《Red Feather (Hawks x Reader)》Try not to kill me! Pervert!

I found it strange when the room got lighter. My body shifted over to shield myself from the light of the TV.
Wait.. . When did I fall asleep?
Sleepily, I grimaced and looked around. There were snacks littered across the table and all my lights were turned off except for the TV. I sat up and my blanket slid off of my figure.
That's weird. I don't remember grabbing a blanket.
Sitting up, I pulled my underwear up and untwist my tank top. I must have rolled around a lot for my clothes to be as skewed as they were. My back felt stiff so I stretched and let out a soft moan as I did so. When I rubbed my eyes and looked around I squeaked in horror. Quick as lightning, I tore the blanket from the floor and covered myself up.
"Hey beautiful. Want some dinner?"
Hawks was leering at me from behind the couch.
"Wh- what are you doing behind there? Perv!"
He chuckled, "I was walking around the couch to sit on the other end? I'm not a pervert, I gave you a blanket to keep you warm and cover you up. Not my fault you used it as a body pillow instead."
My face was burning. "How", I paused, "how much did you see?"
"You sleep on your stomach and you put the blanket under you. I'll let you guess."
With my face burning red, I spun around all the way so I could maneuver right and punched his shoulder. He rubbed it a bit. "Aww. Is (y/n) embarrassed?"
I sat back down and covered my face in mortification. "Can you at least grab my clothes if you're going to break in my house and watch me sleep half naked?"
He laughed, "No need to make it sound so creepy! I covered you up with a blanket and I was watching TV", as he was talking he sent a feather out. It came back speedily with a pair of shorts.
"Look away, creep", I said.
He turned with his back to me and spoke, "Won't do much, kid. Feathers."
I reached on the couch for a pillow and tossed it at him. It hit him upside the head and I put on the shorts.
"I guess I deserved that", he chuckled.
I was still red in the face and when I crossed my arms, I realized I didn't have a bra on. I looked around on the floor for it when I heard Hawks clear his throat. I looked over and he was twirling a bra on his fingers, back still turned. I stomped over to him and snatched it from his hand.
"Gimme this", I muttered, "No looking."
He hummed in agreement and I pulled my shirt over my head while spinning away from him. I clipped on my bra and put my shirt back on. After a small debate in my head, I put the jacket back in too.
"You can turn around now."
He turned around and smirked. "Hey (y/n), I have a proposition for you."
I eyed him suspiciously. "What?"
"Let's make a little bet, huh? We could play a game?"
I put my hands in the jacket pockets.

I'm surprised he hasn't given me shit about sleeping in his jacket yet.
"Okay. What's the game?"
He flashed a devilish grin and picked a small chicken shaped candy from his pockets. "If I can get this into your hand from the other side of the room, I win! But if I miss, you win. If you win I'll cook you dinner and I happen to be amazing at cooking."
I nodded, "And if you win?"
He dramatically clutched his hair. "I'm awfully hungry. I wouldn't mind it if you cooked for me."
"So loser cooks?"
He smiled and stuck out his tongue.
"Alright I'll play."
I walked to the other side of the room and held out my hand. He was a decent distance away, maybe three and a half meters.
"One more thing (y/n), we both get help. You're allowed to move your hand and I get four chances", when he pulled his hand from his pocket again, he had one little candy between each finger
I cocked my head, frowning. "Wouldn't that make it impossible for you to win?"
"If you want, you don't have to move your hand."
I smirked, "No way. I'm gonna get you back for peeking at me."
"Alright, here it goes."
He threw a candy at what felt like mach 12. I say felt because it shattered into pieces next to my head. I jumped and whipped around to look at the pieces of broken chocolate. When I turned around he was shifting side to side. "Sorry about that, didn't mean to throw it that hard."
My eyes were wide I'd disbelief. "How the hell do you accidentally throw a candy at light speed?"
He just chucked. "Alright. Candy number three."
I held my hand out nervously as he lightly tossed it my way. It would've landed in my hand if not for me moving it.
"Damn", he muttered. " Would've thought that from this distance and in the dark it would be harder for you."
I smirked and kept my hand out.
"Do me a favor and stand still?"
"That wasn't the rules. Gotta play fair."
He let out an exasperated sigh and tossed once again. Just like the last one, it would've landed in the perfect spot if not for me shifting my hand to the right.
"Gotcha! So Hawks, what are you cooking me toni-"
I felt something soft touch the hand that's been resting at my side. I looked down and a red feather had pierced a piece of candy and it was now sitting in my hand. I looked up at him dumbfounded.
"What's that", he sauntered over and took the hand with the feather in it, "Strange. You're holding a candy, what was the deal? If I can get a candy into your hand from the other side of the room I win?"
He plucked the candy from my hand while I stood there shocked. He pulled the feather from the candy and it flew back into his wings and he started unwrapping it. "And since I never specifically said 'yes' when you said loser cooks, I guess I have a blank check to cash", he put one hand on my chin and squeezed my jaws together lightly, forcing them open.

