing clothes and going into their bathroom. Dabi laughed as he walked towards their living room.
He heard talking and laughing so when to see what was up. "Boss! You're finally up! We were just talking about the bar we're going to tonight." Denki said as he looked up from his phone. "You guys are coming back before the night is over right?" "Yes sir, I'll make sure to drink him back at 10 sharp!" Mina said, before being glared at by him. Dabi sighed before sending a text to Tsu telling her to follow Bakugou after he gets off work. She had volunteering to follow Bakugou this week so nothing happened to him. Tokoyami would be with her but she normally likes listening to anything but Panic! At the Disco, Get Scared, or Set it Off.
After 20 mins of him trying to sneak into the bathroom to peek at Katsuki. He walked out fully clothed and his hair dripping. "Puppy, come dry my hair." Bakugou sat in front of his mirror and started his eyeliner. Touya stood behind him with a towel in his hands. They sat in comfortable silence as they listened to the loud voices in the living room. Touya finished with the towel and put his chin on Katsuki's head, watching him through the mirror. Katsuki felt the eyes on his face and smiled, blushing lightly.
They have done this countless amount of times in the past but it still seems to embarrass him a bit.
"Okay, I'm done. Ochako is going to drop me off. I'll see you later tonight." Katsuki pulled him down and kissed him lightly, smiling. He began to pull away when Touya grabbed his waist and pulled him into a real kiss. He felt the blond run his hands through his hair as he inches his hands down his waist.

"Kats! You're gonna be late!" They both pulled away, panting. Or at least Katsuki was. "Coming!" He yelled at Ochako. "If we had a little more time I'd be making you yell that." Katsuki blushed, pushing the taller away. "Bye, puppy." Touya smiled and kissed his cheek before pulling away altogether. "Bye, baby."
Katsuki heard multiple footsteps before hearing the door close. He grabbed his phone from the bed. He still needed to do something for Valentine's day. He walked out of their room and back into the living room. "Dabi! What's up, man?" He felt a weight be placed on his arm and sighed at Toga. "I'm trying to find something on short notice to give to Katsuki for Valentine's day."
There was silence for a second. "You forgot Valentine's day?" Touya didn't say anything. He just pulled away and walked towards the couch. "Oh, bad dog." He glared at Toga and she nervously laughed. "Why don't you get him flowers. He likes those." "I did that last year. I want this one to be special." "You could always go out to eat." Both of their heads turned to the two closing the front door.
"We go out every Friday. It would feel like a normal Friday. And what are you two doing here?" "We came to get Toga. We're going to meet some people today." Shigaraki said motioning to Toga. Twice behind him smiled and waved. "So everyone's leaving me here to think of something by myself?" The three nodded without missing a beat. "What friends you are." "Why don't you make dinner for him?" Touya laughed at Toga. "You know I can't cook." "Yeah of course I know. Everyone knows. What I'm saying is that he'll like the idea that you tried to cook for him."
"Toga, hurry up! Kurogiri isn't going to wait forever." They heard Shigaraki yell. They didn't even hear them leave. "Gotta go! Don't burn the apartment building down." She laughed as he shut the door leaving him alone.
He sighed as he walked back to his room. He flopped down on the bed and smiled at his phone. A picture of Katsuki was his background. He pushed his head into his pillow and closed his eyes. He needed to think.
Touya opened his eyes and groaned. "What the fuck? Where am I?" He sat up and realized that he was in his room. He picked up his phone and realized it was dead. He quickly put it on the charger and sat up. For some reason, he felt like he needed to do something. He got out of bed and walked into the living room. It was empty. He looked up at the clock they had and gasp. It was almost 10. Memories flooded from earlier and he groaned. He needed to get something ready for Today. He walked back into his room and picked up his phone. It was at 5%. That's enough for him to text Uraraka.
Once he turned it on he was worried about all the text he was getting from everyone. Most of them were from Ochaks and Tsu. He opened Ochako's messages and gasped.
"Dabi!"
"They got him!"
"Tsu saw them leave from the back."
"Why aren't you texting back?!"
"Don't tell me you're sleeping again!"
"Get up!"
"We can't leave because they are questioning us!"
"I'm going to kill you when we get back."
Touya sighed at the threats but he was happy. We can finally start. "Can't wait to see you, brother." And he is also totally getting his ass kicked.

Vast Asleep
The story of Kingard the Binder in the aftermath of Broken This short story is the epilogue of Broken, the second book of the Chronicles of Mother's Gate series. It’s a great follow-up to the novel, a bonus story that adds extra layers but is set apart from the full-length narrative. Vast Asleep follows the story of Kingard, who finds himself caught in a world called Mother's realm, bathed in glowing light but strangely stuck in place. He encounters his greatson Varyan there, and learns that his experiences are likely dreams. As he grows more accustomed to the loving realm around him, Kingard remembers fear and trepidation about the face of the world, and he loses contact with his companion. This story answers the question, Is Kingard really dead? with a tentative no, and new mysteries brewing. It also raises the question, What's happening while he's awake? and includes an excerpt from the sister story Ride Awake, about Kingard's situation with the Colkh'rak. Praise for Tales of the Known World Bookends: Loved it. The difference between the two stories is great! The difference between the epilogue and prologue is astounding. So much light and love in the first story. You feel safe reading it. Healing. The second, so much darkness, pain and despair. The choice of vocabulary is awesome and makes an impact. And this set of short stories ties the two books together so well. -- Dana V. of Texas ★★★★★
