"Good morning my lovely students!" Gojo chirped, standing at the enterance to the dining hall. Everybody looked at him with blank stares. I was still half asleep so whatever he had to say, I probably wouldn't remember it.
"Todayy, we have a wonderful transfer student from Kyoto !!" He said, aiming his jazz hands at the girl standing next to him. She was about Maki's height with chocolate brown hair that was tied up into a messy half-bun with a few strands excused as bangs over the front and had ocean blue eyes lowered into a facial expression similar to mine.
"Why dontcha introduce yourself!" He continued with a grin. She looked at him, scoffed, then held her hand out to show a small dot on the palm of her hand. Maki snickered and turned to me. "She kinda reminds me of you, in a way" She joked. I wacked her in the head and she turned around.
"Sayaka Amane," She said then pointed to the dot on her hand. "This dot on my hand marks me as a Prodigy in the Jujutsu world. Don't invite me to train with you, you won't like it" She deadpanned then walked off to get food. My eye twitched, for whatever reason. My dumbass got up and walked over and grabbed her arm.
"Wait a minute now, before you go off thinkin that you can single handedly beat everyone here in combat, why don't you actually train with us and-" She took her right hand, the one with the dot, and palmed me in the gut, sending me flying back against the wall.
Maki got up and grabbed Sayaka's collar. "You've got guts chief, palming her like that" She mumbled. You looked up and coughed then chuckled. "Calm down Maki. I touched her first, so that was on me" I said before mumbling 'that kids a bitch' right after.
I got up and walked back over to the two. Keep in mind, everybody else along with me was half asleep, so they probably aren't paying attention, as to they aren't doing anything.
Sayaka huffed then turned to me, pushing Maki's hand off her with just a single brush. "Sorry for the intrusion. L/n Y/n. Nice to meetcha" I said through a grin and held my hand out. She just stared into my soul and I stared back. She chuckled then shook my hand.
"It's fine, miss L/n. I've heard of the L/n's before, Sharingan, right?" She asked nicely. "Yeah, all though it's been a bit of an eye sore. Quite literally" I said with a chuckle. Sayaka's smile fell then she walked over and held her hand to my eyes.
"Oi-" "It's fine. This Prodigy mark can heal whatever I wish it to" She interrupted Maki. I've gotta say, for fresh meat she sure is daring and comfortable already. A few seconds later, my eyesight was nowhere near as blurry as just a moment ago. I blinked and looked around the room. They really were fixed!
"Wow, thanks" I said. She smiled again. "No problem. I know Sharingan can be a bit of a pain sometimes. I've read about it in the library at Kyoto" She explained. I smirked.
"Well then, in spite of earlier, would you like to train with me later on?" I asked. I looked down and noticed Maki's knuckles turning white from how hard she was balling up her fist. Sayaka giggled. "Alright. Sure. I'd love to see what the L/n lineage passed down to you" She said calmly.

"Talk about bipolar" Itadori butt in. Everybody looked at him. "It's called reasoning, Itadori. You could really benefit from it instead of going in with your Divergent Fist and saying Donkey Kong" I chuckled. "HUHH?! BUT YOU LITERALLY WHIP OUT THAT SHARINGAN OF YOURS AND DO THAT AMATERASU THINGY!!"
"WHAT ABOUT THAT GENJUTSU?!"
"THAT LEVI SPIN SURE IS A GO-TO FOR YOU!!"
"I WONDER HOW DURABLE THOSE KATANAS YOU CAN MAKE REALLY ARE!!"
"SHAKE"
Everybody went off on me. I looked around and chuckled nervously. They continued going off on me even after we'd sat back down and started eating.
"Alright alright! I'm done answering questions! If you wanna ask stuff, ask Sayaka. She's the Freshman here" I pointed my thumb back at her. Maki, Panda, and Inumaki looked at me with confusion.
"You're literally a 1st year too!"
"You just started a couple months ago!"
"You're still a small fry compared to us!"
"Shake"
"Who're you calling Freshman?!"
"You're fresh meat too, y'know!"
"Tuna mayo"
An irk grew on my face. "Alright alright alright! I get it, I'm a first year too but I can still beat all your asses!" I grinned maliciously. The three of them gasped, as well as everybody else.
"YOU WANNA BET ON THAT?!"
"LET'S GO RIGHT NOW, YOU AND ME HOTSHOT!"
"YOU. ME. OUTSIDE. NOW, CHIEF!"
"TOUGH TALK FOR A BLIND PERSON!"
