"Do you want me to get you anything while I'm out?" Jimin asked Y/N But she just mindlessly shook her head.
Ever since his talk with his mother Jimin had been staying with Y/N at her place. Through the days her break downs became more frequent and she barely got any sleep. He was trying his best but it was evident that she was not get any better without her child by her side.
"Ok I'll be back in about an hour or so." He told her and she just nodded before he walked out of the house.
Not even a few minutes after he left her phone began ringing. She quickly answered knowing that the only person who had been calling her lately was the kidnapper.
"H-hello..." She answered and she immediately recieved one of his famous chuckles.
Her heart could only clench as she could hear the amusement in his voice. He was seriously enjoying her suffering and this all seemed like a game to him.
"Y/N today it seems like I have had a change of heart. I don't like to see you crying like this because believe it or not it also causes me pain. So I've decided to give you your brat back but only if you follow my instructions to the t." He said making her heart jump.
She could feel tears of relief swell in her eyes as she heard his word. She was finally going to get her baby back.
"I am going to send you a location and I want you to come alone. If you don't do what I am saying I promise you that you will never see your child alive again. Don't test me." He said before hanging up.
Not even a few seconds passed before she received the message with the location on it. She did not waste a single second more before going to change her clothes. Her nerves were killing her inside.

When she walked out her room she almost had a heart attack as she came face to face with Jimin.
"J-Jimin what are you doing here? I thought you would be back later." She questioned as she placed a had over her racing heart.
"I forgot my walle- wait where are you going?" He asked noticing her outfit change.
Y/N's heart increased as she thought about the words that the kidnapper said to her. She could not say anything to Jimin. She did not want to risk her baby's life.
"I-I was about to head to the shop for something." She said and mentally cursed herself for stuttering.
"But I asked you if you wanted anything. You could have just told me." He said looking at her and noticed how she could maintain any eye contact.
"I needed some feminine products. I know guys are embarrassed to buy things like that." She responded and looked into his eyes for a spit second before looking away.
"You could have just asked Y/N. I don't mind buying those things." He said to her but Y/N just shook her head.
"No it's fine I'm already ready to go. So I will just go get them." She responded and moved toward the door.
"Then I can come with you." Jimin suggested but again she shook her head.
"N-no I'm just gonna go by myself. I need some time alone as well..." She hurriedly said before walking out the door.
Jimin just blinked slowly as he stood infront of the door in shock. His heart was telling that something was not right.

Y/N slowly arrived at the destination realizing that it was not very far from her house. She had not expected the place to look so decent. She thought she would be brought to some abandoned warehouse or something. This place just looked like a normal house where a family could live.

She felt her heart jump to her throat as she heard the door open without her even knocking or anything.
"Come in Y/N..." a deep voice rang through her ears making her flinch.
When she looked up by the door she noticed that there was a small speaker and camera. She then let out a breath before walking inside.
Immediately when she was inside she heard the sound of a baby crying and she quickly ran toward the noise. Her heart was racing as she ran down the hallway until she reached the front of the room.
She burst into the room and her eyes immediately scowered through the room in search of her child but once again her heart just dropped when she realised that the was a monitor on the bed just playing the baby's cries.
Tears began to weld up in her eyes as she walked over to the bed and picked it up. On the little screen that the device was a picture of her little baby.
"Did you really think that I was going to make it that easy Y/N-ah? You offend me. We are going play a little game okay. I'm going to make a little tap echo through the house and I want you to guess where I am. Make sure to put some effort into this because I am holding your little guy here in my arms. I've got to say you and Jimin did make a quite cute baby. I'll give you a few seconds before you guess." He announced making her heart race at an abnormal pace now.
She could feel sweat forming on her shaking hands. This was her only opportunity to get her baby back and she prayed that she wouldn't get it wrong because she didn't know what would happen next.
After a few seconds of deep breaths a timer went off and before she knew it the tap rang throughout the whole house. He blood ran cold as she could not pinpoint where it had come from. She could feel the tears already rolling down her cheeks.
"Its time Y/N-ah."
"In your bedroom." She guessed praying with all her might that she was right.
"Ohhh so close but not quite right... maybe if you hear your brat cry you will get it right." He mocked her and not long after she heard the cries of her child which broke her heart.
She didn't waste time as she ran around opening every door to check inside. Her last option was the backyard and when she opened she could help but to slightly sigh out in relief as she saw the back of a man sitting on a chair. She also heard small cries coming from where the man was sitting.
"You finally made it Y/N." He said and stood up before turning toward her.

One might say that to anger forces beyond the ken of fragile breakable mortals is a bad idea, others might say that meddling in dark forces with little chance of gain is also a bad idea, they would both be right by on all counts but they forget to mention also how incredibly stupid combining both of those things are. Stupid people don’t last so long on the mystic side of things, normal folks who wander over to the other side have a tendency to do one of two things, either A. figure out that the best thing to do is keep their head down and not draw attention from any entity that refers to humanity as “you mortals” , or B. something horrifying happens to them. As you may have guessed I fell into the second category, mostly because I thought there was a third option. See I though there must be an option C, an option where I got to end up not as some shitty back ally wizard cowering at the chance of discovery, praying that one of my wards or spells wouldn’t be noticed by something that goes bump in the night. No I would be the one who rose above all that. I would never have to be afraid. Well I made a good attempt at it that’s for damn sure, but unfortunately for me it turns out there is not an option C. At least not for me…
