The bell rang out for the end of school and the hallways filled with student bodies. Betty came running towards Archie and Georgie.

"Georgie! Georgie!" She screamed out of breath.

"What is it Betty?"

"They've take Jug for questioning at the station! They're going to arrest him!"

The three sprint to the hallways where Jughead is being escorted out of the school by the police.

"What the hell is going on?" Georgie yells

"We gotta take him in!" Sheriff Keller relies sighing

"I'll meet you at the station Jug ok! I'll call Joseph and your dad!" Georgie tells after Jug as they leave the school

"Who's Joseph?" Betty asks

"Georgies family lawyer" Archie replied as Georgie stormed off on the phone.

The teens get out of Georgies car and head into the police station. Minutes later Joseph walks in.

"Miss Snow, What can I do for you?" Georgie explains the situation and Joseph goes in to join Jughead.

The 3 sit down on the chairs "he's gonna he fine Betty I promise!" Georgie runs her back as FP and Archie's dad Fred walks in.

Georgie gets up and goes to hug FP. Her dad and FP used to be best friends and Georgie and Allison used to call him uncle FP.

"Where is he?" FP asks

"He's I'm there but Joesph is with him" Georgie replies

"Thanks Georgie for bringing Joseph!"

"Of course Juggy is my best friend. I would do anything for him"

5 minutes later Jug and Joseph walk out and everyone stands to meet them as they all walk outside the station before they talk. Everyone hugs Juggy

"So?" Georgie asks

"They have no evidence so they have no option but to let him go. They wanted to keep him 24 hours but I got him out" Joseph explained.

"Thank you Joseph" Georgie hugs him as he leaves to his car.

"Typical that they took you in probably because you're a Jones!" FP explained to his son.

"Come on Juggy!" FP starts to walk away and stops realising he isn't following him.

"I think it's best if he comes home with me for a while" Fred explains

"No he's my son he's coming with me right Jug?"

"You need to get yourself sorted FP! Look at yourself!" Fred looks at the state of the man infront of him.

"He's coming with me!" FP steps forward. Georgie looks into her best friends eyes and sees the sadness evident in them.

"Enough!" Georgie steps in and all eyes are on her now

"Why can't you just ask him what he wants!" Georgie almost yells and everyone turns to Jug.

"I wanna stay with Georgie!" He expresses

FP walks up to Jug and hugs him. "I'll get myself sorted give me a month and you can come home ok Juggy?" Jughead nods at his dad.

A couple of hours later Georgie, Archie, Betty, Veronica and Jug are sat in Georgie front room eating pizza.

It's Georgies mums birthday in two days and for the past week she has been having nightmares about the night she was killed. She has been telling Archie it is just seeing her Mum shot. But in fact it's the moment she killed that man and he was coming back to find her. She turns off the Tv and everyone looks towards her. Georgie stand up in-front of everyone.

"I need to tell you all something and I don't want anyone to interrupt because it's really hard for me to say. No one outside my family know this. And I'm telling you now because it's my mums birthday is I'm 2 days and I'm struggling with keeping this in. For the past week I've been waking up from nightmares but its not what I have been telling you Archie. Ok here goes. The night my mum was shot I killed one of the intruders. They-they were standing over my mum and I grabbed my dads baseball bat and hit them both around the head with it. Well it turn out one of them died I-i killed him. My nightmares are of killing him and the other one coming back to kill me!"

Tears sprung from Georgies eyes as she looked around the room at their shocked and sad faces. Everyone stands and hugs Georgie.

"No ones gonna hurt you we promise that!" Betty was the first to speak.

"Yeah they would have to get through us first!" Ronnie smiles

That night for the first night in weeks Georgie Snow slept with no nightmares and the friends she loved sleeping around her. Maybe it was going to be ok. Just maybe.