"YOU WOULDN'T EVEN BE HERE IF IT WEREN'T FOR THAT SHARINGAN OF YOURS!"
"I'LL HAVE YOU BEGGING FOR MERCY IN SECONDS, CHILD!"
"SHAKE"
"YOU'RE SKINNIER THAN BAMBOO! WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT A PANDA!?!"
"YOU KNOW HOW I FIGHT, I'LL HAVE YOU IN HEADLOCK BEFORE YOU KNOW IT!"
"I'LL GIVE YA A GOOD EXAMPLE OF FIX IT FELIX!"
"MY DIVERGENT FIST TRUMPS ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOUR LITTLE SHARINGAN CAN DO!!"
I sighed and dropped my head to the table. Over everybody's yelling I could still hear Gojo cackling.
"Ahaahahaha,,,,anyways I've got important stuff to tell ya" He deadpanned right after. Everybody stopped their rant and looked at him.
"Huh?" We said in unison.
He quickly nodded with a grin.
..
"You're all being promoted to 1st grade sorcererrrrrs!"
He clapped his hands. My jaw dropped. "Huh? I thought Y/n was already a 1st grade though" Itadori questioned and everybody turned to me again.
"Nope, they're a semi second grade sorcerer" He said with toothy grin. "Plus Sayaka, she's a second grade but for strange reasons she hasn't been reccomended for promotion for special grade" He continued.
She huffed and crossed her arms. "That's why I said don't ask to train with me" She chuckled. I frowned and cracked my knuckles. "I'll give ya a prime example of what the L/n lineage has passed down right here right how, c'mon!" I dared. She smirked.
Lines appeared on her right arm and trailed all the way to the right side of her face and forehead. They all traced random paths, but all faced upward. Her right eye glowed neon blue. I grinned and got my Eternal Mangekyo as well as my all time katanas.
"Oi, no fighting in the dining hall" Gojo stuck his arm in the space between us. I looked at him then at Sayaka. That same snarky smirk was still on her face. I huffed then turned around and walked back to my seat.
"Lucky your silly sensei's here to protect you, who knows what you might look like by the time I'm done with you" She yelled. And with that, I'd lost my temper and ran after her with my balled up first and Sharingan still out.

Everybody started shouting and running to pull me off her after I tackled her and punched her in the nose. Maki and Itadori grabbed my arms and pried me off. "Alright, Y/n, let's sitcha back down, yeah?" Itadori said nervously. I elbowed the both of them and ran back for the bitch.
Just as she was holding her nose, I threw another punch at her and stomped her stomach. "Oi!" Maki yelled, grabbing me by my torso and pulling me away.
I spat in Sayaka's direction and pushed myself off Maki's grip. "Wonder how long it's gonna take to fix that stupid nose of yours, you bitch" I snarled then walked back over to my seat.

(a week later)
.
.
"Oi, Y/n, pay attention" Maki slightly tapped my side with her polearm. I'd pulled my attention away from the brown haired cunt and back to Maki. "Ever since that incident last week, all you've been doing is sending death glares at Sayaka" She groaned. I rolled my eyes and started my lightning fists.
"Whatever. I wonder when we'll be taking the assessment for our promotion" I said before starting at Maki. My fist sloppily missed her face and she grabbed my arm to flip me over.
I balanced myself and crouched on my feet then swiped for her ankles. Which she hopped over. "Stop, stop stop. Your movements are sloppy and slow. What's going on with you" She helped me up and rested her polearm beside her. I glanced over at Sayaka training with Itadori then back at Maki.
"Nothings wrong with me. You're just imagining it" I scoffed. She raised an incredulous eyebrow. "You don't have to hide yourself from me. Tell me what's bothering you so I can help you" She walked to me and stroked my arm.
"Tch, I'm not hiding myself and nothings bothering me. Now stop asking me" I pushed her arm off then got in a stance. She still didn't do anything. "It's obviously about that Sayaka girl. Look, Y/n, she's already apologized for her behavior last week" She assumed. I huffed then rolled my eyes.
"....I dunno. I just don't like seeing her here at Jujutsu Tech. If anything, she should be back at Kyoto where she'll have better company and weaker opponents to pick on and giving her a better advantage at winning"
Maki sighed. "First of all, the kids at Kyoto aren't that weak, we're just stronger. Second of all, give it a rest. She's here to be a Jujutsu sorcerer and exorcise curses" She assured. I rolled my eyes then went into deep thought.
..
