《Cars Humanized Boyfriend Scenarios!》When You're Hurt

McQueen:

"Lightning!" I yelped in pain for a second or two. We went for a drive together along the dirt track in his car, when he made a slight mistake and we crashed off the road and into a nearby boulder. Lightning was more lucky than me, because he just had a minor head smack into the steering wheel, whereas my entire left arm hurt very badly. Lightning took his head away from the steering wheel and looked at me, worried about what might be wrong.

"[your name], what's wrong?" He asked. "What's happened?" And he leaned over to have a look at me.

"My arm! Something's really wrong with it, but I don't know what!" I answered, and just as he was about to have a look at it, I had to back away a little and say, "Don't touch it! It hurts too badly! What do we do?"

"We're gonna have to let the doc have a look at it. He'll know what to do." Replied Lightning, and after getting out of the car and looking under the hood of it, he added, "The car's still okay to drive. I'll drive us back into town and the doc'll have a look and see what he can do about your arm."

"Okay." I said, trying my best to ignore the pain.

"It's a dislocated shoulder." The town's judge and doctor, Doc Hudson, said to me and Lightning later after having a look at my arm, during which I had to try seriously hard to hold in my sudden yelps of pain. "I'm going to try and move your shoulder back into its proper position, [your name]. I'd brace yourself, though, because this is going to hurt."

"Okay." I acknowledged, then braced myself for what was next to come. I trusted the doc, because he clearly knew what he was doing, but that didn't mean I still wasn't nervous for what he was going to do next. He placed both his hands on my shoulder (I had to stifle my yelp of pain again).

"Alright... 1... 2... 3!" And with a loud cracking noise, he pushed my shoulder back to where it should be. I made a tiny noise out of pain, but luckily, I managed to hold back most of the sound. My arm felt a lot better, but it still hurt a tiny bit. "How does your arm feel?"

"A lot better, but it still kinda hurts a little." I said.

"Now, I'm just going to give you a pain killer for your arm and then that'll be about it." The doc reached for a syringe containing a clear white liquid and carefully injected it into my arm. "Now just give it plenty of rest and it'll be perfectly fine in no time." Then I stood up and said,

"Thanks, doc!"

"No problem at all."

And Lightning and I left together, walking back down the road.

"So you're okay, now?" Lightning asked me.

"Yeah." I replied. "Still hurting a little I guess, but I just need to give it rest. Doctor's orders." And we walked, hand in hand (holding my right hand).

Mater:

"Dad gum! Gimme a second, [your name]." Said Mater, and he reached into his bag for something. "I always carry supplies for moments like this."

"Mater, honestly, I'm fine." I tried to tell him. Let me explain what was happening: We were taking a run together one afternoon outside Radiator Springs, and I ran too fast and ended up falling over a pile of rocks, which caused me to graze my exposed leg. It had blood oozing out of some of the skin wounds, and small bits of loose skin hung from the wounds, while there were tiny bits of dust in it. I appreciated his concern, but I didn't want Mater to worry too much about it, though, because it was just a grazed leg.

"No, I insist on helpin' ya, like when we first met. I don't want any harm comin' to ya, even if it's small like this." And after a minute of rummaging, he finally pulled out a small cloth, and dipped it in the cold river that was next to us before placing it over my grazed leg. It actually felt kinda relaxing. We sat there for a moment, snuggling with each other while we were waiting for the wet cloth to fully soothe my leg, and I said,

"Thanks, Mater. Maybe this shows that sometimes I just need to slow down." And I looked up into his hazel eyes as he smiled at me, and we continued to snuggle, while I still had the relaxing feeling of a wet cloth draped over my wound.

Finn:

Finn was fighting some assassins who tried to kill us one day in the woods near the back of my house, trying to keep me safe. He was actually a really good sharpshooter, because he managed to stop most of them by using his gun, and things were going well until one of the assassins shot me through the chest, and then all I remember after that was collapsing to the floor, Finn's yells of sorrow and anger, and then the last thing I saw was a syringe and everything went black.

Several hours later, I woke up to the sound of a heart rate monitor, and the feeling of a breathing mask over my mouth and nose. But apart from that I felt okay. No pain or anything. I did feel really tired though, and all I could see for a moment was bright clinically-white lights before I saw the face of Finn looking down at me.

"What happened... back there, with the assassins?" I managed to say through the breathing mask, but it was hard because of how tired I felt.

"After you were shot, I managed to administer an anaesthetic to you so that you didn't feel too much of it." Finn answered me. "Then I dealt with the assassin and rushed you here, to the hospital." Then turned around for a second. "Will she be okay?"

"The surgery to remove the bullet was a complete success. She'll be perfectly fine." The nurse, who was standing by the doorway to my room replied.

"If you don't mind, of course, I'd like a moment alone with [your name] please, nurse."

"Of course." Then she left the room, leaving me and Finn alone together. I took the breathing mask off my face, then sat up in my hospital bed while Finn held my hand.

"I was worried I'd lost you forever!" Said Finn, as we shared a loving embrace.

"Me too! I thought I'd never see you again, Finn!" I was almost crying with joy as we continued to embrace each other.

Siddeley:

"Ow." I winced a little in pain as I walked alongside Siddeley. "It still hurts, even with this thing!" Because an hour or two earlier, we ran together through the woods when I slipped over a rock, and I went flying one way, whilst I landed the other way on my ankle, so it caused me to sprain my ankle. We'd gone to the hospital so that they could do something about my ankle, and they'd given me some pain killers and a crutch, but it still hurt a little bit sometimes.

"It would do. You just need to wait for the pain killers to take full effect." Sid replied. "But I'm glad you're still okay."

"Me too." It was difficult to walk with the crutch, but Sid was helping me with one arm around my shoulders. "How long will it take for this to recover?" I also asked him.

"I checked with the doctors that treated you, and I think they said it'll take about 2 to 3 weeks or so." Answered Siddeley, and we sat down on the grass at the side of the path, Sid helping me get down with my sprained ankle.

"Well anyway, thanks, Sid." I said to him, looking up into his black eyes as he smiled a me and replied with,

"No problem. Anything for you, [your name]." And we shared a loving cuddle.

(Extra Author's Note: This whole thing with the sprained ankle and how it happened and how the doctors treated me afterwards actually did happen to me once in real life, but for me it wasn't caused by a rock.)