My stomach did a backflip and my face burned while he slid the chocolate in my mouth. He let go and sauntered back to the kitchen. When I finally came to, I jogged over to him.
"But you said if you win, you'll cook!"
"No, what I did was complain about being hungry, then say I wouldn't mind it if you cooked for me. Then when you asked if the loser cooks, I just brushed off the question."
"Damn", I picked my fingers nervously, "So... What do you want?"
He looked at me hungrily and I made a nervous sound. "N-not that... "
"Naughty (y/n). I hadn't said anything about that. But I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that if I did say that, you wouldn't put up much of a fight."
We were stand in the dining room and he had me backed up against my table.
"Seeing as you went to bed with almost no clothes on except for a shirt, panties, and the jacket that was ruined. You went and fixed it with your own money. I thought you were going to give it back all nervous but", he leaned in and I leaned back, his hands reaching out to grab the table on either side of me, "you kept it and slept in it.
"Not not only that but you act so shy around me. You fidget when I give you the slightest bit of attention, and not in a bad way. You always seem to enjoy it way more than I always think you will."
He was about an inch from my face, his breath fanning over my face, warming it up more than it already was. His yellow eyes looked like brass bullets and they were intense as they bore into mine.
"I'm willing to bet you want me. I'll bet my quirk you want me, sweetness. Your eyes are dilated, you're breathing's sped up and", he trailed off, grabbing my wrist. I let out a shaky breath right about then, "your heart is beating so fast I didn't have to check, I can practically see it through your shirt."
I swallowed and didn't say anything. He leaned forward a bit more and to keep my balance I moved my hands to his jacket and held on to his upper torso, feeling his slim but built figure through his tight tank top.
"No? Not going to admit you want me? Not going to say you want me to top you? Awww, (y/n)'s shy."
He leaned in so his mouth was on my ear. I could feel his lips move against it when he whispered, "You can be shy all you want but don't think I don't see you giving me the 'fuck me' eyes."
My breath hitched when Hawks gave me a peck on the soft skin under my ear and pulled back.
"As for the bet, I was planning you making us dinner, then I tell you. How's that sound?"
I looked and the floor, a mess. I nodded and made my way into the kitchen.
Hawks pulled up a stool and stayed on the other side of the island in the kitchen, watching me cook. I was going to make bacon-wrapped chicken with barbecue sauce. I pulled the chicken out if the fridge and started prepping the chicken and bacon.
"So", I nervously started, "How'd you do it? The candy, I mean."
He smiled. "Oh, that was easy. I just sent out the feather while you were looking at the chocolate I chucked at you. Figured it would distract you enough."
"Clever", I smiled, "So you know what you want, but won't tell me till dinner?"
"That's right."
I put the chicken in a glass pan and turned on the oven. While it was heating up, I wrapped the chicken and covered it in barbeque sauce.
"No chance of telling me?"
"Maybe if you beg", he said nonchalantly.
His answer surprised me and I looked down at the chicken, pretending to fix it even though it was one hundred percent fine.
He chuckled. "Thought not."
I put the chicken in the oven and set the timer.
"Uh... Wanna watch TV while we wait?"
"Sure!"
He hopped up and plopped on the couch. He was sitting on the inside and because I didn't want to be weird, I sat on the other side.
Jesus (y/n), you made it even weirder. Now it's awkward. I hope it's fun being this stupid because he probably noticed how dense you are.
"Aww. Are you mad that I called you out earlier? Fine", he laid down and rested his head on my lap.
As he was laying down, I flushed and raises my hands a little bit so my hands wouldn't block him. He looked up at me from my lap and snickered.
"Now what, kid?" Checkmate. I looked up pretending to ignore him while I thought about the fact that his head it so close to my chest.
What is wrong with me? I never have this dirty of a mind usually. Its only around him.
His arm went behind his head and he patted my knee. "You don't have to be so stiff you know. You're making my neck hurt."
I relaxed a bit and we watched more TV. I looked down at him and contemplated running my hand through his hair. I decided to take a chance and run my fingers lightly through his hair. His straight face gave way to a subtle smile.
"Please keep doing that", he said so softly, it was almost inaudible.
I ran my hands through his hair and played with it more. He let out a sigh of contempt. I gave might scratches and he let out another deep sigh. "I like that..."
I continued to pet him until the oven timer went off. He got off me looming a little sleepy as I took the chicken out of the oven. He rested his head on my shoulder as I cut open the chicken a a bit to see whether or not it was ready, which it was.
I pulled two clean plates out of the dishwasher and loaded it on. I walked our food over to the table and turned the lights on so we could see.
"This is damn good (y/n)", Hawks said between bites.
I smiled and thanked him. We both seemed to be starving and finished it all in a flash. Right when I was about to finish, Hawks had already done so and spoke.
I could sense the dreaded topic coming up. What the bet is.
"About me winning," he smirked.