"I don't think you've ever told me why you're a Jujutsu sorcerer?" I asked, crossing my arms. "I did. You prolly don't remember it" She chuckled. I just blinked. "Not to exorcise curses. Not to save people," An irk appeared on my face. "Just to become a grade 1 sorcerer and shove it in my family's face" She answered confidently. I grit my teeth.
"Tch, so you're doing it for selfish reasons?" I questioned. She frowned. "It's not selfish if for 14 years, I've been told that I'm a stain to the Zen'in clan and that I should kill myself, and that I finally want to show them how strong I can be without cursed energy and become head of the clan. What's it to you anyways?" She shot back. "If Jujutsu sorcerers don't even aim to save people, they're no worse than scum!"
"Don't lump me in with those mysogynistic assholes who sit around and bask in their authority!" She grabbed my collar. "Don't lump me in with those cunts, but In my opinion, people who become sorcerers for selfish reasons aren't fit for it" I spat back. Maki's breath hitched.
..
"If you really think that and don't support my reasons then I think you should go" She said quietly. My own breath hitched and I pushed myself off her then walked over to Nobara, Panda and Inumaki.
"You guys wanna switch with me?" I asked brightly. Those 3 turned to me. "Why aren't you training with Maki?" Nobara questioned. "I'm not training with some asshole who became a Jujutsu sorcerer for selfish reasons" I shot.
Nobara frowned. "And your reason isn't? Y/n, you're a Jujutsu sorcerer because your father died by a curse! That alone is selfish enough!" She yelled. I turned away from Panda then to Nobara. "I'm doing it because I don't want anybody else to suffer the way I did! You couldn't even begin to know how bad that feels!"
"To feel so useless, and that you're weak, and that everything was your fault!" I yelled back. "Y/n, death is inevitable. Shame is inevitable, and so is guilt! There's nothing you or anybody can do about it! Now, quit being a hypocrite and get your ass together!" She demanded. I huffed then walked off to my room.
.
.
.
I don't know what happened out there after that scene, but a few minutes later Itadori knocked on my door.
"Y/n? It's Itadori. I just wanna talk" He said through the door. I let him in and he walked over and sat on my bed.
"Did you have an argument with Nobara?" He asked. I looked up from my pillow and nodded. "Not just Nobara, Maki too" I said with evident shame in my voice. He sighed and layed down to hug me.
"Now I think she hates me for what I said" I continued, slightly crying into his chest. "Maki doesn't hate you. Yeah, she's prolly mad at you, for sure. But she doesn't hate you" He reassured. I looked up at him.
"Do you even know what I said?" I asked. He shook his head in response. "I asked her why she became a Jujutsu sorcerer and she said not to save people, not to exorcise curses, only to become a grade 1 sorcerer and become head of her clan just to shove it in their faces" I explained to him. He nodded. "Then I said that if you become a sorcerer for selfish reasons, then they aren't fit for it" I sunk my head low.
"You didn't mean that, did you?" He asked. Did I? I did. Didn't matter how mad I was, I meant it. All of those assholes who are sorcerers for the wrong reasons are worse than scum and don't deserve to be where they are now. In response, I stayed silent.
"...But Y/n, She's been through quite a lot and has worked so hard to get where she is now, I bet. You not supporting her isn't what she needs right now" He said. I huffed into his chest. "And I get that, but she stated she doesn't care if her actions save people. Opinionwise, she's just as bad as her family" I said. "Hey, hey c'mon now" He quickly said after.
"Maki is nothing like them, I don't think. She's a wonderful Jujutsu sorcerer without cursed energy, and you are too. You both have your reasons, and you seemingly can't change hers" He pressed. I grit my teeth. "Still, I wonder if she'll care when her actions cease to save people" I mumbled.
"I'm sure she cares more than she says she does. Frankly, I think she'd be a little sad if she couldn't save them" He continued. I rolled my eyes. "What do you know? You barely know Maki. Let alone talk with her" I shot back.
"Y/n would you stop being stubborn?! I know you didn't mean to say those things to her and you know it too!" He slightly rose his voice. I let go from the hug and sat up. "How can you be so sure of that-"
"Because you broke your own promise and fell in love with her, Y/n! You love her! You love her, you love her, you love her!" He repeated. I huffed and hid my face in my hands and began sobbing.
"...I wish I didn't" I said softly. "I wish I never met her. I wish, that I could go back in time and never bump into her. That she'd never been an asshole to me that day and that we never kissed!" I cried out. Itadori rubbed my back with his hand.
