"I know you only care, not because you love me, but because you love what is in me." She said and turned away, afraid of what he was going to say, how he was going to reject her.

He hushed her and pulled her to him so they was no space in between, and placed his lips on hers. He pulled away and looked at her, a whirlwind of emotions in his eyes, and then spoke again.

"At first, I only cared about the baby, not you. But now I want you. Because I've fallen in love with all of you. It's no longer my baby; it's now our baby."

Then she pulled him back to her, to finish what he started.

Tobi Ademi, the third richest man in Nigeria has everything an average guy wants: wealth, fame and of course, an endless supply of women.

A total control freak, he prefers to be in charge of everything; even the way he gets an heir to his empire. He decides to hire beautiful but uncontrollable, Abena Omotosho, or rather, he rents her womb.

He gradually moves from his daily routine of life, to something much more worthwhile. Something called, 'living in the moment'.

And then he realizes, that he can't control everything, especially not love, because once love chooses you, there's only one word for you: a goner.

It's a contract: simply business and no strings attached, but no business deal is that easy, and especially not this one.

...

Setting : Nigeria.

I would not allow any discriminatory or offensive remarks. We are all humans and skin colour or race isn't a big deal.

This story is Nigerian. I would explain currency as the story goes.

Words like: 'jare', 'shay', 'abi', 'shaybi', 'jorh', 'na', don't have specific meanings. They are used for emphasis and the sentence means the same with or without it.

'Abeg' comes from 'I beg'. It means please.

Any other thing would be explained as the story goes.

This story is in third person. I know wattpaders like first person, I do too, but I write better in third.

There are no sex scenes in this story. Sorry. It's not imperative to the storyline.

Please don't copy my book. If you do, I would find you and sacrifice you to the river goddess.

Okay I won't, but still... Don't do it.

I got the idea of this book from an African movie called "Contract." There are a little similarities but it's mostly my idea. The movie was an inspiration.

Tobi (Oluwatobiloba) is a Yoruba name meaning God is bigger than other kings.

Abena is a Ghanaian name meaning born on a Tuesday.
