Melo laughed at me "Nahhh that was hella funny you was trying so hard and I ain't even try but it's ight I'll use my tickets for you"

"Thanks melo now what you wanna- OH MY GOSH LOOK MELO THEY GOTTA PHOTOBOOTH" I semi screamed

"Brooo I was hoping you didn't see it cuz you would act like this" he said while I pulled his arm to the booth

"Come on melo we take pictures all the time-Oop"

I pauses while opening the curtains and see a little girl with curly hair looking scared

The little girl looks scared but when chanel noticed it she looked so concerned like that same look when she sees zoey crying. Something about when she gets like this makes me imagine a future with her with 12 kids she don't know about.

"Hi umm where are your parents?"

No response from the girl

"Are you lost?"

No response but at this point I was getting irritated but chanel kept staying patiently but not me

"Do you understand the words coming out of my mouth?" I say every word dramatically so she could understand but instead she just got more tense. Chanel could tell and held me back and told me to stop but clearly she doesn't know American.

"Do you speak American little girl"

"Your weird I'm leaving bye chanel can I getta picture"

"Of course" she says

Chanel laughs and the girl gives her a hug "I didnt even ask what your name was"

"It's jazmine But I gotta go my twin is waiting on me" she says happily

"Okay be safe now and go find y'all mom" chanel says laughing

"Okay"the girl says skipping off

"Damnnnn that just happened" I say to chanel

"Yeah but she was hella nice"

"To you she was" I say correcting her

"Aww you Mad she didn't like you"

"I ain't mad" I say denying it

"Now come on let's take these pictures you want so bad"

5 minutes later

but just imagine it's you and him the night went on and y'all eventually left and went to the car

So where you wanna go now"

"I don't know maybe I should go home"

"You scared yo brothers gonna be mad at you" he laughs at me

"No I just should get home so nun happens" I say knowing he telling the truth

"Well I'm going to Chick-fil-A and I know you want sum from there so you coming with me"

"Okay also how you feeling about your last game on Friday"

"I'm feeling good not really ready to leave but I know I wanna leave with a W " he say's

"And you are are y'all going against a good school"

"Well I don't know if they good it's some school though from where you from"

"What do you mean where I'm from"

I say nervously

"I dont know some school called Oakland tech up in nor cal "

"Oh my gosh bruh I used to go to that school and I now hella people that go there"

"But I thought you loved the bay"

"I do don't get me wrong but I just know a lotta people that go there"

"What you mean you scared to see em or sum"

"No I just know a lot of people I did wrong and I don't think my brothers should go either cuz it could end up bad"

Melo always knew I did a lot of bad things as a early teenager but I just never got into details really but going to that game could be terrible for me like I have old friends, enemies, ex's and most of all most of the boys I just played. I wouldn't want melo to see that and think I'm trying to play him too. But at the end of the day this was his last game and I've been to everyone since 9th grade and I wouldn't wanna miss it