"I know you don't mean that. You wouldn't be yourself without her. And she wouldn't be herself without you" He assured. "She seemed to be doing just fine without me" I replied. "God damn it, Y/n! You didn't mean anything you said and she didn't mean anything either! Stop being stupid and go apologize to her then this'll be all over" He demanded. I wiped my nose then looked at him.
I nodded then got up and walked out to the training field.
.
.
Out in the training field, I found Maki sparring extra hard with Panda.
"Oooi, Maki-san!" Nobara shouted and pointed at me, with my head low and fidgeting with my hands in shame. A few seconds later, Maki walked up to me.
A few moments of silence passed by and we didn't say anything.
"...Got anymore shit to say about me?" She questioned. I wiped the tears from my face and looked at her. Her eyes were slightly swollen and red as well. I shook my head in response then took a deep breath.
"Look, I know what I said was wrong and I'm sorry. I uh............" I trailed off. She scoffed then hugged me. "Yes, I forgive you and accept your apology" She said as I wrapped my arms around her.
We stayed like that for a few minutes before the peanut gallery showed up.
"OOOOII!! NO PDA ON THE FIELLLDDD!!" Nobara shouted. I chuckled then let go. "We're good?" I asked. Maki nodded and kissed my head. "I love you" She said. I smiled then grabbed her face and kissed her cheek. "Love you too" I giggled.
.
.
A few minutes later, Sayaka walked up to me, Inumaki, Panda and Nobara. "Oi, L/n" She said. I turned to her. "What" I said back. "Wanna spar with me?" She asked, pointing her thumb back to where she was earlier. I looked at it then at her. "Sure" I grinned.
We walked over there and I got out my two katanas, as well as my Eternal Mangekyo. "Wait, I wanna see what the abilities are" She asked. I lifted a brow. "Fine" I huffed.
I held one eye open and one katana blade caught on black fire then I stuck it in the ground. "Amaterasu!" I yelled, and the small patch of grass caught on fire. I stomped on it to put it out then turned to her.
"Not bad" She said and clapped her hands. "Tch, want another demonstration?" I asked. She nodded then I smirked. "Copy Style: Heavenly Cruetly" I said softly. I wondered if it was gonna be different from the first time I'd used it on Mai. I'm still feeling bad for doing that to her even after she said it's ok.
.
Despite what you thought, it was no different from what happened with Mai. Sayaka was hanging with dark shadowy chains by her ankles from the upside down skies and blood was rushing up to her head and your feet were still on the ground where they should be.
You walked over to her and saw her....not straining. She knows that this is only demonstration, so why should she be straining? Not like you have any reason to kill her, right? No reason to let her head explode for hours and hours on end as far as "demonstrations" go, right?
"You having fun?" You asked with a slight smile, your eyes glowing dark this time and your Sharingan was glowing with less red than last time. Sayaka chuckled then looked up. "Well this is a dangerous one" She said. You chuckled as well.
"Last time I used this one was a few months ago and I had a much weaker oponent than I, so I was wondering if it'd be any different" You explained. She nodded. "I see. The stronger the opponent, the more refined the innate domain is" She said. You frowned. "This isn't an innate domain. This is a Genjutsu" You continued.
"Oh..that's what the Copy Style thing was" She said in understanding. You nodded and let her out.
.
"That's a good one" She complimented. "Thanks. There's a lot more abilities I can learn than are like that, but I've only practiced three of them, and I wanna give the 3rd one a try" I explained. She opened her arms and nodded. I grinned. "Copy Style: Euphoric Insanity"
.
.
It was nothing the books described it to be. It was described as bright and colorful enough to drive one insane. In contrast to yours, it was dark and cold. Sayaka's skin ran with goosebumps as she fell through the infinte black shining loops.
"What the-" She said before looking beside her to find you sitting with your legs crossed, leaning back and relaxing with an apple in your hand that you don't seem to remember grabbing.
"I thought this would be a bit different" You started. "This was supposed to be a bit brighter and more colorful" You bit the apple. She blinked and looked below her. This space seemed to be a bottomless pit with no beginning and end.
"Well, I think I've had my fill for this one" She said with a nervous chuckle. You chuckled with her. "About that..." You started. "I really have no idea how to get even myself out of this. Guess we gotta make each other company while we fall here" You continued.
On the outside, you and Sayaka were down on the ground with dazed expressions.
"Oi, what's with those two" Nobara asked, pointing to you and her. Panda and Inumaki looked at the spot. "Oi, Maki! Maki!" Panda yelled. She looked away from training with Megumi. "I'm training here" She said sternly.
