I yawned not looking forward to the stack. I disliked the people that were gonna come compete but I had to be there for Owen and Rowans race.
"Hey Ro." I patted his back when I walked downstairs.
"I have a surprise for you." Owen danced.
"Shit I forgot to give her the book." I remembered completely ignoring him.
"Listen to me. Bring the book maybe you could give to her after or something." He said and I looked at him.
"Is it bad?" I asked.
"Nope." He shook his head.
We all drove ourselves and because I wasn't racing I just drove my normal car.
They got there before me and we all parked by each other where we usually did and I hoped out.
I stood against Rowans car, between the other two and looked around seeing people either taking, trying to fight, or making out excessively.
"Ooo here's your surprise." Rowan bumped my arm and I looked where they did seeing an insanely gorgeous Sailor walk up to me.
She wore a flowy black dress that revealed all her gorgeous curves and her brown hair was in soft curls.
I took my hands from my pockets and she smiled at me as she wrapped her arms around my waist. I hugged her back looking at Owen with a smile.
He nodded and Rowan chuckled.
"Hi." She waved to Owen and Rowan, facing the three of us.
"Surprise." Rowan sang and I laughed, looking down at Sailors gorgeous legs and shook my head.
"How'd you get the invite?" I asked, her hazel eyes melting my solid brown ones.
"You have my address in your phone and I'm assuming they know your password." She laughed.
"Damn." I looked at Owen who wiggled his eyebrows at me.

"Here to keep me company then?" I asked and she nodded, playing with the ends of her soft hair.
"Heyyy Jess." A low voice said and immediately Rowan and I grabbed one of Sailors arms and I pulled her to my side, Owen sort of letting her fall between us.
"Landon." I nodded.
"Oo touchy aren't we?" He smirked at Sailor and I gripped her waist, pulling her closer to my side.
"What do you want?" I asked annoyed.
"Just to offer a good, solid, fair game between your friend and I." He looked at Rowan.
They shook hands and he put his hands up in surrender and walked away.
"I do not like him." Owen said and Sailor smiled at him.
I kept her by my side and one of her hands went up my hoodie and touched my bare back.
"Your hands are freezing!" I looked at her.
"Yup." She nodded taking her hand out from under my hoodie and leaning on my shoulder.
"Wish us luck." The both dabbed me and gave Sailor a fist bump.
"I'm glad I don't have to wait alone. Come in the car." I said and she was in the passenger seat while I grabbed the wrapped book.
I handed it to her and she didn't look at me as she opened it and smiled.
Beautiful Disaster Jamie McGuire
"Thank you." She smiled at me, clutching the paper she hadn't read yet into her hand.
"Come out after you read the letter." I got out of the car and leaned against my trunk.
I heard the cars racing and people cheering.
I yawned and closed my eyes while standing, exhaustion washing over me.
I felt arms wrap around my waist again and I immediately put one had on her upper back and one in her soft hair. I kissed her head and enjoyed the moment.

"You're a sweetheart." She said and I turned us around so I blocked her between the car and my arms.
"Only to you, you know that right?" I asked staring into her eyes.
"I know." She had a cute smirk on her face as she toyed with the strings of my hoodie.
"You're a doll." I doubled up.
"I know." She smiled up at me, her eyes glistening.
I moved my hand up her side and tipped her chin up to me. Face merely centimeters apart.
She kept a slight smile on her face as she bit her lip.
"Don't do that." I sighed not backing away.
"Do what?" She asked, her face smug yet gorgeously innocent.
"Make me wanna kiss you. Don't make me wanna kiss you." I stared at her, moving my hand from her chin to the trunk again, moving closer.
"I can't control what you want Jessie." She commented and I felt conflicted.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"You." She smiled.
"You already have me. What do you want from me?" I pushed.
She tipped her head up and her lips pressed into mine.
I grabbed her waist, pulling her into my body. She pulled away too soon. I barely got a taste.
"We have company." She mumbled with a red tint on her face and I turned seeing Rowan and Owen holding stacks of cash with wide smiles.
"I'm so sorry." Owen whispered and I just wrapped my arms around her waist, picking her up and putting her onto the trunk.
"Fuck you." I mumbled and put my hands on her soft thighs.
"I got a picture. Low key am aesthetic." Rowan said and I knew he'd send it to me.
I sighed and she laughed.
I looked at her and she was just laughing.
"What?" I asked.
"You're so frustrated." She chuckled.
"Shut up and let's go celebrate. Dinner on me, maybe we can do Freddy's and eat in Ro's open trunk. I wanna know little Sail Sail." Owen said and she laughed at the dumb nickname.
"You're down?" I asked her.
"I'll go." She nodded.
